The Tech Bedroom

As told earlier, Hafsah with Princess Aziza and Nadia planned to Palembang, to see firsthand the house that will be used as a resto "Warung Hafsah Betawi child".

There are at least 2 houses that are used as an alternative, namely being on the road diponegoro small hill and another on the road hang old gutter ants.

Their original plan was to stay in a star hotel while in Palembang, but one of Ustadz Hanafi's relatives asked them to stay at his house.

The house is located in the area of ant gutters, formerly the residence of Haji Abdullah the grandfather of Ustadz Hanafi. At this time, the house belonged to one of Ustadz Hanafi's uncles named Muhammad Abdullah.

Ustadz Hanafi used to call this uncle Mang Uju, because his uncle was the youngest brother of his father.

Since Mang Uju resigned as the chairman of the property division of Musi Corporation, he has lived in Palembang City more.

To fill the time, Mang Uju invested a lot to build a bedeng and boarding house. A lot of vacant land he bought to build a boarding house, especially in the area around the university campus.

When arriving at Mang Uju's house, the three girls from Jakarta were placed in a spacious room, with complete facilities such as a bathroom and so on.

Although the house is a heritage house of the Dutch colonial era, as is generally the house in the area of ant gutters. But the furniture in it is filled with high-tech goods.

On the wall of the bed, it can function as a television screen or computer. The bed can be automatically folded, and converted into a sofa.

If needed, the bedroom can be modified as a hologram room, complete with tables, chairs and presentation equipment.

While chatting with Mang Uju and his wife. Mang Uju Muhammad suggested that they take a house in the street hang thug ants.

Mang uju has a boarding house just behind the house, and he promised for 6 months the resto staff could stay there for free.

"We are really lucky, Mang Uju is helping our efforts" said Nadia representing her two colleagues.

"At least for the initial capital, we can save a little" said Nadia again.

"There is no need to respect your own family" Mang Uju said with a friendly smile.

"Indeed the house that wants to be sold in hang tuah, the heritage house. But I know the owner well, so it is guaranteed safe if so purchased" said Mang Uju again.

"Yes Mang Uju, we also do have an option to buy, but other options we want to rent first for 3 years, while looking at market conditions" Hafsah said in a chat.

"If I suggest buy, because the house will be released below the market price, because it wants to inherit. But if you want to rent, it is also good to be careful while looking at the situation" said Mang Uju again.

The conversation then continues to discuss the development of the property world lately. Of the three girls from Jakarta, Nadia seems the most enthusiastic, because the world of property is indeed the field she has ever wrestled.

In the afternoon, accompanied by Mang Uju and his wife, the three girls from Jakarta carried out an inspection. They went to the location by driving 2 private cars owned by Mang Uju.

The first house they saw was a house on the street. When arriving at the location, in addition to the homeowner, there is also a property agent who has been giving information related to the house.

After inspecting the hang tuah road, the group headed for the second house on the diponegoro road which was not so far from the first house.

As with the first house, in the second house ino has also been waiting for the owner and agent of the property.

This typical martabak is actually a popular egg martabak in Palembang, locals call it by the name "Martabak HAR".

Waqf Land For Pesantren

On the next day, Hafsah, Princess Aziza and Nadia conducted a land inspection located on the border of the Inderalaya palembang. The plan of the land will be built Pesantren Manula.

Just as during the home inspection, they were accompanied by Mang Uju and his wife. But this time the group increased 1 car, which brought 3 Mang Uju employees.

The land is the waqf land of Mang Uju's cousin, Haji Sulaiman. The area is about 2 hectares, ownership of the Certificate of Property Rights (SHM) and entering the territory of Ogan Ilir Regency.

The group began to leave at around 7.00 am, and the travel time from Talang Ants Palembang is about 30 minutes.

At the location has been waiting for Haji Sulaiman and his wife and several employees. After a short moment of missed, the staff brought by Mang Uju started to take measurements.

Occasionally Haji Sulaiman approached the measurement staff, to indicate the position of the land boundary benchmark. As a witness, the measurement of land, also witnessed by local agrarian parties.

Nadia seemed to be busy photographing the land. Patok-patok land that was found was immortalized through his mobile phone.

Hafyah and Princess Aziza appear to be taking measurements as well. They use special tools that connect with the android apps they have.

After taking measurements, the new day shows 10:30. The group was invited by Haji Sulaiman to stop by his garden house.

This garden house is not far from the location of the land. The house stands in the middle of a modern plantation covering an area of 5,000 m².

In addition to residential premises, this garden house also serves as a place for bio-technology research and nursery.

This garden house is equipped with a laboratory and a special room where the engineering of plant seeds. In this special chamber, the temperature and air pressure can be set as required.

Just in front of the main house, there is a special metal roofed open space, which serves as a solar energy absorbing panel. And in this location, the group is hosted a variety of foods typical of the southern Sumatra region.

Haji Sulaiman is 1 year younger than Mang Uju. Since his father died, at the age of 8 Haji Sulaiman has joined the Mang Uju family.

When the Musi Corporation began to appear, Haji Sulaiman took part in pioneering it. But in the middle of the road, Haji Sulaiman asked permission to visit the village to take care of his family's heritage rice fields.

The nature of sharing that Haji Sulaiman has, seems to be influenced by Haji Abdullah Mang Uju's father. Upon hearing that the Musi Corporation Charitable Foundation would build the Manula Pesantren, he offered his waqf land in Inderalaya.

Haji Sulaiman's request was conveyed to Ustadz Hanafi, who then passed the information to the Foundation Amal Musi Corporation.

Waqf is a special worship charity, this is because the reward of this practice is not only picked when the preacher is still alive, but also the reward is still flowing even though the preacher has died.

This is as the word of the Prophet narrated by Muslims, “if man dies, then cut off all his practices except three (various), namely: alms jariyah (which flows continuously), useful knowledge, and knowledge, and the son of prayer who prays for him".

Alms in the form of endowments, the benefits continue to be felt by many people, even across generations. The ownership of waqf property cannot be transferred, so that the declared property remains intact and lasting.
