Intruders

"You better get out now" Kenneth contacts Arion through the magic mirror. He waited for Arion in front of Yaena's room. Kenneth saw some soldiers stepping in.

From inside the room, Arion released his embrace. He stepped quickly towards the door.

"Arion" call Yaena. Arion turned back to Yaena.

"Be careful" he said.

Arion nodded with a smile, he came out of Yaena's room. Outside, he meets Kenneth and a moment later the soldiers arrive. When they came to the corridor, Arion and Kenneth were no longer there, so the soldiers found no one there.

The two of them hung outside the palace to avoid them, the guard soldiers who were patrolling it.

"Hurry up!" whisky Arion.

They re-entered the palace through the other window. There were no guards, you could say this was an empty corridor.

"My room corridor" muttered Arion.

They walked slowly but surely. Suddenly, Arion felt something approaching.

"Come here!" Arion pulls Kenneth into a room, the room he used to occupy.

Arion closed the door and hid there. The sound of the footsteps of the soldiers came closer and then back away.

"It looks like they're gone" Kenneth said.

"Who is that?" arion asked, he saw someone asleep in the bed. The person woke up and slowly rose while rubbing his eyes.

"What's the noise? Just disturb my sleep" said the young man. He saw Arion and Kenneth standing in front of the door.

The young man's face paled. "Who-?!" Suddenly, his mouth was covered in cloth by Arion. Not yet there, Arion tied the young man's body with a rope.

"I'm sorry, you can be free again" whispered Arion.

"Arion, we have to go" Kenneth opened the room door and had checked the corridor was safe. They got out of there and ran back underground.

This palace was huge, it took them some time to trick the guards. Arion shook his head to see the palace guard was very tight and rigid, different from before.

"Come on!" Kenneth ran faster towards the exit. Arion followed from behind.

A second later, they disappeared from there.

"Let me in!"

A young man still dressed in a nightgown tried hard to get inside the throne room. After pushing the two soldiers guarding the door, he finally entered as well.

As Dominick was negotiating with some of his ministers, they all turned to the young man.

"Reilo?" Dominick looked in wonder at him.

"I'm sorry for breaking in but I have a good reason" said the young man named Reilo.

"Tell me" Dominick is ready to listen.

"There are two men who entered your palace, Your Majesty"

Hearing that, Dominick immediately got up from his throne seat.

"Explain in detail" Dominick commands.

"They're men, apparently a year older than me. All I noticed was that one of them had white hair and his face was often seen on poster paintings"

"Not wrong anymore!" Dominick immediately exclaimed. "The whiteblood came here. Command all the night soldiers to move in search of the boy!"

"Good!" The soldiers there immediately moved out.

"Reilo, I'm ordering you to hunt him down" Dominick said.

"Of course, Your Majesty" Reilo bowed respectfully and then walked out. After Reilo left, one of Dominick's ministers immediately asked Dominick something.

"What's he doing here?"

"It seems he came here for a reason" Dominick replied, frowning.

"Thank God you're safe" Aciel greeted them when they were far from the palace.

"Do you know Daendra's position now?" ask Aciel.

Arion nodded and replied. "Yes, in Athiesh Kingdom. That's our next goal"

"You'd better leave tonight" suggested Aciel. Arion agreed, he looked at the palace for a moment. "I try as soon as possible"

Suddenly Kenneth frowned. "What's that sound?" He put his palm behind his ear.

"That's...alarms?" Arion tried to guess.

"Gosh, this is bad. Dominick knows where you are" said Aciel.

On the other hand, the palace warriors started running out to look for Arion. They spread quickly throughout the city, as a result of which the citizens became curious.

Arion and Kenneth immediately escape. They steal people's horses. Meanwhile, Aciel installed illusion magic so that the soldiers could never find them both.

"What?" Aciel looked puzzled, looking at Reilo. "He didn't get into my illusion?"

"Revelation!!" people shouted when they saw Arion and Kenneth coming towards them.

Kenneth heaved a sigh of relief when not a single soldier followed them.

"We are safe" he said.

Suddenly, an iron ball the size of two fists came from beside Kenneth. Looking at the object, he looked up and saw Reilo running over them.

"Just one!" exclaim Kenneth.

"Ice Bullets!"

Arion immediately shot Reilo with his ice bullet which was already three times stronger. Reilo fended off the attack with his two iron balls connected by chains so he could pull and control them.

The top of the building was hit by Arion's attack and Reilo lost his balance before falling.

"Go east, it's safe" reports Aciel from the magic mirror.

Arion and Kenneth immediately turned east. On the other hand, Reilo tried his hardest to get up. He fell to the ground, breaking his arm and several ribs.

"Sial.." he muttered while grimacing in pain. "Where are the soldiers?"

After waiting for a long time for news of Arion's arrest, a representative came into the throne room.

"How's it?" ask Dominick, enthusiastically.

"I'm afraid, Your Majesty. They have left, we are trapped in an illusion that makes us just run around in circles" he replied.

"Where's Reilo?" ask Dominick.

"Mr Reilo is being treated. His arm and several ribs were broken in pursuit of Arion Whiteblood"

"I thought he was very strong now, he was able to defeat Reilo" he murmured. Dominick allowed the soldier to leave.

Dominick got up from his chair. "Command Prince Klein to return to the palace"

"Okay, Your Majesty"

"REally?!" Frimeya stood up immediately. "Arion is in Rabadar Empire?!" asked Frimeya, very enthusiastic.

"Yes, this morning the news about Arion spread. He only visited during the day and then disappeared again at night" Faria replied with a smile.

"That's good news and proves he's alive" Frimeya turned to the sky and looked back at Faria. "I want to look for him, this news is a bright spot that Arion is still on this continent"

"I suggest no, this continent is vast. Where did you start looking for him?" ask Faria.

"Hmm.right too. Arion had already disappeared again" Frimeya turned around and sat back on the garden chair. Faria smiled again then stroked the head of the Elf girl.

"You're very interested in talking about Arion. What's up?"

"T-nothing. I was just curious about the news" replied Frimeya, he lied of course. If Faria saw Frimeya's face now, she would immediately know the answer.

"Oh, so. Goody"

Away from Rabadar City, Arion and Kenneth hide in a village still within the Rabadar Empire.

"They can't find us for a while" Arion approached Kenneth who was sitting on a rock. He was wrapping his arms with bandages.

"I want to ask" Kenneth stopped bandaging. "Your ex-family, is that any way to welcome one of the family members who came to visit?"

"The one who rules the kingdom, I mean that power is no longer my family" replied Arion, he sat under Kenneth and leaned against Kenneth's rock. "I've explained it many times"

"Everything has changed, the past I knew was no longer the same. You see, my family's scattered everywhere!" arion said with a tone that was getting higher. "What have I done for three years?!" Arion hit the ground several times because of his sobbing.

"It's my fault, it's all my fault. If I hadn't taken Faesa to Midoria at that time, she wouldn't have been part of Ethinos so we wouldn't have had to fight. Then, I disappear, if I don't go anywhere, Dad will still be in office and Daendra may be training to be King"

Kenneth just kept silent to Arion's annoyance. There was a desperate tone from Arion's mouth, he was completely out of ideas at the moment. The only hope is to meet Daendra, that's all.

"I should have stayed in the village" Arion lowered his head. Kenneth glanced at Arion.

"It's not your fault" said Kenneth, he sighed softly. "Gosh, you talk like a hopeless person, but you can still fix it"

Arion held his head back and turned to Kenneth.

"You can only regret when the mistake is really not correct. I see you still have plenty of opportunities to change all this. Grandpa said, You're not alone, never assume that you're alone" Kenneth said.

"Looking at you like this, I want to cry.." Kenneth laughed. "I'm just kidding"

Arion took a deep breath, he got up from his seat. "Damn it, you're wise this time" Arion smiled faintly.

"Why is there a word 'shit' in there?" kenneth asked, distracted by Arion's words.

Arion laughed a little. "Already, already, it's better we go straight to Athiesh Kingdom. Faster, better"

"Yes" Kenneth stood up as he prepared.
