I don't know why Luna even remembered the words of her friend during elementary school. Did he laugh too much? Is she going to cry after this?

"Quick El, the ambulance is coming soon." En gave way to El who carried Luna up the elevator.

When he arrived at the loby, En could hear the sound of sirens getting closer. He ran ahead of El out of a large glass door that automatically opened.
En waved his hand giving the code for the ambulance to stop right where it stood. There was a loud scream until the white car stopped perfectly. Two well-dressed officers pulled down the wheeled bed from the car just as El exited the door.
El laid Luna on the bed. Sweat had already flooded his temples and back. The officers immediately took Luna into the car.
"El, you get in the ambulance! Brother get in the car! Call brother later!" En spoke quickly with a breath of breath. El nodded and immediately jumped up into the car that had rang the siren back.
In the ambulance, one of the officers asked Luna about her condition. "What's going on, sir?"

Another officer nodded, he put a breathing apparatus into Luna's face and checked her pulse.
"What was the patient sick before?"

"Mr help him..." El spoke weakly while looking at Luna. It felt like a dream because a few minutes ago he and Luna had just had a conversation together. If he finds out like this he won't take Luna! If he finds out like this, he won't force Luna! If he knew this, he wouldn't ask to meet! If only time could be turned back.
A few minutes in the ambulance drove El almost mad. He could only silently look at the motionless Luna before him. If only he could change things with Luna he would be happy to do so. Whatever he will do as long as Luna's circumstances are not as they are now.
Eventually the ambulance stopped, they had reached the hospital. El got out of the car, followed the officer to the emergency room before he was not allowed in.

El ran to him. "How's doctor?"
The doctor smiled for a moment. "It's okay. He's already fine. But he's not up yet.
"Can I see it now?" El can't wait to be with Luna.
"Why should he be treated, doctor? Painful?" En asked representing his sister's concerns.
"It just seems like she ate something that made her allergic. Do you know what that is?"
En and El shook their heads together.
"If it can be found out and avoided so as not to happen again." The doctor was silent for a moment. "Then..."
"Then what doc? Any other diseases?"
"Actually not a disease, but it seems that lately his weight has dropped dramatically. Is he stressed? Or maybe a diet?"
El did not answer the doctor's question, he cursed himself who was insensitive to the state of Luna.

The next minute, El, En and Reza were already in the VIP classroom inpatient room. El was busy staring at Luna from the chair next to Luna's bed. He clasped Luna's hand that wasn't pierced by a needle, then stroked her slowly.
