The Last Whiteblood's

The Last Whiteblood's
Plea

Luke and Daendra have reached Luke's birth village, Asfian Town.

Asfian Town was at the foot of the mountain. With an area of almost two kingdoms, Asfian Town is one of the largest regions without being tied to a single kingdom or empire.

This village is an independent village. They live and take care of themselves with all the abilities that exist in the village.

"Dwarven?"

Daendra stared irritatedly at Luke. How not? What Daendra had in mind was a group of barbarians or knights who belonged to the Human race. Presumably, this Asfian Town was the residence of the Dwarves, grumpy midgets.

"I told you, this won't match your expectations"

Luke returned it with a flat look. Daendra sighed resignedly, inevitably he had to get as much help as possible.

They also enter. Just as they stepped in, a horde of Dwarf children greeted them, especially Luke.

"Luke!"

"Luke's here!"

Luke just smiled broadly in response to them. The Dwarves had swarmed them.

"You're famous too, huh?" Daendra began to be a little surprised.

Luke just laughed crisply. In this area, Luke is considered a guideline. Because, he was the pride of Asfian Town because of his nickname and ability out there. So, not a few of these little Dwarves were unemployed of Luke.

"Where-"

When Luke wanted to ask the children, suddenly he was slapped hard from the side until he crashed and came out of the crowd of children.

Daendra widened his eyes, he immediately turned his head straight to the source. Apparently, a human girl dressed as an Archer, long green hair to cover her neck.

"Luke!" exclaimed the girl, she looked very upset at him.

"God-goddle.." Luke could only grimace in pain and try his hardest to get up. "What did you slap me for?!"

"You should know" said the girl as cold as ice.

Daendra just kept quiet, not wanting to interfere into their problems.

"Only that problem you want to fuss about?!"

"Oh" The girl got angry. "You don't seem to love your life anymore, do you?"

Luke screamed in his heart. He regretted making that remark to the girl, wanting to escape as quickly as possible from her.

"Don't you see I have a guest here?!"

The girl immediately realized it, she turned to Daendra who was standing frozen from earlier. The girl acted polite.

"I'm sorry that you saw such an unpleasant sight earlier" he chuckled as he fluttered his hands into the air.

"Y-yes, it's okay" Daendra replied.

"Include me, my name is Leni" he extended his hand to Daendra. Daendra was silent when he heard the girl's name.

Almost similar to his mother's name.

"Daendra" he shook Leni's hand.

Leni looked at Luke. "What business do you have bringing guests here?"

"Before that, I wanted to meet the Elder" Luke replied in seriousness.

***

Dwarves were a race that relied on their blacksmithing abilities. Not infrequently they produced good weapons compared to blacksmiths from other races.

In addition to their blacksmithing abilities, Dwarves belonged to an intelligent yet grumpy race.

Daendra tried to ignore the view, but every time he tried to do so, he was still disturbed. It felt, Daendra wanted to kick the ass of the two Dwarves.

The door opens, Luke invites Daendra in. Leni came with them out of curiosity.

A short man was sitting cross-legged on the jade. His face was wrinkled and filled with hair, his eyes could still stare sharply and.

"Luke, you're back" he said.

"Elder" Luke bowed respectfully.

"Hm?" The elder glanced at Daendra. "You brought a friend?"

"Yes, Elder"

"Then sit down, you too Leni"

The three of them sat on a rattan chair that extended to the side. The house of this elder is quite simple and not large, home jewelry is also not much in this room.

The elder was still sitting, but not long after that he floated towards the chair. Daendra opened a little of his mouth that closed the meeting from earlier. He was a little surprised to see the old Dwarf flying.

"Luke rarely brings outsiders here" said the elder. "What business are you here for, former Prince Rabadar, Daendra Gareins?"

Again, Daendra was shocked. How did this old midget know his identity? This Dwarf was definitely not the indiscriminate Dwarf he used to meet on the streets.

"He's... Prince Rabadar?" Leni was shocked too.

"First of all, I apologize to you for coming so suddenly" Daendra said.

"I came here with one goal, to ask for help from Asfian Town"

"What help is that, Prince?" ask the elder.

"Help to return Rabadar Empire to its original leader, Hanza Gareins"

The elder raised his eyebrows. He had already guessed it, Daendra would definitely want to borrow the power from Asfian Town. Meanwhile, Leni choked on her own breath in surprise to hear it.

"It is not that you want to refuse, but Asfian Town does not necessarily accept this offer of yours, Prince. Also, there's no guarantee that you'll win"

Daendra's breath was held back from hearing it. "We will desperately seize Rabadar Empire. That empire is not just a place of government, it is our home. So, we will definitely seize it in full"

"Prince, I appreciate your spirit, but I fear that the Asfians are the losers in this civil war"

"We offer the Asfian a close alliance and relationship if we win. We will try everything, Asfian can be more prosperous and have a strong partner"

Daendra is still trying to persuade.

"I'm a person who doesn't want to be pessimistic, but under these circumstances do you feel strong enough to conquer that empire? How much help is on your side now?"

The question was able to lock Daendra's mouth and brain. This Asfian elder was right, Daendra indeed did not have any great reinforcements.

But the answer appeared in his head.

"It's true that I don't have a large army of reinforcements, but at least we have a plan capable of defeating even a great enemy"

"Older" call Luke. "You said this to me once. In war the count of troops cannot be used as a guarantee to win the war, but the plan and strategy can be a guarantee"

The elder nodded slowly while stroking his beard.

"Truely, strategy is central. But, strategy can be defeated with strategy as well. Maybe they have a great strategy out of yours"

Suddenly, Daendra bent his knees before the Elder. Luke and Leni are both shocked to see the reaction from Daendra.

"Please! Help us, I have promised to bring an army that can help. I have also promised to return the palace to my family. I want to die for my family, please"

He recalled that time, when Rena worked so hard. He was ill at the time, but he was still working. Sweat continued to pour on her face, but Rena did not complain and continued to work. It made Daendra's heart very sick.

"Please.."
