After returning from campus and the mall, Janie decided to take a shower and take a warm bath to relieve her fatigue. He deliberately linger so that his body returns to relax and fresh before dinner time.

"Where are mom and dad?" janie asked her husband when they had dinner alone at the dinner table.

"they were attending a party invitation from one of my father's fellow state officials" Charlie replied as he scooped up his meal.

"it's different if people are important, hang out with state officials" Janie was amazed at the achievements and positions achieved by her father-in-law. While Charlie was just smiling hearing his wife speak innocently.

There is not much they discuss while at the dining table, they prefer to be busy with their respective thoughts until finally they both finish their food and go back into the bedroom.

Charlie's cell phone broke the silence of the room. A name appeared on the screen of the phone that was lying just like that on the bed. "Vicky" Janie who read in the heart immediately felt shrieked. While Charlie swiftly picked up his phone and walked away to the balcony of the room to keep his distance so that his conversation with his interlocutor on the phone was not heard by Janie.

After almost ten minutes Charlie finally went back into the room. Janie, who was restless from the beginning, pretended to be busy with her phone and was being careless.

"it was Vicky who called" Charlie tried not to cover up Vicky's whereabouts between their marriages.

"ohhh" Janie just answered briefly and remained as usual as possible, then the room was quiet again.

TOK TOK TOK Not long ago the sound of knocking on the door of the room broke the silence.

"what's wrong sir?" janie asked one of the housekeepers who knocked on the door.

"there's a guest for you Miss Janie in the front yard" the housekeeper said.

"well, I'll be right down" Janie then steps towards the front yard of the house leaving Charlie in the room alone.

"Jack?" Janie could not believe what she saw, someone standing in front of the main gate.

"hi Janie!" Jack waved his hand.

"do you know where I live from?" ask Janie wonder.

"eheheheheh, surprised huh? this morning I saw someone who looked like you coming out of this gate in a car, so to get rid of the curiosity I stopped by here after college to make sure" explained Jack at length.

"you live around here too?" ask Janie curiously.

"that's right there!" Jack pointed to a large house not far from his in-laws house.

"don't worry, I work as security at night while I go to college during the day" Jack explained.

Jack, who is a farm boy in Alexbad, has always been persistent at work. Since school he always helped his parents to earn extra income by becoming a farm worker. After graduating from college, he went to the Capital to complain of fate, studying with a full scholarship while working.

"by the way now you live here or just stay for a while?" ask Jack to investigate.

"now that I'm moving to college in the capital, so I'm staying with the Adams family to get closer" Janie deliberately covered up her marital status.

"wahhh means we can meet often huh?" Jack is enthusiastic to hear Janie move to the Capital.

"yes of course, I'm glad there's finally someone I know around here" Janie smiled sincerely.

"uh yes forgot, but in the yard yes, this is not my home, it is not nice if I carelessly invite my guests inside" replied Janie sungkan.

"no, I'm kidding, I'm just for a little while, because I have to get back to work" Jack said, glancing at his watch.

"what time do you work?" ask Janie to investigate.

"nine at night until six in the morning" Jack said.

"ohhhhh soon dong huh?" Janie was a little disappointed that her friend had to leave immediately.

"alright, then I say yes, next time I'll call you again in free time" then Jack waved his hand away.

"good job, good spirit!" Janie waved her hand as she shouted encouragingly at her friend.

While from the top of the balcony of the room Charlie stared in full view towards Janie and her guests. The considerable distance between the balcony of the room and the courtyard in front of the main gate made him unable to hear the conversation the two of them were having, he said, but from his body language Charlie is convinced that the man who came was someone who already knew Janie well.

"who's coming?" Charlie asked as he opened his phone on the bed.

"Jack, he's my schoolmate in Alexbad, this morning he saw me coming out of the yard, then he wondered if what he saw was me or not, so he stopped by" Janie explained at length.

"ooohhhh" Charlie replied briefly as he nodded his head.
