The wounds of the past

In a room again there was a serious conversation of two friends who were in confusion. After the assaults on Ozan and Ameera, Hasan became unsettled. The middle-aged man was afraid of anything happening to his only child and his future son-in-law.

"I want the marriage of Ozan and Ameera to be accelerated" said Hasan, who was sitting in his seat of greatness.

Rudi was stunned to hear the words of his best friend. He was not ready to marry his son so soon.

"But Ameera is very young. Aren't we going to marry them after Ameera finishes her sentence?"

"But all those bad events convinced me to get them married quickly" Hasan said, a little pressuring.

Rudi fell silent, not knowing what to answer. The man did not want to force his young adult child to get married in his teens.

"You take it easy, Rudi... After Ameera marries Ozan, she will be my responsibility. I'll make sure your son is always safe."

Hasan then remembered Ozan who was still in the hospital.

Hasan then recalled something that made her look so sad. His mind drifted towards the past.

"I'm sorry, Rudi. You have to force your child to marry in their teens. Had Deniz been alive, we would have waited for them to grow up together and marry them off. But destiny says something else. God took Deniz so fast."

Rudi suddenly remembered the son of two friends who died 17 years ago. The real boy has been betrothed to Ameera. However, fate said otherwise, so Ozan replaced his sister to be paired with Ameera.

"I can't lose a child a second time. Deniz's departure has made a deep wound," said Hasan while dropping a drop of tears.

Not a day passed by Hasan without thinking about his youngest son who had died. Every time he thought of his son, he would feel like a failure to be a father.

"Don't worry, San. We will protect Ozan and Ameera at all costs" Rudi continued.

I'm sorry, Ameera. Maybe this decision will hurt you. But this is what's best for you, Rudi
