Ovaio Forest

Heavy rain is washing the earth. Arion and his friends along with Rena's two younger siblings are silent at the inn. None of them had started to open their voices since two hours ago.

Daendra too, he was just standing facing the window. Two hours passed but he was still there looking at the sky.

Arion took a long breath. He had reported this incident to the Village Chief, Mike was looking for Retian's hideout. So, they just hope Mike can find that location as soon as possible.

"I've sent a message to the academy but it might take a long time" Luke opened his voice.

"That's too long" Arion shook his head.

Glenn took a long breath. He was lying in bed because of the wounds he had and the poison Neo was trying to get him out of Glenn's body.

Glenn felt guilty and cursed himself for the incident that befell Rena, he blamed himself.

Arion glanced at Rofa and the dreamy Ed stared at the floor. "They are both also descendants of Dragons, I must look after them or not ..."

Arion shook his head slowly and then got up from his seat. He stepped out of the room. Arion went down to the first floor, precisely to the simple lodging lobby.

Arion chose to sit there and let his mind calm down for a moment. For the first time in his life since his mother died, Arion loved himself.

"You look messed up, Arion" the baritone's voice surprised Arion a little, he turned to his side and found an Eden there.

"Eden?!"

Eden looked at him. That flat look made Arion still can't believe seeing Eden here.

"What are you doing here?" ask Arion.

"My task is done and I still have a few more days before returning to the academy" Eden replied as she devoured an apple.

"What about Faesa and Aciel?" ask Arion again.

"I told them to go on vacation .. with a little boy" Eden looked back at Arion. "Your test didn't go your way, am I right?"

Arion turned to the floor, he fell silent before answering Eden's question. "Yes. I .. I don't know. Many things have to be digested by my mind now ..."

"Hm. One-ranked children can also be depressed" said Eden.

"I still doubt that I got the top spot. I'm sure you can get that ranking easily"

"If that's what I want it could be. But, I don't want to"

Arion smiled at Eden's slightly haughty reply. Eden took the cigar from inside his black robe, he burned the tip of the cigar and sucked the other end.

"I didn't think you were a smoker" said Arion, somewhat surprised.

"You never expected it" Eden replied, exhaling smoke from her mouth.

"Arion, I found the location!" Mike's voice came out of Arion's pocket. Arion immediately reached into his pocket and took the mirror.

"You already?! Where's where?!" ask Arion, enthusiastically.

"In the Ovaio Forest, but I can't enter because there are dozens of Orcs on guard" Mike replied.

"It's okay. Thank you very much, Mike! I'll be there, you can go"

After that, Arion again kept his mirror in his pocket.

"Your spirit is back" said Eden.

"I have to be fast, the world depends on this test" Arion said.

Eden took the cigar from his mouth and put it out on the plate in front of him. "I'll help you"

"All right!" Arion nodded. He called his friends from upstairs and told them everything.

"Good! Let's hit that fucking Retian!" Luke is excited again, he picks up his bow and arrow.

Daendra also returned to life, this time determined not to let Rena run again.

"You stay here, whatever happens don't move" Arion told Glenn.

"I understand" Glenn nodded. In fact, he wanted to come and save Rena.

"You two, stay here too. We will bring your brother back, that's our promise" Arion told Rofa and Ed. They obey and nod.

"Dragon Glenn, we'll be back as soon as possible" Arion stepped out. He is ready to fight. After everything came out, Glenn summoned Rena's two younger siblings to come closer.

"We're going to plan a surprise attack" whispered Glenn.

"Waaah! Agree!" answer Rofa and Ed simultaneously.

They all went down to the first floor. Daendra and the rest of the group except Arion are shocked to see Eden there.

"What is he doing here?" whispered Luke.

"What are you doing here, Blackclaws?" ask Daendra.

"For a vacation" replied Eden briefly.

Arion walked over to Eden. "You know the distance from here to Ovaio Forest?"

"About three kilometers. It's hard to get there if you use a horse at this point" Eden replied.

Eden touched the lobby wall. Suddenly, the wall that Eden touched exploded, luckily the inn was quiet again and there were no servants standing guard in the lobby due to the attack by the Goblins.

Arion and his group were startled and instantly moved away. After the explosion, they saw the other side of the wall featuring a dense forest.

"Don't worry, the explosion was just an effect. This wall will return to normal" said Eden.

Arion looks at each other with his friends.

"Come in, this will get us fast into the woods"

Arion stepped first, he went into the hole. With a blink of an eye, he was already outside the forest. The rain is still pouring down there.

Daendra followed, followed by Luke and the rest. Eden entered, after they all moved, the wall returned to the beginning as if nothing had ever happened to the wall.

"You mastered High Science? Wow, you're awesome!" ask Luke.

"That's how, we better hurry or not your test target will be lost" Eden stepped first.

Arion and Daendra go straight next to Eden. They all entered the forest together.

"The Dark Lord wants this girl's blood to be given to the corpses to serve as an army, we have to move quickly" Retian said.

They were currently inside the forest with magic set so that the raindrops would not hit them. Rena was placed in a tree with a position bound by a magic chain.

"I need more bodies. My body stock is running out" Retian said.

"No need to worry, sir. We will quickly deliver two thousand corpses ready for battle" the white-eyed Goblin said.

"Preferably fast. He looked in pain" Retian glanced at Rena.

The goblin bowed and left with the other Goblin warriors. Retian let out a short sigh, he sat down in front of Rena who was looking at him.

"Actually I didn't expect the Dragon's descendant to fall to a girl like you. I had to do this" said Retian.

Rena was shocked of course. A Necromancer like Retian apparently still has a care for him who is a girl.

"Why do you still want to carry out your mission?" ask Rena.

"In that case, why don't you take me to your leader's place?"

"Because you're a girl. I made an oath not to torture girls or children. If you're already in the Dark Lord's place, you're just like in hell. Here, you can still hope that someone will save you, even though I'll never let that happen"

Rena held her breath and then she smiled warmly. "I'm sure Mr. Daendra will save me and also save you from the darkness"

Retian frowned. "What do you mean?"

"I see a light of goodness in you"

Arion peeked out from behind the trees. "There are three Orcs there" whispered Arion.

"I'll be strengthened" said Luke.

Luke prepared three arrows at once in his bow. He began to aim.

Wush!

The three arrows shot but one arrow hit the body of the Orc, while the other two missed. The two Orcs are aware of Luke's attack.

"Damn, they'll report to their friends!" whispered Luke.

A dagger darted from the bushes and hit the cheek of one of the Orcs. The knife penetrates into the mouth and ends in the cheek next to it.

Eden quickly attacked the other Orc, the Orc looked confused. With silence, Arion injured the Orc's body and slashed its neck.

"All you have left" said Eden flatly, sitting on the corpse of the Orc he had just killed.

Daendra came from above with a sword that pointed right down. Groaning, he pierced the head of the Orc until blood spurted from his head.

Boom!

The Orc fell right next to the corpse of the Orc, a victim of Eden.

"Come, hurry, we must not waste time" Daendra immediately moved forward.

They're tracing the rainforest. The forest was dense and the ground was hollow, so they all had a little trouble stepping there.

The Arion that was walking in front continued to cut through the leaves and bushes that were in front to make way. Suddenly, he stopped, his whole friend also stopped because he saw him stop his steps.

"Friends ...it looks like this mission will take a long time" Arion said.

Daendra and Luke widened their eyes. Before them at this moment, rather they were on top of a cliff, they could all see the scenery of the entire forest from up there.

Ovaio Forest is a vast forest with dangerous creatures in it.
