The Love Story of the Twin Three Girls

The Love Story of the Twin Three Girls
Chapter 16

At lunchtime James was called to meet his father in the rector's room. "this is the look!" his father thrust out a few photos of the girl. "what is this?" James who knew the direction of the conversation immediately turned his brain so that his father's plan to get him married did not continue. "I don't think I need to explain it to you anymore, you're an adult and very intelligent to digest information like this!" her father was now staring intently at James. "come on dad!" James put on a face with a sign of refusal. "yesterday dad gave me the option to work at this college or get married, then I've chosen to work here, why now you're denying it?" James recalled their last conversation in this room. "i never promised not to tell me to get married, yesterday I just said that if you don't want to teach, then get married, please, it means it could be after you become a lecturer you get married!" kilah the father. "it's a bitch to have a lawyer father!" James did not dwell on the father's refutation. He knew very well that his father was very good at word play.

"then give me time to determine my own soul mate" James accepted his father's request to marry immediately on the condition that he himself seek his woman. "fine, fine, I'll give you a week to bring your girlfriend to see me!" her father approves. "whatt??? one Week? no. Dad, one month!" James filed a negotiation. "two Weeks, period!!" then his father continued his pending work on the computer.

Throughout the afternoon Katie was amazed to see James just silent in front of the laptop, unlike usual who always ruled it as good as he could. "Your brother's okay, right?" Katie waved her hand in front of James' eyes. "let's go home!" James then closes his laptop and hints at Katie to tidy up all of his work files into the bag and take him home to the apartment.

TOK TOK... Katie knocks on James's door "sir, dinner is ready" Katie invites James to eat. "i'm not hungry" James answers briefly and tells Katie to get out of her room. "it's weird, it's weird, not as usual she was" Katie felt suspicious.

James invited his friends to gather at the cafe they used to come to tell the problem. "what's wrong with your face? you've never been this poor, there must be a big problem that got you started?" ask Charlie to investigate. Then James told him how his father had told him to get married and the deadline they had agreed to. "imagine how difficult it would be to find a future wife within two weeks!!" James looked very upset. "hey man, you are handsome, smart and rich, it will not be difficult to find a woman, even the perfect one for you to marry!" seloroh Mark teases James. "James is not a playboy-like man! after all getting a woman to be a wife is very different from just having fun!" Charlie scolds Mark. "ahhhh you two are old-fashioned!" Mark who began to saturate the topic of their conversation then began to tease every woman who passed in front of his desk.

"is there really no woman you know well that you can make a candidate for a wife?" Charlie stared fixedly at James. "you know who I am, right?" James then reminded Charlie of the injuries he had sustained with his ex-girlfriend. "I know you're still hurt and traumatized, I know, but at least is there no one you consider a good girl who can be your wife? maybe you don't love her, but at least she'll always be there for you and ready to help you any time when you need her!" Charlie gave her a look.

"LIE! yes KATIE!" that name immediately cleared his heart and mind as Charlie spoke at length. "i have to go!" James immediately stood up and walked quickly towards the exit. "Hey, where are you going?" Mark called out to James who had walked away. "then I'll go home too!" charlie said, standing up as a woman approached Mark. "ahhhh you are not cool!" then Mark continued his activities with the girl he just knew.
