The Historical Book VI

Vion lunged directly with his scythe towards Leo, his body blazing with an increasingly bright white aura. His steps were restrained by Arlo's scythe that was already standing before him. Without hesitation, Vion pulled back his scythe and was about to chop down Arlo. Unexpectedly, blood spurted with a blaze that burned Vion's body.

From a distance Leo darted along with his golden sword. Right in front of Vion, a blue sword tightly enveloped by flames began to grab his body before he could dodge. A loud kick struck Leo from the other side, the figure with all four hands slashing through one of Arlo's arms so easily that they both ejected in midair.

Without giving time to breathe, Leo was again struck by the two swords of Daniel with his spear that was about to pull out the stomach but still had time to be held. He was kicked deep in the ground and struck with both swords without being able to wrench. Not long after, Arlo followed with a scythe and a spreading kebel. But he was easily crushed by the air suddenly by shaking his spear until he was thrown far away.

A flash of lightning seemed to travel all over Arlo's body shortly after Daniel slashed himself with two spears that pierced through his arms. In an instant, the sting made him relax and was followed by Daniel who was about to pull his spear back and kick him far back until he fell on the ground. For some reason suddenly, Arlo's body felt heavy and very tired so that he had trouble holding himself.

“Akh…! Whatisthis? Why I have trouble moving. It feels... akh... the body is very weak...!” muttered Arlo continuously trying to lift his body with all his might.

From a distance Daniel approached again and stood right in front of Arlo with a low gaze on him.

“It looks like the contract is starting to react. It will definitely get harder,” muttered Daniel was about to turn his body around.

“Contract?”

“Stupid basis, after this the rest of your strength should be eaten by that boy.” With a hint of laughter in his smile, Daniel immediately turned his eyes away.

A little surprised, Arlo immediately looked at Daniel. While Daniel immediately darted before something that he presented would actually happen.

He darted towards Vion who was fighting with Leo and directly grabbed the two of them with his two swords. The defeated Vion fell to the ground with his unwarranted breath. Suddenly Leo's body seemed to react to something from inside his body. The dripping blood, lit fire all over his left arm and ignited flames to the point of burning his white coat.

His left arm pulsed and began to turn a hardened lava-like state along his left arm. In front of Daniel, he threw Leo from before him until he fell hard on the ground and left a wide basin around him.

From a distance Vion looked at Daniel who was gliding and caught up with Leo's existence by unsheathing the two swords which were shrouded in a powerful aura, appearing to be smiles full of pride. Until Daniel hit the man very hard and left a widespread dust mark. A large explosion suddenly followed shortly after the hit was launched. From a distance Arlo looked worried by staring at the incident without being able to do anything.

The explosion that occurred just for a moment left a trace of chaotic ruins all around. The thicker dust makes the view of Vion and Arlo more curious.

At that very instant, someone darted out that point and fell to the ground violently and revealed a very surprising figure. Daniel who seemed to be smiling faintly with all four of his arms swept away without remaining. Slowly, the injuries on his body began to recover completely, including all four of his weapons.

From a distance he looked at the figure of the man standing firmly in a burning white suit, he was bare-chested and revealed his mutated body resembling his left arm and changed slowly. The horn that blocked his blond hair left a deep broken mark and the rest began to vanish from sight. The blue jeweled sword turned red with a smoldering flame enveloped.

“Truly the destroyer of order. He absorbed the aura from within the jewel and changed its form. It's really crazy.” Daniel muttered with a faint smile on his lips.

The flames became a former relic of the figure of Leo who suddenly disappeared from view. By the time they came to their senses, the man was already standing right before Daniel and slashing his sword. But with swiftness Daniel can compensate for his strength. The attack did not stop from there, the flames snatched from Leo's back like a tail and slashed Daniel's body again. But again with precisely Daniel can hold the fire with the rest of his two spears.

“Leo, do you recognize yourself?” chirp Daniel in front of him.

“I'll kill you..!” leo stared blankly.

“Heh…? I'm the one who will kill you, Little Boy.!”.

Daniel flung his sword and pushed Leo backwards. The flames engulfing Leo's body were like extra hands pulling Daniel in front of him and Daniel was forced to resist the attack that drew him and turned his two spears into Leo's stab.

Due to an attack that was out of range, Leo retreated and turned his sword. Without giving a chance, Daniel drew his two swords together, collared Leo, and thrust them into the man's arms until the blood poured down to the ground. The flames quickly enveloped the scar and recovered all the wounds he had on his body.

Upon awakening, Leo was lunge into the air with both of Daniel's swords and slid off. They smashed into each other agilely in the air without being able to be seen by the naked eye.

In the distance Vion stared in amazement at the fight the two of them had fought and was only able to see sparks of movement and collisions between each other. Until suddenly, it seemed that one of them fell gliding like a shooting star and hit the ground hard. The figure is the image of Daniel who immediately woke up from his place and blocked the attack that led to him.

With scattered sparks, the two of them overlapped each other until a deep crack under their feet did not linger for long, Daniel reverses the attack and leaves Leo upside down. The same flames began to spread through his collar, but with a confident smile, Daniel brushed off the fire with ease and scorched Leo's fire.

Stressed hard Leo gets into the ground with the conditions extinguished. The lacing is proposed by Daniel until Leo is depressed deeper in the basin and he is pushed into the ground without being able to wart.

Immediately Daniel shot through the air by concentrating the aura of the blue core at the tip point of his two swords. A huge burst of power rushed towards Leo and pierced through anything that blocked the path.

The glittering light momentarily erased all views and vanished leaving behind dust floating around accompanied by the satisfied smiles of Daniel and Vion in the distance. the disappearance of the dust from sight revealed the figure of the man standing on Leo by crossing a red sword and scythe over his head, until finally the figure fell limp with smoke evaporating from his body.

“Master... Arlo..?” muttered the extremely weak Leo back to his former existence.

“Leo... are you okay?” sahut Arlo with bruises on his body that began to recover.

“Master...I, I apologize for the failure I made. For my last request, I beg you to take out contractual rights and punish for my wrongdoings. At the moment, it is no longer.. there is nothing I can do, so I beg you, Mr. Arlo.” Said the stammered Leo.

“What do you mean!” of course Arlo was annoyed by the sentence he heard.

“You must take the power of the cores stored inside me. When that happens, then the next birth will be cut off and the fire core will be in Ada's grasp to reach your actual destination.” He then turned to look at Arlo.

Drawing a dagger that was always stored in Arlo's leg pocket, Leo grasped Arlo's hands and drew the dagger into his chest. His breath was jolted with blood flowing out of his mouth. With a heavy gaze, Arlo pulled back the bloody dagger he held in both hands.

“Mr Arlo, contact will end when you return to Valay. I'm waiting for you to come over there and. And it'll all come back like before. Keep the Fire Core in your grasp.I'll be back when you get back. Hope you can meet back together with Miss Ely..” Leo's sentence ended with an orange aura that floated out forming a fireball as big as a hand.

There was not a drop of tears flowing out of Arlo's cheeks, there was only a look of hatred on his face towards Daniel. The flames spread across his scythe and began to creep around him. With the same dark aura, the scythe was tightly wrapped between the black flames that never extinguished.

“Daniel...!!!”

In a dark forest in the middle of the night, there appeared a figure of a man who was barred with a black robe and a green barrel that adorned along the edge of the robe. His steps stopped until he reached a house that was not yet covered by dense forest and a large lawn. He looked heavy from behind the hood of his robe and grasped something from under his cloak.

Not long after, a red light shone from behind the robe and moved beside it. Changed in shape by showing her figure as a woman who was so beautiful with a thin red dress decorated with long hair unraveled. Gently the figure of the woman brought her face closer beside the hood of the man.

“Mr Arlo, I'll be back when Leo is back. Until then, start all of the zeros and change your different selves, along with Miss Ely. I'll always faithfully serve you, Mr...” Said the woman for a moment before she vanished slowly.

“So you also left me alone, huh? Liya.” Arlo's voice coincided with a sweet smile that led to him.

From under his cloak, the man stepped away from there and left behind the scattered remnants of the blue-colored jewel splashing and turned to ashes in the courtyard of the house.

“Since I was always right, all those ties always end.”

In a bustling castle will soldiers and knights who are wounded in medicine. The figure of the same robed man walked through all of them without the slightest look away. He walked straight towards the female figure at the end of the road and greeted her.

“Queen, I want to talk to you!” he held it by pulling the queen's hand into the castle.

Inside, it appeared that only the two of them were speaking four eyes. The cold wind that blew made the atmosphere uncomfortable and scratched the feeling of goosebumps. The queen's smile was scratched with the figure of the man who began to open the hood of his robe slowly. Appears a familiar figure with black hair decorated with dark green horns and a pair of bright green pupils.

“So, Prince Arlo. What do you want to talk to me about?” chirp the queen without removing the smile on her lips.

“Light go, I will carry out my last duty as a prince and leave power to my sister as I have said before. I'm waiting for your orders, what's my last assignment?” arlo said, staring intently at the woman in front of him.

“Before that, what about your handsome waitress, Arlo?”

“He sacrificed himself to me to protect the core of the fire without reaching Daniel's hand. That's all I can tell you. So, tell me where I'll finish my last assignment?”

“Alright. But I need proof for that, can you show me?”

With a heavy sigh, Arlo exhaled the wind from his left hand and suddenly outside came a sudden stir. It sounded clear to the ears, the wounded soldiers and knights had recovered from their wounds.

“Oh? How can, core healing? Alright-good. Go to the human world and find a village that is as special as you are, I will always contact you from a distance. Do you understand? Besides, don't you also want to wait for someone there?”

Without giving any response, Arlo turned around by cupping back his cloak hood and walked out from inside the castle. He walked straight further and further away without leaving any trace of him.

The figure of Arlo who appeared in his cloak from behind the portal immediately shot towards the forest and vanished from behind it. His figure crashing through the dense trees that grow in the forest. He escorted her out of the forest and arrived at a place.

With a surprised look on his face, he seemed to put a slight smile on his lips. Apparition of an old ruin, here and there only appear rocks that have been dull and mossy. He walked along the ruins to somewhere.

His steps were stopped by someone who was gathering something where he was headed. A dead old tree was about to be cut down by the man. Suddenly he immediately appeared beside her and immediately stopped his steps.

"Hey! Wait-wait! what are you gonna do with this tree?" arlo who was standing next to him.

"You who? my tree! why are you stopping me from cutting down this tree!" the man replied with annoyance.

"Isn't it clear this belongs to Voltar?"

"The voltar? the old kingdom is dead. The chaos that the king's successor made destroyed everything and the kingdom fell into poverty. People leave and the land is sold. Are you clear? strange people."

With heavy breathing, Arlo walked away and went back into the forest. He stopped and leaned against a tree by controlling his breath.

"After all the efforts of the elders. And those foolish children easily destroyed it. Is this really set up, or is this just a coincidence?" muttered Arlo who was leaning under the tree, a gentle breeze hit his hood and the cucumber.

Closing his eyes for a moment, he seemed to feel very comfortable leaning under the tree. Until suddenly a faint smile was scratched on his lips.

"Miss, the Prince is coming after you. Wait out...."
