The Substitute

The Substitute
Birth of a Twin Baby

"Ameera, do you know why I taught you all these skills? Because one day you'll need it.

Remember one thing, you can only use your skills to protect yourself and others. Not to oppress the weak, and not to take revenge on the one who did you evil. Do not repay evil with evil. It will make you look the same as them. Not even the world can tell the difference between you and them. Be a forgiver, even if you feel your anger in the crown."

That long, meaningful sentence continued to ring in Ameera's ear. The message his late father had said a few days before his death. The gun he was holding fell to the floor just like that, along with the ringing of his tears falling.

Ameera may be angry, even very reasonable if she feels that everything that happens is unfair. But revenge is not a good thing. Ameera had just released all the anger and hatred lodged in her soul. The three shots he fired in any direction seemed to represent his entire feeling.

Ozan immediately approached and hugged his wife. Removing all his worries for the past few days.

"He just released all the anger in his heart. Even if his anger mounts, he will not be able to hurt others. That's Ameera," Rangga knew how his best friend was, that's why he just kept quiet and let Ameera when he was about to shoot at Hendri.

The few policemen standing guard at the front immediately secured Hendri and took him away. Likewise with Naura who is likely to be sentenced to prison after all the crimes she committed. The girl can now only resign if she is punished by the police. The presence of Dion returning to his side was like bringing a breath of fresh air into his life. Naura promised to improve her life from then on.

Hasan immediately ordered his bodyguards to take Ramon, Rizal and Jack to the hospital for serious injuries.

Ameera grimaced in pain holding onto her stomach. He then dropped his body on the floor, suddenly fresh blood flowed through his calf. Ozan, Rangga and Hasan who saw him immediately panicked.

"Dear, you're bleeding.." said Ozan stammering with fear.

"It hurts, Mom...!" Ameera who was not strong enough to withstand the pain in her stomach finally fainted making Ozan more panicked.

"Ozan, let's get Ameera to the hospital!"

Ozan then carried Ameera out of the villa to the front yard. They then rushed to the hospital.

Ozan holds Ameera in the car, while Rangga drives like an electric car. So panicked, he drove forward without caring about the swearing of other riders. He even ran a red light.

"FASTER RANGGA!!" yell Ozan.

"It's speeding, Bang!" sahut Rangga's.

Ozan wept hugging Ameera who was already unconscious, with her blood flowing. There was a great pain in the man's heart seeing the amount of blood on his wife's clothes.

"Wake, Yank... You have to hold on, we'll be there soon" Ozan said, patting Ameera's face gently.

Get them in a hospital. The health workers on duty swiftly took Ameera to the operating room. During that operation, Ozan continued to be on Ameera's side. He continued to recite the do'a and whispered it in Ameera's ear.

Hasan and Rangga sat next to each other in the long chair in front of the operating room. Not long after, Zarima came to Aliyah and Dina's company.

"How's Ameera, Mas...?" ask Zarima as she sobbed.

The middle-aged woman was so panicked after getting word that her beloved daughter-in-law was bleeding.

"Calm down, Ameera will be fine" said Hasan trying to calm Zarima who continued to cry.

Aliyah then approached Rangga and hugged her son, "You're okay, son?"

"Yes, Mah.." she replied.

A moment later Rangga glanced at Dina, the girl he missed so much. Everything that happened all this time created awkwardness between them. Dina tried to bring out a smile as their eyes met.

"Thank you, Din," said Rangga, "Oh yes, Bang Ramon is on the second floor. If you want to go there,"

"Later on, I'll wait for Ameera."

Inside, doctors are fighting to save Ameera and her two children. And not long after, there was the sound of the shrill cry of a baby that had just been removed from his mother's stomach. Ozan tears down his eyes witnessing the birth of his son.

One of the doctors immediately cleaned the tiny baby. Some doctors are trying to get the other baby out.

After a few minutes of the birth of the first baby, the doctor finally managed to remove the baby. Again Ozan pecked, staring at the baby in the doctor's arms.

Unlike her twin who soon cried shortly after her birth, the baby girl never cried. The doctor immediately gave the baby his treatment.

"So, this baby needs to be taken care of. Some parts of his body turned blue" said one doctor.

"Be quick to do the treatment" an expert doctor ordered.

After all the efforts of the doctor, finally heard the sound of crying baby girl even though it sounded weak. The two babies were then placed in an incubator.

Ozan then stroked the top of Ameera's still unconscious head, then kissed her forehead many times.

"Darling, our children are born. You have to be strong like them. Fight Yank, the kids need you."

Ozan then approached the glass box where the twins were. Happy mixed haru clearly depicted on his face saw the two tiny babies.

"You guys are strong, son... I'm sorry, because I picked you up for a long time," he said, wiping the glass box.

Out there the unsettled Rangga paced indistinctly in front of the operating room. Not long after, Ozan appeared from behind the door."

Those who had been waiting since, immediately approached when they saw Ozan.

"Ozan, how's Ameera?" ask Zarima.

"The operation went well, Mah. Now Ameera is still unconscious. The twins are also being treated by a doctor,"

Zarima cried to hug his eldest son, "Congratulations, son... You're already a father..."

"Congratulations, Bang!" Rangga.

He hugged his brother. Those who were there took turns congratulating Ozan who was already a father.

Ameera is unconscious. His condition is very weak.

Not long after...

Tiiittt's....

A long-running heart rate detector. The doctor in the room panicked.
