The Sky for Luna

The Sky for Luna
10. Chopsticks VS Forks

El parked his car in front of a Japanese restaurant that happened to be on the side of the road they were on. Restaurant with a multi-storey building dominated by black with a little red elongated line decoration. There is a large board bearing the name of the restaurant and also a picture of the menu that is appetizing.

Luna gulped with difficulty, not because she imagined how good the food she would eat later, but because she was afraid of not being able to pay. This restaurant seemed too luxurious for commoners like her. He was screaming in panic in his heart.

I wasn't told to pay, was I? We'll pay for it ourselves, right? I didn't forget to bring my wallet, did I???

Unlike the raucous Luna, El stepped casually into the restaurant. The aura of the rich man was already beyond doubt. Luna can only follow El, walk slowly and try to be invisible.

"Make 2 people..." El answered the question of the waiter who greeted them. Afterwards, they sat down on a chair and the waiter gave El and Luna a menu. Luna stared fixedly at the waiter, so beautiful she thought. Just look at the clean white skin with a slim body and neatly-coupled hair. Do not forget the makeup that does not lose. He is more deserving as a visitor and Luna his servant. Haha.

Luna stopped staring as the servant looked back at her. He turned his eyes to the menu. Started researching. El glanced at Luna from behind the thick book containing various pictures of food and drink that he was holding. He observed the movements of Luna, a new form of entertainment for her. Luna seemed to be patting her own forehead without a sound then muttered without a sound again. Again he was unaware that he was being watched.

What the hell is he thinking? El smiled slightly looking at Luna. Seeing this girl is always fun.

"What do you want to order?" ask El. He put the book on the table. Luna, who was in front of him, followed what El had done.

Luna still can't order. All the food looks good but the price makes her want to cry. Luna frowned, silent, frowned, silent again. He began to sit unsettled, moving around aimlessly.

Well, what's this food for? Strange name, but the picture is like mi? vermicelli? spaghetti's? I only know ramen doang. Gile, what ramen is so expensive??

Since El and the servant had been staring at her, waiting for a response, Luna finally pointed to a picture in the book. "I ordered this, ma'am..." Seen a picture of a white bowl filled with original variant writing. He chose the cheapest menu.

"Well, what do you want to drink?" ask the waiter.

"White water yes. Thanks..." Luna answered him with an awkward smile.

Now the waiter turned to El, asking for his order. El pointed to a picture containing a complete food package that made Luna limp when she saw the price. Why is eating once so expensive?

After taking down El and Luna's order, the maid looked down politely and left. Luna thought no more of the expensive food El ordered, she was busy with the thought that her hundred thousand stash money sheet would drift in vain after this. RIP the red.

"Luna..." El called out to Luna, making Luna's daydream scatter instantly.

"Yes, brother?" Luna answered El's call. He did it like El Pinta, with the word 'Sister'. Luna noticed El's face turning bright as she did that. He could only sigh following the will of this boss.

What is this feeling? How it feels to be called a sister. El.

How does it feel so strange to call you sister? I was her brother all along. Luna.

"What class are you in now?" el asked, trying to find out about Luna.

"Grade 12, brother." Luna answered without hesitation.

"Oh, means soon to graduate and continue college, dong. Where are you going to college?" El continued his interrogation. Trying to gather a lot of information.

"I don't know yet, brother..." Luna answered slowly.

"Not a good college? I can recomend the campus--the-

"You don't know about college or college." Luna cut off the word El.

I look so pathetic, not really..

No, it's kannnnn... Baper is him.

Luna herself had already prepared the heart that she might not be going to college because all her sisters are still in school and need fees. His father was just a regular office clerk and his mother was just an honorary teacher at Elementary School. During this time they attended public schools that free school fees, but still need fees and pocket money every day. Imagine, five children for school fees and seven people for food costs. Very much.

"My sisters are still in school, brother." Luna answered honestly.

"How many are your sisters?" ask El. He's still digging.

"Four, brother." Luna showed her rows of white teeth, trying to comfort herself as she began to recall the tragic events of today.

And all men. And everything sucks. Don't remind me anymore.

"How many children are you?" ask El.

"To one."

Their conversation was cut short with the waiter who brought the food. Luna saw El's order. The full set of menus, rice, meat, vegetables and coloured drinks were all out of the question, but they looked good. Afterwards the waiter placed an order for Luna, who had only one bowl of ramen and a bottle of mineral water.

"Eat first yes..." El began to eat the food in front of him without hesitation. He wanted Luna to do the same.

Luna looked at the bowl in front of her. There are only chopsticks and spoons. He picked up the chopsticks and started eating. Not that he can't use chopsticks, but he's not good at using them!

In a short time, El had already finished his meal and was sipping his drink casually. While opposite her, Luna was still struggling with her chopsticks. Again and again made El's lips move in a smile.

Why use chopsticks when a fork is made?? Luna grumbled in her heart.

"Why? That difficult?" El took the chopsticks Luna was holding and started picking up noodles in her bowl.

Wait for... Wait for... He doesn't want to bribe me, does he??

"More..." El asks Luna to open her mouth. He could see Luna who was shocked and indecisive by El's offer.

But after the war with no sound in her brain, Luna accepted the bribe, by force.

"Thank you brother." Luna took the chopsticks. "I can eat by myself, really..." He doesn't want to be fed again. Horrifically.

"okay." El gave his chopsticks and sat back down again. "Why didn't you ask for a fork?" ask El.

JDURER!!! Imaginary lightning struck inside Luna's brain.

Why am I so?? Why don't you ask for a fork???

After he finished eating, El received the bill given by the waiter and put several hundred thousand bills into it.

"Take the change" said El. "Yeah..." El got out of his chair, asking Luna to follow him out of the restaurant.

Luna swore in her heart. If you know why I paid for expensive pesen earlieriiiii..... Udinnn......
