Trace 15 - Knight of Lightning.

In the next day. The morning was brightly welcomed and the sun was also so beautiful to emerge from the east. Arlo and his friend are going to Arlo's home for a certain ritual. But Arlo himself wasn't feeling well and couldn't leave because of some other things.

Yesterday, Ferdi and Sina, who had not heard from their master, stopped by and visited their master's inn. But they felt a little disappointed even though they felt good to hear that the master had already started to recover.

“I think you're still lying down and doing nothing so we can help something you” Ferdi chirped in the void of that conversation. They were sitting in Pak Harto's inn bar.

“What are you saying?, are you not happy I'm cured?” Arlo laughed at hearing that.

“Ti.. no, that's not what I mean” Ferdi replied with annoyance and a little fear, then he was laughed at his own partner, Sina.

“But, even so you guys have just come to make me very happy, thanks for being so attentive to your boss” Arlo salutes Ferdi as a form so happy Arlo. They look so close and feel so warm.

But the warmth did not last long. The sunlight that was originally so scorching, was quickly replaced by overcast clouds coming from all directions, covering the sky with darkness.

Arlo's premonition that appeared last night suddenly reappeared today and it felt much stronger. The rain fell very heavily mixed with strong winds that disrupt the daily lives of residents.

Then from a very distant point it was clearly heard in Arlo's ear someone shouted.

“LIGHTNING SWORD, THUNDER SLASH.!” A sudden explosion came from the south and set fire to the homes of residents.

A man stood up gallantly raising his golden sword at the top of a hill. From the sword he was holding appeared flashes of yellow similar to the color of his own sword. He slashed his sword and brought forth lightning that appeared above the village.

Arlo seemed increasingly concerned about what was going on. He looked around and remembered something. Then he was about to say something to the two people who spoke to him a moment before, but they were no longer in front of him.

At the top of that high hill, the man carrying the golden sword continued to slash his sword and drop lightning bolts on the village. Everyone scattering and running to save themselves as lightning continued to strike everywhere and set some houses on fire.

“Hei lowly weak human. Go to hell and stop blocking us!!” said the man shouting in a condescending tone.

His sword was swinging down along with lightning bolts in the air blew up the residents' housing. From far behind him, two people ran over as fast as possible and stopped some distance away from the man. The two of them prepared and were about to fight him, but because they felt the aura of power within them was very large beyond the estimation of both of them.

“Hey... stop ruining our house!, or you'll be on your way!!” Ferdi ran after the man along with Sina.

“So, you yes..the man in the prophecy?!, such a lousy prophecy would be easy for me to break!!” the man advanced with his sword shrouded in lightning around him.

The two of them clashed swords very quickly, slash by slash hitting each other, but not a single one hit the target. Even their attacks were only fleeting and moved from one point to another so quickly. Their fight was so great yet still, Ferdi was defeated at the man's speed.

Until one day, the man makes a trick attack on Ferdi. The slash that was originally visible from above, changed instantly upon reaching the target. His slash moved on Ferdi's left side and injured his arm and wound deep enough to paralyze his arm. Ferdi fell with blood on his arm and soaked the ground below.

Sina only fell silent because he knew his ability was not enough to fight the formidable enemy. He was just shaking holding his weapon. Although Ferdi's ability was so great, but still he could not defeat the man. The longer the trembling gets more intense and makes it limp. The man left Ferdi who was in a severely wounded condition and drew closer to Sina, pointing his sword in his arms to slash.

“So miss, are you not helping your partner?, are you going to let him ma-“ that man is still attacking Ferdi who is in a weak condition and making him cornered. Then it quickly darted in front of Sina and pointed its war right in front of Sina's neck.

Sina was surprised and retreated to avoid his toad. He tried to raise his sword and resist in his great fear.

“No, he won't die so easily!. You're just a flea that sucks the lives of your enemies!” sina replied in an angry tone even though she was scared too.

“Oh.. Then how about this?!” the man darted back at Ferdi and slashed at him mercilessly. Ferdi could only fend off a bit of the man's attack as his condition grew weaker. His body was drenched in blood because of his wounds from every slash. The longer his slash got stronger and finally Ferdi could not fend it off anymore and received all the attacks from his enemy.

“Is this all you've got?!, since it looks like the girl is expecting you too much, I think she will be disappointed. Instead of you being sad because of his disappointment, I better help him with his death, aapaa... may.?!” the man walked slowly closer to Sina and licked Ferdi's blood in his sword.

“KAU!!” Sina advanced desperately and attacked profanity for being so angry and afraid to influence his mindset and body to work. Tebasnnnya held easily and in hempas fell to the ground. His body injured a small incision in his left arm.

“Depressed basis, JUST DIE!!” the sword pierced right into Sina's stomach and dropped him directly on the ground. Sina's face was empty like there was no life in Sina.

“KAU!!” Ferdi ran staggering while holding his sword weakly, trying to attack the man. But his efforts were futile, with one hard kick hitting his stomach. Ferdi had already fallen helplessly on the ground and his body was full of blood. The man let his two enemies die slowly and enjoyed the pain.

“Listen!!. Stop interfering with our destination, get out of here and leave this region forever!!” said the man and returned to his place to attack the houses again.

At the moment Ferdi was already unable to do anything plus he was completely afraid of the death of his loved ones. He tried to drag his body to get close to Sina.

That girl hasn't wiggled since. But his life aura was still felt all around. Ferdi continued to force his body to move closer to the person he thought was important.
