Chapter 1: The Daily
"Later, something as simple as getting up early next to you could be the most beautiful.." - El-El.
El looked at Luna who was still breathing regularly next to him. The girl was still locked in peace. She observed Luna's pretty face, slowly approached then kissed the forehead carefully.
"I love you." said El slowly. "I will always love you..."
After being satisfied to stare, El got up from the mattress and walked slowly towards the table in the corner of their room. He pulled the desk drawer until it made a creaking sound slowly. Taking the guidebook that was there, he researched one by one from the list. Alex has said everything. He's the one who asked Luna to sign up. He wanted to study music there. When he offered to Luna to take the same major, Luna did not answer. But, when Alex saw her, Luna's eyes were only fixed in one direction, the thing that caught her attention.
El walked down his finger slowly on top of the thick, red-bound book. His fingers stopped at the explanation of Psychology Department for Undergraduate Courses, Strata Studies 1 major in Psychology. El took a deep breath in silence, then he began to read it slowly. 4 years full time, four full years of study. This doesn't make sense, how could he survive for four years without Luna? Just one day I missed. Especially now, Luna was pregnant with their child. What's he supposed to do? Letting Luna go or asking her to stay by her side?
But right, Luna said she didn't want to go, she just came along.
Stupid, he must have said that because he did not want to bother.
No, he must be honest.
Where possible, you just want to think about what you want.
"CK!" El clucked in annoyance, cursing at his own thoughts pitting arguments against each other. He sat himself down on the sofa, kneeling his forehead slowly. Confusing. He tried to think again. What is most important to Luna?
Her future.
He did not want the wedding rope he tied to Luna to be a burden to the person he loved. From the beginning, he married Luna because he did not want anyone to take Luna from him. Not willing even if only in a dream, in daydreams also should not be. That is the kind of love he has. And now does he have to let go of his little partner?
El turned on the phone that had been in his grasp. He read repeatedly a message from Alex.
I'm going to study music education. Brother El can entrust Brother Luna to me.
Tantalizing offer.
El's mind had drifted far away. In the past, he wouldn't have believed that Alex offered this kind of thing, but now? It would be a million times better to let Alex be near Luna than anyone else she doesn't know her origins.
After all, studying in Indonesia can't you? There are so many prestigious campuses with the best quality that is not inferior to foreign universities. Is it possible that Luna would like to try to see another country? If you want to go abroad can be just a walk, no need to study there. El's heart began to look for reasons to refuse.
"No..." El shook his head slowly. He knew what Luna really wanted.
Taps. Taps. Taps.
With a slow step, El intends to exit the room, call Kris and prepare everything for Luna, but as she opens the door, Luna wakes up.
"Where are you going?" asked Luna while rubbing her eyes.
El turned around and approached Luna. "Sorry I woke you up..." After stroking Luna's head slowly, El began to look for an excuse. "I'm just a little hungry..."
"Well..." Luna flicked her blanket over quickly and lowered her feet to the floor. "I'll make breakfast for brother..."
At 3 am now, El feels guilty for making Luna wake up. With staggered steps, Luna walked towards the kitchen.
Luna realized El was following behind her. While yawning, Luna opened the refrigerator and picked up vegetables and eggs. Still sleepy, he soaked his face slightly so that his eyes could open a little wider.
Tak. Tak. Tak.
El enjoys the sound of a knife knock that Luna makes. The more days, Luna is getting better at using the kitchen equipment. How not, since his sisters lived with them, he never missed making food.
"Hoahm.." It turned out that Luna was still that sleepy, even though she had washed her face. El felt more guilty.
"Let me continue..." He took the spatula from Luna's hand, then he tried to stir the rice on the pan. Luna laughed amusedly at El's stiff movements. Instead of stirring, El even looks like he is making the contents of the pan spread everywhere. It falls in all directions.
"It's just me, brother..." Luna was about to take back the spatula but El prevented it.
"Let me. I want to try," he said.
Luna chuckled small. He wanted to let El keep trying, but he couldn't seem to. No, because now almost half of the contents of the pan are scattered.
"Slowly, brother... Do not use too much energy... He was stirring rice, not cement... Hehehe..."
El was embarrassed to hear it, but he really liked the moment. Spending time together, can be this close to doing everyday things.
Cup.
El could not bear to see the adorable cheeks of his wife being so close. Is it okay if he expresses a little love?
"Sister..." Luna rubbed her cheeks that were flushed with embarrassment.
Given such a gaze, El became weak. He gave up on that spatula. Now his hands were already wrapped around Luna's waist, making their bodies with no distance. Luna who had not had time to respond only frowned when El showered her with small kisses in every corner of her face. As Luna tries to get herself out of El's arms, El tightens her even more.
"Sister... Rice..." Luna tries to give the code to stop El, but what El does instead gives her a gift. Especially if it is not a long and long kiss. El enjoyed it, scented vanilla for today with a little sweet strawberry flavor. Luna succumbs to the warm trap that El gives her, slowly she reciprocates El's love. A gentle kiss they enjoy together, makes the two hearts drift in the romance foam that envelops the two, until....
"YYYYYYYY.... SKEWERS..." Bi Ijah, their maid in the house shouted as she saw smoke billowing from the direction of the stove.

"I think I need a honeymoon..." El rubbed his chin slowly.
"Hmm? Mean dad?" Reza walked over to El's desk while carrying a pile of documents that had to be checked.
"I've never been on a honeymoon with Luna..." El looked at Reza, asking for approval from the secretary.
"Make what? Luna is already pregnant." she replied lightly.
El scrunched his forehead slightly before he flicked his finger. "Kris," he called slowly.
Kris who had just listened, answered El with a nod. "Yes, Sir..."
"It looks like the list of secretary suitors you emailed me yesterday will be checked out tonight. I wish there was a competent one among them..."
"P-P-Sir!" Reza panic. "I was a little dizzy earlier..." After banging her own head a few times, Reza looked at El with a long look.
"Currently, the honeymoon is important... Where are you going? After me, South Korea is the most desirable destination... Reina just unceasingly spoke it until my ears itched to hear it..."
El interested. "Did Luna say she was going there?"
"Not really, anyway... But, their age really likes it, sir. Do I need to call my sister to make sure?" Reza took out her cell phone from her pocket. The screen was on, and he was ready to press a button.
El nodded. Seeing that approval, Reza immediately pressed the call button and within a few seconds, a voice had already replied.
"What brother?" Sound from across. Reza activated the speaker button and asked.
"Did Luna like South Korea?"
"Yes, dong. There's a--
Tut's. Call adjudicated.
"Right, right, sir?" Reza. He does not care if at home later his sister will swear because he just decided the phone, the important thing now is to please El.
Reza looked at El now, pleading inwardly. And a second later, El's smile came up.
"Reza, clear my schedule. I'm going on my honeymoon to Korea next week..."
asws....
Reza threw his face away while cursing.
