Gono Gini Treasure

Preparations to establish Southeast Asia e-commerce Center in Batam Island, still continue. Ustadz Hanafi as the head of the e-commerce division of Musi Corporation began to select some land that will be used as its main office.

Along with the inauguration of a new branch "Warung Hafsah anak Betawi" in his apartment complex, Ustadz Hanafi and some of his staff left for the island of Batam.

The plan on the island, Ustadz Hanafi will see firsthand the condition of the land offered to him by several local property agents.

There are at least 3 places that are being targeted by Ustadz Hanafi, namely 2 Hectares of land in Nagoya, then 2.5 Hectares of land in Sekupang and 3 Hectares of land in Nongsapura.

Of the three lands, the land in Nagoya is the most obvious ownership, while in Sekupang and Nongsapura is a land that has not been behind the name.

Although the property agent has informed that the land they offer is not problematic, Ustadz Hanafi still wants to see the condition of the land directly in real.

And sure enough, the land conditions described by property agents were not as beautiful in the field. The land in Nagoya turned out to be a treasure gono gini that has not been clarified.

The land was bought by a local garment entrepreneur. Then when buying and selling land certificates above the name of his wife.

But lately, married couples often bicker, and lead to divorce. Because he felt the land on his behalf, the former wife of this businessman wanted to sell the land.

The businessman did not agree, because he had signed a cooperation contract with a businessman from Malaysia. The land was planned to set up an apartment complex.

Faced with this problem, Ustadz Hanafi then asked the consequences if the land was purchased, to one of his staff.

According to his staff based on the marriage law, property in marriage is divided into 3 types, namely Innate Treasure, Treasure because of inheritance or gifts, as well as Joint Treasure or Gono gini.

As for what is meant by Joint Treasure or Gono-gini, which is the property obtained during marriage.

And regarding the arrangement of mutual property, the husband and wife can act on the property together with the consent of both parties.

Thus one of the parties either husband or wife can not waive or leave the other party, if it will do legal actions related to the property.

In the case of land in Nagoya, if there is a transfer of land rights through the buying and selling process, it requires the approval of both husband and wife.

The approval is usually in the form of a signature affixed to the back page of the Sale and Purchase Act.

Legal Staff Ustadz Hanafi advised, so as not to make a purchase if the condition is still not clear as it is.

They also ask the property agent to solve the internal problems of land owners. After all was finished, we could talk about negotiation and checking the ownership letter.

Unlike the case with the land in the cages, which is a heritage land. All heirs of the land have agreed to sell and evidenced by a letter of agreement before the notary.

Regarding the land in Sekupang, legal staff Ustadz Hanafi suggested that the heirs also agree on the price of the sale, so not just agree to sell only.

This is to guard if in the future there are dissatisfied heirs, and make lawsuits over the buying and selling process that takes place.

While the land in Nongsapura, even though it is a heritage land, but the land certificate has been behind the name to the heir, so it is procedurally better than the land in Sekupang.

In addition, the heirs have also agreed on the selling price. It's just that the weakness, the land in Nongsapura is not as strategic as the land in Nagoya and Sekupang.

Number the Number

As discussed earlier, the search for land in Batam related to the cooperation between Musi Corporation and investors from Tunisia, represented by Princess Aziza.

The draft cooperation with the investors is also almost final, so it is natural that Ustadz Hanafi moves quickly to find the location of his business headquarters on the island of Batam.

After 2 days in Batam, by helicopter Ustadz Hanafi company depart for Natuna Island.

His departure to Natuna Island was related to the business plan he was designing with Putri Dayang Mariam.

As discussed earlier, Ustadz Hanafi and Putri Dayang Mariam plan to develop maritime identity.

In the plan, Ustadz Hanafi will make Natuna Island as the Fisheries Trade Center of Southeast Asia. This is due to the strategic position of Natuna Island and facing the vast ocean.

The purpose of the departure to Natuna Island was informed by Ustadz Hanafi to Putri Dayang Mariam, while with Princess Aziza, Ustadz Hanafi said that his goal was to find business opportunities on the island.

On the island of Natuna, Ustadz Hanafi stayed at the home of his father's adoptive brother Haji Sofyan. On the island, Haji Sofyan is known as a fisherman who has many fishing boats.

Haji Sofyan was a friend of Mr. Malik Abdullah when he was studying at Sriwijaya University (UNSRI). While a student, Mr. Malik Abdullah often stayed at the residence of the Hajj Sofyan family.

Between Mr. Malik Abdullah and Haji Sofyan has many similarities. Both were the sons of rice merchants and their father's name was also the same, Abdullah.

In the custom in South Sumatra, there is the term number. The meaning of the numbers here is to lift each other up.

The cause of the number could be because they want to resolve the dispute, or it could be because one party has helped save the other party.

But there is something unique, namely the cause of the number of numbers can be due to having the same name. This is exactly what happened to Haji Sofyan and Mr. Malik Abdullah.

After college, Haji Sofyan applied to become a PNS (Civil Servant). After being accepted, he was placed in Riau Islands and found a mate there.

It turns out that Haji Sofyan's wife is the only child of a wealthy fish master. Haji Sofyan then applied for early retirement, and to further assist his father-in-law's fisheries business.

After his father-in-law died, as the only son-in-law of Haji Sofyan became the successor to the family's fishery business.

While on Natuna Island, Ustadz Hanafi learned a lot about the fishing industry from his father's foster brother. And Haji Sofyan did not hesitate to send his knowledge to Ustadz Hanafi who was considered as his own family.

Haji Sofyan has 6 children, consisting of 5 women and 1 man. Haji Sofyan's son, whose name is exactly the same as his adopted brother Malik.

Malik is the youngest son of Haji Sofyan, he is about 1 year younger than Ustadz Hanafi. For 2 days on Natuna Island, Malik is the guide of Ustadz Hanafi with his expert staff.
