"I have complete trust in Inspector Alex. They'll catch him, Ran. They're going to arrest him." Commissioner Saga said.

Two weeks later, in the office of commissioner Saga the arrival of a woman.
"You understand the feelings of a mother," said Madam Waverly who looked at commissioner Saga with a heartfelt look.
While Commissioner Saga who always sympathized with mothers in trouble, moved his hand as a signal to reassure.
"Yes, yes, I understand completely. Trust me." said commissioner Saga.
"Police!" exclaimed Mr. Waverly who began to open his voice, while his wife put the dive aside.
"I don't want to deal with the police anymore. We used to trust them and see what happens! I've heard a lot about Commissioner Saga and the amazing things you've done, so I feel like maybe you can help us. The feeling of a mother - "the woman said.
Poirot's haste stemmed this repetition with quick hand gestures. Madam Waverly's emotions were clearly sincere, but a little strange when compared to her rather hard and sharp face type.
Hearing she is the daughter of a leading steel producer who pursued her career from below as an office errand boy, Rani realized that this woman inherited many of her father's traits. Mr. Waverly was large, his skin was reddish, and his face showed his benevolence and jovial nature.
He stood with both feet straddled far away and looked like a village landlord.
"You understand all these issues, commissioner Saga?" ask the man who sounds like this question is exaggerated.
These last few days all the newspapers are full of news of the abduction of little Johnnie Waverly - the three-year-old, heir to Marcus Waverly Esq. of Waverly Court, Surrey, one of the oldest families in England - the sensational.
"Of course I know the big line. I'm asking you to tell me everything. In detail, if you don't mind."
"Well, it all started about ten days ago, when I received a canned letter - after all this cursed act - that I didn't understand. The sender was so insolent that he asked me to give him twenty-five thousand pounds - twenty-five thousand pounds, commissioner Saga. For not getting my approval, he threatened to kidnap Johnnie. Of course without any fuss I threw the letter into the trash. I consider it nothing other than a stupid joke. Five days later another letter came. 'If you don't hand over the money, your son will be kidnapped on the 29th.' It was the 27th. My wife, Ada, is worried. I don't take this issue seriously. Fuck those canned letters and that threat. We're in England. No one kidnaps children and holds them hostage for ransom" the man said at length.
"In any case, that's not the usual practice" commissioner Saga said.
"Well, there always teased me, so - feeling somewhat like a moron - I left the matter to Scotland Yard. It seems that they do not take this matter seriously - they tend to take the same view as me that this is all a stupid joke. On the 28th I received the third letter. 'You haven't handed over the money. Your son will be taken at 12:00 noon tomorrow, the 29th. To get it back, hand over fifty thousand pounds.' I went to Scotland Yard again. This time they were more impressed. They tend to think the author of the canned letter is a lunatic, and that the kidnapping attempt may be made at the hour that has been notified. They guarantee they will take precautions as they should. The next day, Inspector McNeil along with a sizable unit came to Waverly just in case." the man told me
"I came home feeling more relieved. Even so, we felt like we were living in a state of war. I ordered that no stranger be allowed in and no one be allowed to leave the house. The night passed without anything happening. The next day my wife was not well. Worried about his condition, I called Doctor Dakers. The symptoms of my wife's illness confused her. Doctor Dakers was hesitant to conclude that my wife was poisoned, but I can guess that's what she had in mind. Harmless, he assured me, but my wife took a day or two to recover. When I returned to my private room, a message pinned on the pillow left me aghast and confused. The message was written in the same handwriting as the previous letters and consisted of only two words: 'At 12:00.'" the woman said at length.
"I admit, I always lose self-control out of anger! Someone in this house was involved - one of the servants. All my servants told me to go up and I saw them at length. They never separated from each other. Miss Collins, my wife's personal servant, told me that she saw nanny Johnnie take to the street early this morning. I accused the boy and he cried. He leaves Johnnie with the children's servant and steals out to meet his friend - a boy! Absolutely indecent! He denied pinning the message on my pillow - maybe he was telling the truth. I don't know, but I don't dare take the risk that the babysitter herself is involved. One of the servants was involved - this I'm sure. Eventually my anger got out of control again and all my servants stopped. They got an hour to pack their things and leave the house!" obviously Commissioner Saga, who made Mr Waverly's red face twice as red as he remembered his understandable anger.
"Is that not too rash?" ask Commissioner Saga who issued his opinion.
"Because you know, you may act as if it benefits the kidnapper" replied Mr. Waverly staring at commissioner Saga sharply-sharp.
"I didn't think of that. Stop all the waiters, that's what I had in mind at the time. I sent a wire to London to have the new group of servants sent that night. Meanwhile, there were only people I could trust at home; my wife's secretary, Miss Collins, and Tredwell, the butler who had lived with me since I was a child." said the woman.
"And this Miss Collins, how long has she lived with you?" ask commissioner Saga.
"It's only been a year" said Mr. Waverly.
"He meant a lot to me as a co-secretary and a very efficient housekeeper." Connect Mr. Waverly.
