The Third Party
53. Enough to Get Here

Actually I want to leave this house immediately but Damar does not want me to take him home yet. Various ways I have tried, even I also offer various kinds of lure but it does not work as well.

Damar insisted he did not want to go home because he was very happy to play with Hasan. Maybe Damar found a father figure in Hasan that he had never obtained. While I myself do not like to see the closeness of Hasan and Damar because I think his uncle was only a good temple to him.

"Broom, we're home now!" i'm firm.

"Later on, ma'am, I still want to be with Mr. Hasan."

"Listen to your mother. Next time I can come here again." Hasan.

"really?" ask Damar plain. "Would you take me here again?" looked at me.

"Mother doesn't promise." Damar seemed disappointed with my answer.

"If your mother will not bring you here, then the pack will come to your house."

I was very upset to hear Mas Hasan's words but I pretended to smile in front of Damar.

"Mom, Mr. Hasan is coming home" cried Damar excitedly.

"Dammar said goodbye to grandma first, let uncle talk to your mother for a minute."

"Good sir." Damar walked straight to his grandmother's room.

Mas Hasan walked up to me after Damar was nowhere to be seen.

"Emma ... I want to apologize for what I did to you at the time. I also apologize for my words at that time" said Hasan. Although it sounds sincere I can't believe it right away.

"I realized I'd been over, and I regretted it."

"If I hadn't been as successful as I am now, would you have apologized to me?"

Mas Hasan shriveled at my reply. I really can't believe I saw the change. Now he looks like a cowardly man in general. Missing sudan an authoritative and charismatic aura of money I once admired him.

Hasan's apology won't change anything. Want him to sit at my feet crying I will not forgive him.

Not long ago Damar out of his grandmother's room. "Mother ... Aunt Heni said Grandma wants to stay with us, is it okay?" ask Damar.

"What?!" many surprised. "Who said it?"

"Tante Heni, he went to see Damar and said that grandma wanted to stay with us. What can?"

"really?" ask Hasan. It seems he doesn't know this either. "Where is Aunt Heni now?"

"No idea, he went to the back," Damar replied. Hasan rushed to the back to find Heni.

"How's Ma? Can Grandma stay with us?" reset Damar.

I can't speak. My arrival here is only to deliver Damar, but why spread so far.

"Let's think about it. Grandma is also not healthy. It's a pity to have to travel a long way" I replied looking for an excuse. I can't be honest with Damar if I don't want to live with his grandmother. I've felt it and it feels like hell. I don't want to repeat it even though the conditions are different.

"We go home now, yes, I'll take a moment to the old man and see you first." I left Damar and went to the back looking for Hasan and Heni. I have to say goodbye to them, at least I have to tell them that I can't possibly take my mother to live with me.

I heard a debate between Hasan and Heni. The closer I got, the more clearly their voices sounded.

"I'm tired! After all, we no longer have money for maternal medical expenses! Emma is now rich, let me stay with Emma. His life is assured there!" That's what I heard. Then I turned around and went back to Damar. I'm really disappointed. They were begging me for forgiveness just because they wanted to use me.

"We go home now" I said, holding Damar's hand out of my in-laws' house. I don't want to see anyone in this house anymore. No one is truly sincere, not even they learn from their mistakes that made them what they are today.

Without thinking twice I drove my car away and probably never came back. This time it was enough to get here. There are only material relationships, blood relationships are meaningless in this family. I'm sorry, but you guys made me like this.
