“Back there!”
Two days! Two days Mike suffered. Just want to go crazy. Mike does not know that the woman his father will marry him turns out to be Mike's little friend who has always stuck wherever he goes.
Her name was Ploy, and she was a petite woman with chubby cheeks asking to be bitten. She was beautiful, and looked like a fashionable rich kid. One of the shortcomings that Mike does not like about the boy is that he is a crouchy, aggressive, and plain-loving bully.
One time Mike had intended to humiliate the woman in front of his High School friends. Mike asks for a request, and if Ploy fulfills it, Mike will accept that the woman will do anything to him.
And guess! Mike asked what?
With his son of a bitch Mike told the woman to show her breasts, in front of her other friends. At that time Mike was too reckless and did not think about the consequences for his actions, exactly the most delinquent child. Which he thought, perhaps in this way, that woman would stop approaching him after being humiliated.
However ...
Unexpectedly, Ploy complied. He began to unbutton his shirt, and when his breasts were almost visible, Mike glared at him. This was not what he expected! The woman should have passed away and refused her request!
So, with a movement of his own heart, Mike ran blocking Ploy's body from being seen by the eyes of his friends' basket. He snorted at Ploy's eyes and began buttoning the girl's shirt back.
As a result of the events of the day, Mike was severely traumatized. He hallucinates for days, condemning himself for using a ridiculous idea to get rid of Ploy. He did hate Ploy, annoyed with her attitude, but he also did not have the heart for the woman because she was not wrong. Ploy is not yet an adult.
Isha!
Really, Mike doesn't understand Ploy's way of thinking. She was even willing to obey whatever Mike wanted, well, except to tell him to leave. That woman is really hard to get rid of!
Even now, he bravely came to the office and brought food to Mike.
“No.”
Lookie! Just look at how he was casually smiling when in front of him there was a man who had wanted to go crazy for holding back embarrassment.
Mike wants to grab his hair, “Why? Why don't you want to?”
“Aunty said, you have to finish this lunch, then I can go.” He smiles.
Ploy again wiggled the cheerful yellow lunch box in front of Mike's face.
Mike suddenly had a headache, he immediately grabbed his nape and closed his eyes due to stress. Even this woman uses her mother's name. You little bastard!
After trying to calm down, Mike sighed. He looked around him. They're still standing in the office lobby. Then he looked back at Ploy.
“Alright, I'll eat it. But after this, you have to go home, okay?”
Ploy nodded enthusiastically.
Mike breezed off to the office cafeteria Ploy followed from behind. Arriving there, several employees were seen sitting in groups while chatting and enjoying their lunch, some of them seemed to choose to eat outside as Mike would have done 10 minutes ago, before finally meeting that little bastard.
Mike and Ploy sat on one of the empty benches in the corner, where there were few people. Ploy happily opened the lunch box one by one and finally gave a spoon to Mike. Mike received it and stared for a moment at the dishes presented in front of him. These are all her favorite dishes. Sohun stir-fry, shrimp paste, and lastly papaya salad.
And however much Mike hated Ploy's presence before him, as soon as he saw the three dishes, he knew that his smile could not be hidden. He was so hungry and now his favorite dish was in plain sight. So, without thinking about his ego that had been successfully torn down, Mike immediately devoured them all with pleasure.
“How, is it good?” Ploy asked with sparkling eyes.
Mike was still busy putting food in his mouth when the question came, making him spontaneously stop and raise his gaze. At that time Mike realized that enthusiasm would not have a good effect on him, the woman would only get bigger head if she praised her cooking.
So, Mike cleared his throat and chewed his food until it ran out. Calmly he pretended to think, “Mmm ... Good luck.”
How bad this man is!
Even so, Ploy remained happy when she saw Joss actually spending every trace on her food box.
“Mike?”
Suddenly a woman no less fashionable with seductive curves came closer, the beat of her heels echoed so clearly. She is Katy, a famous workwoman who often seduces employees whom she finds charming.
Mike knew him well enough because a month ago they had spent a hot night, obviously before Mike met Lily. And that was a long time ago. Because of the different floors on which they work, Mike rarely met the woman. After all Mike only treats women like them for one time, why does he keep contact with them for a long time, right?
“Oh ..” Mike turned his head and tried to remember the name of the woman who was now standing next to their table.
“Katy,” Katy reminds with contrived ruckus. “Oh, yes. How are you?” He asked pretentiously, ignoring Ploy's whereabouts.
“Good. What's wrong with meeting me?”
Katy tucked her hair behind her ears, removing the long hair that was blocking her beautiful chest.
“Ah, the ... Do you have time tonight?” Ask in a made-up seductive voice.
Mike glanced at Ploy. Ploy was still staring at Mike with those innocent round eyes. Gosh darn. Why would he be in such a situation!?
Mike could have said he didn't have time, but it's certain that women like Katy will always come next time and ask the same thing. But if Mike says he's engaged to Ploy, then she'll be looking for another man. But ... Mike has to deal with Ploy again, this woman will be bigger head if Mike admits it in front of other women. Arrgh!
Mike tightened his jaw. Stupid timing. “I can't. Tonight I'll spend time with my fiancee.” Mike smiled at Katy, then glanced at Ploy.
Katy took a look at Ploy. Suddenly his eyes turned disgusted. “Tacto?” He was bitterly captivated, feeling awkward.
“Hai!” Ploy says hello. Katy replied half-heartedly.
Katy looks agitated and starts rubbing her arms. “Err ... Then enjoy your time, yaa. I still have a lot of work, byeah!”
Ploy waved cheerfully as usual. Then, so innocent he praised, “Mike, who is that woman? Beautiful onceii.”
Mike glares. So innocent this woman!
“Dia? Beauitiful? You're blind, huh?” Mike asked confusedly half-whispered.
Ploy. “She is really pretty. What's up?”
“Face full of starch kanji so you say beautiful?”
Ploy blinked for long. A split second later he let out a laugh, he instantly covered his mouth as the employees in the cafeteria turned to look at them. Mike couldn't help but smile. He was also aware of how synchronous the facts he had said just now were.
“Mike?”
Again a woman's voice interrupts Ploy and Mike's time, but this time she's Lily.
Mike's been missing that sound lately. So to her surprise she turned her head sparkling, got up from the chair and walked over to Lily.
“Lily, what are you doing here?”
“Really? Want me to take you?”
Both of Lily's eyebrows rose in inches, she glanced briefly at the woman who was laughing with Mike, before looking back at the man again.
“No need, I see you are busy, I can take a taxi later.”
“Don't do that! Let me take you, okay?” Mike insists.
Suddenly Ploy stood up from the bench and approached the two of them. “Mike, who is he?” Soft question.
Instead of Mike answering, Lily stuck out her hand. “Include, I'm Lily, friend of Mike.”
Ploy welcomed Lily's helping hand with her bright smile. “Really? Then I'm Ploy, Mike's fiancee. I hope we can be close friends too.”
Hearing that, Mike was eager to poke around. His eyes glared, what does that mean!?
But Lily was different, she had already shone wide. “Jeez, Mike! You didn't say you already had a fiancee.”
Mike quickly waved in front of the chest, denying. “No. Mike's what--” fiancee then quickly smothered Ploy's mouth. “---Ish, you're this!”
Lily laughed as she shook her head at their little fight. “Already, enough. Why be ashamed, Mike. She's your own fiancee.”
Holy hooch! It's not! Mike's just gonna go crazy.
Still chuckling, Lily glanced at her watch, then again said, “Oh, yes. I'll take care of it, okay. And Ploy, come home sometime, okay?”
Ploy nodded quickly behind Mike's defender. Mike didn't even catch up to Lily when she had a little run after waving and leaving.
Mike gave a rude snort, after Lily disappeared from behind the wall, he glanced sharply at Mike and released her provisions.
Mike was eager to scold Ploy all out, everything was on the tip of his tongue, but he knew better that this was a public place, people were more interested in shows like this to watch. So, swallowing his anger, Mike sauntered away from the canteen, leaving Ploy speechless looking at him.
Ploy doesn't know why Mike was so mad at her. He didn't do anything that he thought was wrong.
Yaah ... Mike is always angry with whatever Ploy is doing. So, for the umpteenth time again, Ploy could only sigh and try to understand.
...----------------...
“Do you know that Mike already has a fiancee?”
Lily's question interrupted Darren's hearing that night sitting on a wooden hanging swing near the pool. After eating, Darren decides to smoke a little outside, but seeing Lily come up with a plate of fresh, diced fruits, Darren instantly turns off his cigarette and throws it away.
“Tactualty? When?"
The swing swayed gently as Lily sat down next to Darren while thrusting a fork to let Darren eat the fruit that the woman was serving.
Darren was chewing on an apple when Lily answered by shrugging her shoulders, “Entah. But certainly recently. They look very harmonious and adorable.” Lily looked up at the sky, re-imagining the events of this morning, the new couple did look always sweet.
Lily involuntarily smiled, Darren who saw that could only laugh looking at her. “Do you want it too?” Goda.
Lily blinked, then turned to look at Darren. “What?”
Instead of answering, Darren scoops the grapes and feeds them into Lily's mouth. “Makanya, quickly answer my application so that we are like others.”
Lily glanced at the cynic. Fuck up! Darren really doesn't get tired of always reminding the same thing. It was as if he was desperate to get married. What does this guy want from a woman like Lily! Lily was suspicious for a long time.
“Can tell you, I need time.” Lily placed the plate on her lap, then folded her arms in front of her chest. “Promance ... You haven't fully proven your love, have you? Said he wanted to make me believe ..” Lily held back a laugh, she was teasing Darren.
“Gosh ... Lily, if I could reach the stars, I would've given it to you.”
Bursting Lily's laughter due to Darren's deadly seduction, let alone saying it with a reassuring and serious look.
Darren could not help but smile, he also realized his words were exaggerating.
“Stop seducing me!” Lily hit Darren's arm with her laugh.
“I'm not seducing, Lily.” Darren still chuckles, but his eyes look more serious when looking at his woman so that makes Lily look at him. “I mean is ... I could've done anything for you to know that my love couldn't be contained anymore. It's just that I'm afraid someone took you from me, I don't want that to happen, Lily. People were easier to snatch when others did not have a strong status. But when they know that we are a couple, no matter how hard they try to separate, I know it will never happen if we choose to be faithful.”
Lily was stunned, immersed in every seriousness that Darren's heart said. Lily is actually aware of Darren's change. He knew that this man had changed a lot, that Darren was stiffer and thought only of himself and Mary. But now different, he makes Lily as part of his world. She was more blatant now, stating whatever was on her mind shamelessly, acting rashly even when Lily thought of her as looking for attention. Lily could have said 'yes', she had plenty of opportunities to say it. But ... He himself still doubts. What exactly is he looking for? Isn't it obvious that Darren loves her? What else is he waiting for?
Lily took a breath. Eyes down. But a second later Darren's palms grabbed the woman's face, lifting her up to look her in the eye.
“Lily ... If you still have doubts about yourself, think about this ... Before I had doubts about my feelings, I didn't realize it in the first place and it haunted me. I think too much about things when I know loving you is my happiness. Until finally you disappeared from my sight, only then did I realize that to achieve your own happiness, never think of bad things that are not necessarily happening.”
Lily subconsciously put down her fruit plate and slid into Darren's arms. Darren may not realize how valuable her words were just now to Lily. Lily didn't know how Darren could understand her so much. For years Lily lived only to take care of the feelings of others, doing anything to make the people closest to her feel satisfied with her performance, until she forgot to find her own happiness.
Darren was only able to smile sadly while gently rubbing Lily's long hair.
A few minutes into that position, Lily finally let go of her embrace, she was apparently crying. And again Darren smiled, wiping the tears on Lily's cheek.
“Alright, I want.”
Darren.
Lily laughed at Darren's witty look.
“Darren, I said I wanted to. I want to marry you.”
Oh, blimey! Holy hooch! Holy hooch!
Darren glared, digesting Lily's sentence. Oi! She didn't think Lily would answer that soon, but, but, but ...
Darren. “What should you say?”
“I want to marry you!” His reply was louder with a relieved laugh, Lily did not know that such a simple answer could release all her burdens.
And a split second later Darren clasped Lily tightly, so tightly that he would not let her breathe. His heart screamed, as if he were winning the lottery.
Darren releases Lily after being satisfied to hug the woman. “You better not play me, Young Miss,” her gaze is serious but witty.
Lily grinning. “I mean it, Young Master.”
“AHAHAHAHAH!” Darren laughed, letting the sky witness how grateful he was that night.
Then, Darren fondly kissed Lily on the forehead, closing his eyes as if he did not want time to pass. He will remember tonight, as the first night of the union of hearts that no longer travel. Their hearts had found each of its masters, and that was enough.
