Chapter 17: El is also a boy

"I'm not pushy, just asking with little threat." - El-El

Luna is traumatized by being seduced by El. He won't go into the room anymore. She's studying in the TV room until dinner's ready. They ate together with the papi who had just returned home.

"Luna, welcome to Rahardja's family" he said as they finished their dinner. "If there's anything, don't hesitate to tell El, papi, or mami, or any other sister." Papi smiled at Luna.

Luna returned a papi smile, she then opened her mouth in doubt. "Can?" ask Luna.

"Of course I can! You need anything?" ask papi.

Luna nodded quickly.

"Tell me," said Papi.

"Luna wants to sleep with mommy" said Luna.

"Ohookk!" mami choked for a moment. Followed by the papi who had coughed. Although El? Just stared at the empty plate in front of him.

"Ehm!" Papi cleared his throat, then tried to improve things. "If Luna's the same mom, who's the same papi?" ask papi.

"Just like El," replied Luna confidently.

While mommy and papi were still stunned by Luna's reply, El got up and stepped out of the dining room without saying a word.

Mami held Luna's hand. "You shouldn't talk like that" said Mami. "It looks like El's mad."

Luna bowed then turned her gaze in all directions, avoiding the mami and papi stares at her. "I'm sorry," said Mami.

Luna raised her face then looked at mami with a clear face. As if understanding, Mami asked Luna to stand up. "Come on, mami temenin," he asked.

"El," the mother's call stopped El from climbing the stairs. El turns to look at Mami and Luna who are hiding behind her mama.

"Luna wants to talk to you" said Mami.

"Tell Luna, if you want to talk El wait in the room." El turned around and continued his steps up the stairs.

Now she looked at Luna, as if asking her to catch up with El. Luna was silent for a moment and decided otherwise. "Luna, want to learn first" he said.

Mami gave up, she chose to watch TV again. Papi came and accompanied her, spending quality time together. Sometimes mami glanced at Luna who turned out to be really serious about learning.

"Why don't you go to Luna's room?" El suddenly appears in the TV room, startling Mami and Luna.

El's been waiting a long time, and now it's 10 p.m. Because Luna had not yet shown her nose, El became very upset and caught up with her.

"Come," said El while pulling Luna's hand, but Luna did not move from her seat.

Luna looked down not daring to look at El. "I'm still learning, brother.." he said slowly.

Luna who was still in the TV room bit her lower lip confused. He was afraid to go back to the room, but he was also afraid of not coming back. Which is better?

Luna was sitting limp on the side of the sofa, putting her head on the cold table.

El glanced at the clock on the wall of his room. It's 12pm and Luna hasn't arrived yet. What exactly is he doing?! How could Luna be that scared, right?

Luna opened her eyes due to the sound of her phone alarm that echoed loudly. He found himself asleep on the bed. Luna looked around and realized that it was El's room. He got out of bed and saw no El anywhere. Did El take her to the room?

Luna grabbed her phone and turned off the alarm, finding that she was too late. He rushed to the bathroom to shower and get dressed. After that he quickly tidied up his school equipment and ran downstairs.

"Where is Miss Luna going??" Shouted Mr. Ahmad as Luna ran in the courtyard.

"School!" Luna shouted back, she had opened the gate of El's house and immediately boarded the ojek she ordered.

At school Luna spent her time with her friends who mocked her until her ears itched. His friends only know that he is engaged and not married, and before that El also told Luna not to say that to anyone.

Luna managed to do well because she learned a lot last night, but now she is confused because it is time to go home.

Luna squinted her eyes in disbelief. "Don't joke. I'm serious about it" replied Luna.

"Tell?" ask Luna.

Luna picks up her guitar and starts following Alex's directions. He finished training at 8pm when an unidentified number reached him. It turned out that it was Mr. Ahmad who was waiting for him in front of the studio, asking him to go home immediately.
