The Love of the Maharani

The Love of the Maharani
Anna's Shortcomings

At night, Anna and Daffa stopped by Mama Ira's house. Anna misses Zizi so much that she almost never wants to go back to her penthouse with Daffa again.

Anna realizes that something has changed for Zizi. I don't know just his feelings, but Anna can see a thin smile that almost always looms on his sister's face.

Anna's stunned. I don't know what Zizi is feeling right now, Anna doesn't know. During this time, the conversation between the two had always been a monologue Anna's only conversation.

On one occasion, Anna pulls Dodi's elbow and invites him to talk together. Anna then asked about everything that happened in this house, as long as she went on vacation the last week.

No unnatural story came out of Dodi's mouth. Dodi also told how he often invited Zizi to play to the complex park. With Zizi who carved the sketch, while he photographed a good object.

Anna was delighted, hearing the words of her half-sister. He thanked Dodi.

After that, Anna gave the souvenirs that Daffa had bought to all her family.

After a warm and pleasant dinner, (Anna was glad that Mama Ira allowed Zizi to come with them) Anna and Daffa returned home.

While saying goodbye, a very surprising event occurred.

At that time Anna hugged Zizi tightly which still did not show much expression on her face.

"Son't go first, Zii. You're good here first. Later, brother will invite you to stay with Brother. You're patient here.."

Anna then boarded Bentley with Daffa. While transporting some of his lecture items and his change of clothes.

And, just before Bentley drove, Anna clearly caught the slow nod Zizi gave her.

Anna's surprised. Because as he remembers, Zizi almost never shows face-to-face communication let alone show communication through body language directly. And what just happened was for the first time.

Unfortunately Anna had just finished digesting what had happened to Zizi earlier, long after Bentley almost came out of the front gate of the complex. After many times looking back at her head, Anna finally gave up on following her wish, hoping to turn back on Zizi.

Daffa, sitting beside Anna, thought his wife was saddened by her temporary separation from Zizi. So he grabbed Anna's shoulder and leaned Anna's head against her shoulder.

"Don't be sad (don't be sad). We'll be back again (we'll be back again)" Daffa said.

The next morning, Anna woke up as usual. After praying alongside Daff, Anna rushed to the kitchen.

Last night, he had bought some kitchen materials that if needed. That's also the basic ingredients, such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, eggs, rice, and others.

Anna is now a wife. They only live together here. So inevitably Anna had to start getting used to being in the kitchen to meet Daffa's stomach needs.

First, Anna brews bitter coffee for Daffa. After delivering coffee to Daffa who was in the library room, as well as her study, Anna turned back to the kitchen.

Afterwards, Anna cooked rice in a cooker. And, while waiting for the rice to ripen, Anna also sliced chopped onions, garlic, chilies, and tomatoes for the mixture of omelet that she will make.

Anna then fried the omelet mixed with all the finely chopped ingredients.

Finished frying the eggs, Anna looked at the rice many times. He wanted to make sambal, but unfortunately he did not have his mash. As a result, Anna also left her activities in the kitchen, to tidy up first.

After tidying up the mattress and taking a bath, Anna returned to the kitchen. To check the rice that turned out to be still not cooked.

While waiting, Anna spent her time tidying up her clothes and college items that she could not tidy up last night.

Finished tidying things up, Anna returned to the kitchen to look at the rice. And, he was astonished because when he looked, his rice never matured. This has almost an hour passed.

At that moment of confusion, Daffa appeared from behind Anna. "What are you again?" Ask her husband.

"I cooked rice. But what about the mateng-mateng huh?" Anna asked confusedly.

Daffa then looked at the rice cooker that they had just bought last night. And turns.. "Ann, this is the button not yet pressed. So it's definitely not going to ripen!" Gently stir Daffa.

"Oh! There's a button to push!" Anna was surprised.

"..."

"..."

"Have you never cooked rice before?" Ask Daffa a little.

"I have been! I sometimes help Inem cook rice. Wash the rice, give it water, keep going into the cooker. Usually half an hour is also mature. But this, not mature. There is a button!" Anna Exclamation.

"..."

Daffa suddenly thought of something. He then opened the lid of the pink flower-patterned rice cooker. And what he saw was shocking.

"Anna! This is a lot of water!" Daffa was surprised.

Anna looked at the cooker. And he caught the sight of a cooker pan almost filled with water.

"That's mostly it? But like Bik Inem used to cook rice with so much water," said Anna defended herself.

And Daffa gave him a doubtful look.

"..."

"Really! That's as much water as that!"

"You..?" Daffa seems to have trouble finding the right words.

"How often do you cook?" The Daffa question is a more subtle substitute than the question sentence Daffa actually wanted to ask. 'Can you cook?' daffa wondered.

Anna looked embarrassed and slightly lowered her gaze downwards..

"Well.I occasionally like to help Bik Inem in the kitchen.." said Anna in a soft voice.

"Everytime? What cooking is it?"

"I.iya.macem. Sauteed.fried-fried.the tree is so-so!" Anna began to speak in a slightly depressed tone.

"You cook? What does it mean to hold a spatula and fry you?" Search Daffa again.

"Mm.." - Anna's great-grandson is back.

"So?"

"So I like to help you cut and clean the ingredients... If the cook.. Bik Inem's.." Anna confessed in the end.

Hearing Anna's reply just now, made Daffa look at his wife with an amused look. He did not expect to be able to quickly find the shortcomings of his wife.

Anna still looked down embarrassed because Daffa finally found out she was not good at cooking. In her heart Anna was determined, to learn to cook so that she could become a great chef like Bik Inem!

Slowly Daffa approached Anna. He then gave a brief kiss on his wife's forehead.

"OK on it's okay. Let me be the one who won it. You get ready for college first. Please get my work clothes ready, Ann. I want to wear the clothes chosen by my beloved wife. Yo, gotcha!" Smoothen Daffa.

Anna followed Daffa's orders.

With her face still in red, Anna went back into their bedroom to prepare Daffa's work clothes, 'her dearest husband..'

Blushes..

Anna's face was met with red, when her mind subconsciously called out to Daffa with a loving call.
