Shadow Emperor

In a very ancient building covered by heavy snow, there was a huge explosion from inside the building, collapsing the entire foundation so that the building fell into the cliff beside it.

Along with the fall of the building, black lightning bolts shot out of the building, colliding quickly with the extremely cold night air. A second later, four winged creatures with robes also came out of the building, chasing after the black lightning.

The lightning suddenly turned to the left, followed by the four creatures. In front was a towering cliff, the lightning was getting faster. With such speed, the lightning climbed up.

Suddenly, one of the winged creatures appeared from above him. He was hit back to the ground so hard that it gave rise to the sound of BUM. The snowflakes that were on the ground were flying in the air, it had not yet died down, the lightning came out from there and stopped at the snow field.

Apparently, the lightning was a black-robed person with golden eyes and black hair covering his right eye. He grasped both long swords and wore a mask.

The four creatures had landed several meters around the man, standing around him.

"Return what is not your right" said one of them.

These four beings are not human-like. They have a face similar to a dog with a sturdy body that can stand on both feet. Their black wings come from the wings of a crow with a large size.

"What is the Dark Lord hiding? Try saying" asked the man in his special voice.

"This has nothing to do with you. Give me that thing or your life's floating"

The man held both of his swords tightly. Try to focus on reading their movements. Suddenly, the man turned around and slashed his sword back, he managed to fend off the surprise attack launched by one of his enemies.

He kicked the creature's head, then another appeared from the side until the next. They were trying to make this golden-eyed man exhausted. Realizing the situation was getting worse for him, the man sped up his movements, so the situation instantly turned around.

One of the creatures darted fast with both of its powerful arms in front. He managed to land his attack on the man's chest until it crashed, but a teleportation gate opened itself behind the man until he vanished from there.

Suddenly, he appeared from above the creature that attacked him earlier. Both legs he used to step on the body of the creature until it sank into the ground covered in thick snow.

Two beings came from above, both swords he held managed to hold them. However, the power possessed by the two beings was three times greater than ordinary humans in physical size.

They're fighting for power there. The man could read their movements, so he could avoid some attacks from them. He slid his foot into the heads of the two of them, then hit him on the ground. He wanted to draw his sword towards the two heads of the creature but he was scuttered by one of them until the man lost his balance.

Seeing the golden opportunity, one of them tried to strangle him, but a stream of electricity came out of the person's body and then exploded, knocking out the two creatures.

Another one flew over it, emitting a kind of red light from its mouth. He gathered the light in his mouth and took it out in large quantities. A second later, there was a huge explosion that caused a strong wind wave, spreading everywhere.

Dust and snow filled the arena. The four creatures waited for the puff to subside so they could see the man dead there.

However, something they had not expected happened in front of them. The man wasn't there, rather disappeared.

They just looked at the site of the explosion. Body destroyed? They don't know. The man they were fighting earlier was a Shadow Emperor who was none other than an Eden Blackclaws.

In a small village, a portal gate took out a man in robes on the clear bank of a river. Unlike the climate in the previous place, here warm even though it is still night.

The gate closed and disappeared as Eden stepped away. He entered the crowd, in this village activities are still alive, they keep selling, traveling, hanging out and more.

The place Eden was headed to was a small tavern. It is not too crowded with visitors. He ordered a drink and sat at the corner table. While waiting for his drink to come, he sucked his cigar. In retrospect, he had not smoked for two months since his investigation into several places related to Ethinos and his last fight, he had accidentally discovered something related to the Dark Lord.

If he were to conclude, there were two threats on this continent, it could even spread throughout the entire continent of this world. Ethinos and the Dark Lord himself.

As far as his investigation of Ethinos is concerned, Eden has not found the real plan of the organization******** this Demi-Human race. But, he had met some of them without having to fight. Although he met it was a subordinate member, he got a little info in several ways, one of them getting along.

Eden got some info. Ethinos will take over two empires on this continent and will use the power of those two empires to spread the entire Demi-Human race in this world. That way, Ethinos can become a feared organization.

That'sallthatis. Eden found it useful and it could not. Because what? Eden judged the plan they said made Ethinos the strongest organization would be difficult to materialize because in their path there was a Dark Lord who stood in the way. Although Ethinos was quite feared at the moment, the Dark Lord did not consider them at all. He also did not move much if he heard the problems caused by Ethinos.

And this is where the problem is, with Ethinos, they could have opened the way for the Dark Lord by accident. Although Eden did not yet know what the Dark Lord was planning, Eden was worried that the Dark Lord would take advantage of this situation for his future plans.

Thousands of years ago there was a war won by the Garvens. Until now, the island seemed to die and disappear from civilization.

But, the Dark Lord's curiosity towards the coral island, caused a question mark on Eden's head. What does the Dark Lord want?

Amidst his thoughts on the Dark Lord's plan, his drink finally arrived. Not long after, a wide-robed man and a wooden stick came to enter the tavern. The man sat beside Eden's table and ordered a drink.

Eden breathed his cigarette smoke into the air. He put his drink back on the table and leaned back on his wooden chair while folding his hands on his chest.

The man's drink came a while later, he gulped it down slowly then placed it on the table.

"What business does the Shadow Emperor have in this village?" The man made a sound.

"I should have asked that question. Why is the Necromancer here?" Eden responded.

They both put out their own power in their hands without anyone knowing what they were going to do. They didn't attack each other for now, they acted normally as if nothing had ever happened between them.

"I just had a discussion with myself about the Dark Lord. Are you interested in hearing my discussion?" eden asked, sipping his cigarette.

"No, all you discussed was defeating the Dark Lord. I'm not interested" Retian replied as he sipped his drink.

"If Ethinos?" Eden glanced at Retian.

"All right, I'm just interested. What do you want to talk about?" Retian nodded, but still did not lower his vigilance.

"Given that you're on the Dark Lord's side, it looks like I have nothing to lose, but..." Eden turned a little to Retian. "I'm afraid that this info will benefit you in the future"

Retian smiled thinly. "How do I give you an info first, and then you pay me with that info you got?"

"I'll consider" Eden nodded in agreement.

"Your friend Whiteblood, I've been meeting him lately"

Eden's eyes widened, he turned his face to Retian. "You're serious?"

"Depends you're responding to it. And also, I was given a mission to capture him, but..." Retian stopped his speech when he felt the tip of the sword on his side of his stomach.

"Don't dare to do it" Eden who was still sitting quietly in her chair, stared at Retian coldly, like ice.

Retian returned that gaze with her flat eyes. "I won't catch him, but in return you give me that info"

Eden pulled back his sword, then snorted softly. "alright. As for Ethinos, they're going to do a plan to conquer two empires and become the strongest organization"

Retian smiled obliquely, more precisely an understatement. "Sava is very high in imagination"

"But, it's not impossible. They could have used the entire Demi-Human race in this continent to become the strongest. I think they can do it easily, depending on the way they will use it" Eden said.

"Using the entire Demi-Human race as a weapon? They are vile too" Retian replied.

"Hmph, it's no different than you" Eden quipped loudly at Retian who used a corpse as his soldier.

"You said two empires? They'll unite the two empires, then become Ethinos as the official government?" guess Retian.

"Yes, I think so too. Which empire will they conquer first?" ask Eden.

"It is likely that a new empire has been established lately, Rabadar Empire" Retian replied as he sipped his drink. "Rabadar is in danger this time" he continued.
