"Heii Heii Heii Heii" Iksan said as he played his index finger right in front of Rio's eyes.
"Lo has twenty-four hours, eight hours to work, eight hours to sleep, and eight hours to enjoy your life. Believe me, your life will be stable if you can manage your time" added Iksan.
It has been two weeks that Rio came in the morning and came home at night, he has never worked exactly eight hours since he joined the Iksan company. Even when all of his co-workers started coming home, he was still the last person to leave the floor. He was already familiar with the building guards where he worked.
"Gue doesn't ask for overtime pay anyway" said Rio.
Iksan pretended not to listen to it, he just walked leisurely leaving the office room waving from behind. From afar, Sinta started to approach Rio silently silently. He observed Rio from afar, while looking at what Rio was working on.
"If you continue to work hard rich gini, most likely we will win again this year's award" Goda Sinta.
Rio smiled, he turned his body while removing the earphones in his ears. He walked into the kitchen and returned with two cups of milk coffee.
"Gue was confused Ta, that's weird. I am serious as this should meet you guys who can be that relaxed" Rio said opening the conversation.
"Continue?" Ask Sinta.
"I feel like I have to keep working hard to get to the target. But you all ask me to relax" continued Rio.
Sinta smiled, "Ri, hard work is not always have to work longer than others. You don't have to look busy all day. But that hard work, the effort to keep focused on what you need to do. And it's all invisible" Sinta explained.
"To keep working hard, you need a fresh mind, a healthy body, and good feelings. And it can not be done by continuing to force your own body and brain every day" continued Sinta.
That night, Rio came home sooner than usual. He began to understand why his coworkers could continue to run away from him. Not because they really work very fast, but because they are all focused on one goal and on target. Hard work is not just looking sweaty, looking busy, or working longer. All will be in vain, when all is not right on target.

Naomi turned her pen around on the table, less than two months she worked but the notebook was full. Although she was getting used to it, but sometimes Naomi was a little overwhelmed when facing Kubo's attitude in the office. The man is very different if he is in the office, like he has no feelings. One day Naomi made a mistake, and the man threw all his papers on the floor. Naya acts to calm the man down.
The extension of Naya's working period was done because Naomi was still considered unable to replace Naya. Actually Naomi was a little relieved when she knew Naya would stay longer. There are still many things that need to be learned by Naomi, there are still many things that Naomi has not mastered. Unlike usual, he fell asleep quickly on top of his book. His hands rested his chin and he fell asleep until morning.
That morning Naomi ran since arriving at the Lobby, her footsteps filling the room and making everyone see her as she passed by. All the greetings of the morning people were ignored, even he could not wait for the elevator to open and use the emergency stairs to reach Kubo's room. Only his phone is nailed to the one he holds, recalling dozens of missed Naya calls. He was late coming to the office this morning, not ten or twenty minutes. But an hour. And he forgot that today was a morning meeting that he should never forget.
The woman continued to look down, not daring to raise her face when she saw Kubo enter the office room followed by Naya who was carrying a laptop. He settles the sludge into the room to reduce Kubo's anger. He knew Kubo must be angry, and he couldn't imagine how he would scold him today.
"Do you know what meeting was this morning?" Kubo asked seriously as Naomi faced him.
"meetings with shareholders" replied Naomi slowly.
"How much do you need there?" Ask Kubo again.
Naomi kept silent, she wanted to answer but could not answer because she did not know her position there.
Naomi's shoulders trembled slightly hearing Kubo shout, she was very scared and just unmoved.
"Do you know how much you need?" Shouted Kubo again.
Naya is silent, not defending Naomi. Even Naomi did not expect that she would get a defense.
"I was wrong, today I missed a meeting that I shouldn't have missed. I should have been able to be your translator and representative in that meeting" Naomi said slowly.
"I don't know how much I contributed to the meeting, but that doesn't mean I weakened the meeting today" he added.
Kubo sighed, he then quietly flinched. His eyes were straight on Naomi who was looking down. Tapping his finger on the table. Making patterns faster.
"Get out now!" Kubo Tegas.
Naya pulls Naomi out of Kubo's room, trying to keep Naomi away from Kubo. The woman invites Naomi to go to the cafeteria, buy sweet drinks to cool Naomi's mood.
"I know you're angry" Naya said softly.
"I told you once, justin. He will be good by himself" Naya continued.
Naomi was silent, she was still down. But tears started to fall from his eyes. The longer the bigger it gets to attract the attention of people in the cafeteria until he has to clench both hands in the face.
"I'm not angry with Nay, I'm not angry at all" Lirih Naomi.
"I know I was wrong" he continued.
"Please teach me how to fix my mistakes today"
Naya is a little surprised by Naomi's words, she does not think that Naomi would rather blame herself than be angry at Kubo. Today was an important meeting, that's why Naomi was present. In addition to Naomi being introduced to all shareholders as their new co-workers, Naomi also has a duty to get to know the participants there.
It has been done for a long time by Naya, such as finding out the background of personal life and the nature of everyone there. It was Kubo doing to keep his business, and honestly Kubo hoped Naomi would quickly learn it. But as it turns out, Naomi went through an important passage that she shouldn't have missed.
"Naomi I asked to go home, he is still a little unprepared to face you like that" Naya said as she entered Kubo's room. The man flinching, he was without response until Naya had to wait for him for a while.
"I don't care, whether I choose him because he is part of my past or for any personal reason, here he has to work hard. I want him to be able to distinguish what he should do and not me, I don't care how different I am when I meet him outside but here, in this company he should respect me as his boss. He has to be a professional, and you have to be able to teach him that" Kubo said.
Naya nodded her head nod to understand what Kubo meant, "i'll do better" Naya said.
That day Kubo came home with a bad feeling, even he missed the door of Naomi's apartment without turning his head. Though usually, he always hoped that the woman would open the door when he passed by and asked him to enjoy a bowl of home cooking that he missed.
