The father of Ustadzah Halimah was Ustadz Harun led by Pondok Pesantren Al Mukmin Cirebon. Ustadzah Halimah since childhood has been accustomed to living in the atmosphere of Pondok Pesantren.

While on his mother's side, Ustadzah Halimah came from a family of academics. His mother's brother, Zainal Akbar, is a LIPI scientist, while his mother's sister, Zainal Abidin, is an ITB lecturer.

His maternal grandfather was Gorontalo Sulawesi, while his grandmother was from Minangkabau. Because the Minang tribe adheres to the matrilineal system, the Halimah Ustadzah can be grouped with the Minangkabau tribe.

Mr. De of Ustadzah Halimah Zainal Akbar was the father of Sandra, the wife of Abang Musa's older brother Ustadz Hanafi. Sandra herself since her husband continued her education abroad, has stopped as a PNS and focused on nurturing her son named Panji Habibie.

"Ustadzah, I plan to travel far by land vehicle. Am I still obligated to fast Ramadan?" ask one of the worshipers of AHM Mosque 19.

"If you feel capable, please fast. But I recommend canceling it if it feels heavy" replied Ustadzah Halimah.

"Why should Ustadzah be canceled? Not with a heavy journey, the test of faith we receive will also be heavier" said the congregation again.

Then Ustadzah Halimah recited a hadith.

"From Aisha radhiyallahu anha, narrates that Hamzah bin Amr once asked the Prophet Muhammad about fasting on the way."

"The apostle answered: "If you will, keep fasting, and if you will, cancel""

After reading the Muslim hadith. Ustadzah Halimah explained.

"From the hadith we are allowed to choose, want to continue fasting or cancel it"

"And keep in mind, fasting in Islam is not to torture themselves, but solely to worship HIM" said Ustadzah Halimah.

"So if the journey we do feels heavy to fast, the teachings of Islam have given us the ease, which is to cancel our fast. Why do we reject the ease that comes from God?" ustadzah Halimah asked.

The answer of Ustadzah Halimah seems to be enough to satisfy the mother who asked earlier. The mother looked down and nodded in agreement.
