In an arid place with hot solid rocks, a man lay limp by leaning between the rocks with breathless breathing. The entire scene he saw was simply filled with endless dark mist. Suddenly a small fire emerged from his fingertips and began to reveal the true figure of the man.
“What exactly is this place. It's very hot, much hotter than the Soul of Dark. What could this be..” Leo's sentence was interrupted by something that suddenly stuck next to him.
Suddenly he immediately dragged himself up from where he was sitting and walked limped by holding his body. But unfortunately, his steps did not linger for long because the figure of a man had darted here and there and surrounded himself.
“Leo... Leo, don't you understand too? There is no place for you to run this time. This is a prison made by Mr. Daniel before. This place connects directly with the western region. No place to return, not even your master will be able to find you now.” A faint smile on his lips made Leo seem even more upset.
Even so, there was nothing he could do with the energy he currently had. While he was currently besieged by ten Greet Thel and six similar demons including Vion before him.
“So now, are you going to give up. Wouldn't it be better that way, would it!” Vion lunges at Leo with his scythe and at the tail of another man who is besieging on his five sides.
Inevitably, blood spurted out from all over Leo's body. He groaned loudly and immediately fell on the ground with a trembling body. In a single strike, he had already exhausted his strength to resist. Dragged he went to something by leaving a trail of lines along the road he passed.
Blood poured out from Leo's right arm sitting on an old stone chair. With the tenth circumference of the Greetings of Thel, the blood began to emit a bright orange glow that could be shed. The blood flowed filled the neatly arranged stone pathway forming five navel points. One of them has three core black, white and blue core.
In a limp condition, Leo realized by being bound neatly by chains all over his body. As powerful as he revolted and found a familiar place in his childhood memory, his eyes widened with his stiff body.
“This…? Discharge Table!”
Along with the sentence spoken by him, the blood flowing from within his body began to dim and blacken. Like oil being ignited, the blood blazes with a burning fire. Followed by the two pupils of Leo's eyes that switch to emit a bright red light. His heart beat violently and suddenly made him scream loudly withstanding the pain that was running all over his body.
“In this way, all will be completed and our goal will be achieved.” Vion with a big smile.
The violent impact that shot, destroyed all the chains and places where Leo was. His limp condition glanced at something that stuck right in front of his face. A red scythe with wires connecting something from a distance, but his consciousness suddenly vanished as the light that was burning in his eyes vanished.
Not long after, footsteps that so quickly hit the five Greet Thel who had initially tried to avoid the scythe.
The wires tied all five of their necks and wrapped around them so tightly, a fracture followed by blood spurting and soaking the ground where they rested. The head and body of the five Greet Thel were already separated from each other by leaving the figure of a man standing on top of their carcasses and staring intently at his enemies who stood trembling.
“Cih! The arlo? How come you're here!”
“By stepping through the ten heads of that disgusting witch!”
Dragging the blue jeweled sword in his right hand, Arlo pulls the cable that binds him and gets back his scythe. Stepping slowly closer to the rest of the five Greet Thels were lined up neatly behind the five demons that had surpassed Vion before. A dark aura enveloped the sword and it darted through anything that blocked its steps.
The ground that shook his steps appeared rocks and behind it lunged at him. Followed by the three other demons that directly hit him with their heavy weapons and pierced his stomach with a large spear to penetrate his back. The rock broke into pieces by just touching the cable that ran between the three demons. While the three were thrown backwards and he followed with his scythe that floated in the air.
Not yet he touched his target, dozens of arrows rained down on him followed by the ground that pierced from below and hit him. The scythe was wrapped around the cord and protected part of Arlo's body while part of the arrow stuck deep on his shoulder. Although grimacing endured the pain in his body, it was only considered as if a small insect had bitten his skin.
Although as severe as the wound that penetrated him, in the blink of an eye everything recovered like nothing happened. In one swipe, the five Greet Thel lay completely covered in blood. Without staying silent, Vion immediately hit the troublemaker from above until it fell hard on the ground.
Both of their heads were neatly cut off, while the owner of the spear was pierced by a sword in his chest and left their bodies lying in a pool of blood. Finishing all that, Arlo turned his gaze to the figure of the man standing trembling not far from him being.
“Now, what are you going to do, faithful servant?” chirp Arlo by dragging his scythe closer to Leo without even taking his eyes off Vion.
“Do you think this waitress was the same when fifty years ago? Don't you see how many cores I've collected? You'll see the original abilities of this faithful servant, Mr. Arlo.”
“Heh. Show me, you disgusting devil.” Arlo holds Leo's head in his arms.
...(----------------)...
Sparks of fire gushed as Vion's sickle lips smashed against Arlo's jeweled sword in his right hand. With a confident smile of his, Vion pressed Arlo's position and beat him back. The cable that was wrapped around his body crept slowly and was about to wrap around Vion through his own scythe.
In haste, Vion throws down his weapon and pushes Arlo slowly back to avoid the twists that would swallow him. The dark aura that enveloped the jeweled sword was like a lubricant that sharpened the tongue from his knife. Each time they struck each other, it appeared that Vion's scythe was cracking due to the hardness of the denser and heavier gems.
Blood poured out as Vion's left arm was deliberately scratched slowly by Arlo's scythe tip. Without the slightest sense of difficulty, Arlo crushed his opponent's confidence and violently struck Vion's body on the ground leaving a deep basin. Holding his bloodied left arm, Vion limped up from where he fell and stared at the figure of the approaching man dragging his two weapons.
Grimacing in pain, he immediately straightened himself and bit one of his fingers until blood poured down on the ground. A white light emerged from the blood dripping on the ground and creeping into the man's body. A white aura that blazed like fire enveloped his entire body. He pulled out a sword that stuck next to him and threw it straight at Arlo.
So simply, Arlo brushed the sword out from before him. However, he suddenly turned around and found Vion already hovering before him with a scythe about to slash his neck. The cable reached and twisted the man's leg, but it was quickly cut open by the same sword in Vion's grasp.
Very violently, the two guns hit each other again and for the first time in Arlo's life, the blood scythe cracked from the impact he had received. But just like the Vion scythe, the soul weapon would recover completely despite being smashed to pieces.
The immense pressure exerted pushed Arlo and bounced in the air until he hit the ground and stopped by holding himself back with the sword he had struck. Not stopping from there, Vion again lunged at himself directly from the front and was stopped by Arlo's scythe with overlapping positions.
A dark opportunity slashed the jeweled sword and pushed Vion backwards, making a distance between them. Until suddenly Arlo flinched by staring at the figure standing beside Vion and patting his back gently.
“Are you very upset, Vion?” tapped Daniel with his eyes closed for a moment.
“Sorry, Sir. Does my face look like that?” his words coincided with the disappearance of the aura that enveloped him.
“Not really. Sorry Vion, I forgot to tell you something. No, I myself have also just heard of it.”
“What do you mean, Mr?”
“For now we can't snatch the fire cores. The boy had already established a contract with the prince of Arlo, so his strength was within Arlo's grasp. There's only one way to get back the core of the fire. Kill him.”
