When dinner arrives, the family gathers together except for Janie, who is on college assignment to the capital for one Sunday. The dining event is punctuated by light and casual chatter surrounding their daily activities. Mark who is still a prospective daughter-in-law in the family also feels like a real daughter-in-law like James.

"Listen, Miss Monica bought a piece of land around here?" ask Mark.

"yes, Brother Monica wants to build a villa, he says he wants to spend his old age here" replied Mark.

"Good idea, the right choice to enjoy the peaceful life of old age in Alexbad, like we're soon to retire and live to take care of grandchildren" said the father, staring at Marie meaningfully.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" marie asked making the others smile meaningfully.

"that's a sign I want you to get married!" seloroh Katie interprets her father's gaze.

"don't delay any more, move on" James chimed in on his wife's words making Marie misbehave.

"what are you talking about?" marie said, sipping her water even though she was not thirsty.

"son, we've heard of Mark's good intentions to propose to you to be his wife, so I hope you don't think too long" the mother said with a gentle look.

"yes Ma'am" Marie simply nodded without taking her eyes off the plate in front of her. It will take longer to be sure that the choice is right.

"why is it not fixed now the date? it used to be 2 weeks until the wedding day came!" katie said remembering her wedding.

"right, we'll definitely help you two get everything ready" James supported his wife.

While Marie was silent, she actually agreed that everything good should not be delayed, but she wanted to convince herself first.

"it's up to you guys, then, I'll come along" Marie finally gave up and passed all the decisions on to her family.

"good, after eating we set the date" said the father.

The day in question has finally been determined, the Peteroy and Mark families agreed to hold their wedding after Mark made the inauguration of laying the stone for his new business that is three weeks from now.

"Thank you for being my life partner and for being a mother to my children" Mark said.

Marie who was at a loss for words only replied to him with a gentle caress on Mark's face, exploring every inch of his face and looking fixedly at his two eyes.

"i love you, you are my everything" Mark kissed Marie's lips again, kissed her deeper and left the two drifting in their love for nearly ten minutes.

"hayoooo, what are you doing?" Katie and James who had just climbed to the second floor found Marie and Katie who were fond of making out.

"you're just in shock!" Marie looks red blushing because she was alone with Mark.

"dear baby don't bother them, just let them enjoy their courtship, we make out with our version inside" james said as he then pulled his wife into the room leaving Marie and Mark alone.
