CHAPTER 03

The night grew late and the moon shone brightly illuminating the skies of Peacelavia. It was seen that a man wearing red hanfu was riding a pedati and carrying something inside. The pedicure goes to the kingdom.

"Wait on! What did you bring in your wagon?" ask one of the soldiers standing guard at the royal gate.

"I-this ..I brought fruits from the fields. The king asked me to deliver him, "the man replied with a slight nervousness.

The man went down and opened his head. He changed his form into the form of the King, then entered the palace with ease.

"Yahanda!" call Xin Qian from the back with Zhulong continuing to follow her.

"You-you? You're here?" ask the man confused.

"Yes, Ayahanda. What is your father doing?"

"Ayahanda was just looking through the contents of the palace. Why are you here?"

"Nothing, I just passed by and saw Father being here."

"Yes already. Go to your room to sleep, it's late."

"Okay, I'll excuse you first." Xin Qian bowed her body then left the place, then followed by Zhulong.

"I must immediately find a place in the store of gemstones, I must get it immediately" he murmured.

Xin Qian arrived in front of her room, but she only realized that Zhulong had not followed her back then. Xin Qian simply smiled and thought Zhulong was taking a walk to see the contents of the palace. He entered the room and closed the door.

Elsewhere, Zhulong was following the man disguised as the King secretly. Zhulong was an ordinary animal, but he could sense if there were demons roaming around him. The man had arrived at a secret room, but the door was padlocked and protected with an extremely powerful magic. The man fell bouncing while trying to get close to the door.

The man was very afraid that if he was caught, he left the place. Xin Qian took out many butterflies from her palms, instantly the butterflies covered the man's face. Zhulong continued to claw and bite the man's leg until it fell.

"Aaahhh, you brash cat! I won't let you just leave!" yelled the man.

"The gemstone room. Your Highness, we need to lock this room immediately. That person seemed to be trying to pick up the gemstone," said master Lin Yang.

"Okay, Master," replied the king of Arlo.

Xin Qian took out the tree roots from both of her palms, then wrapped around the person until the person screamed in pain.

"Who are you? Why would you want to steal a gemstone from us?"

"Who is the one who ordered you?"

"I'll say it if you let me go."

"No! You're an evil demon, I can't just trust you."

"Aarrayghh! I'm not lying. I'll tell you."

Xin Qian removed her twists from the man. And sure enough the man almost ran away, but master Lin Yang immediately strangled him.
