"Because we've gathered together, it's time we find the portal pivot point of the Drakonians" Leo said later.
"The monster here is done?" ask Nilam to Jo who just came.
Jo nodded lightly. Even after defeating such a large number of monsters, the man was completely unharmed.
"You control all Molden and Corux on these islands?" Dipa also asked in disbelief. "Where can your ability be that big when it's in the human body?" continue the young man.
"My skills are a bit different from yours, or even Rendra's. The simpler the mind of the organism is, the easier it is to be influenced. Molden and Corux are rudimentary humanoid versions of the Drakonian race. Their only thought is to destroy. Like the word, they are suicide troops sent to destroy the defense line of a planet before its core troops come.
" So well no different from dolls who do not have the mind. It was easy for me to influence them all. Their minds were also intertwined, so once I managed to control a single Corux, all the Corux networks across the island were affected" jo said at length with his vague eastern accent.
"Aren't you tired?" tanya Dipa then walked over, intending to channel her healing energy to relieve Jo's fatigue.
But Jo refused. The man nodded slowly. "Thank you, Dipa. But maybe your ability can't help me."
"Why?" ask Dipa.
"Your mortal is giving trigger energy to the physical body. You can heal wounds or physical exhaustion, but for Jo's case, she's a portal that drains mental energy. Especially after being used to affect hundreds of Molden and Corux. How many days has Jo been, you're using your skills?" sahut Laudi then asked Jo.
Jo seemed to think for a moment. "There may be ten days. Or more. Well around that. maybe two weeks."
"That means for a while you might not be able to use the power of your portal just yet, Jo. If you max out again, your mind may be damaged" Laudi later said.
Jo seemed to take a deep breath and nodded slowly. "Yes. I think so, Laudi," said the man agreed.
"Then get some rest, Jo. The rest leave it to us." Nilam went forward talking while turning one of his hands into a large, pointed sword using the power of his asumerah portal.
"Nilam. Just rest first. Let's take care of the rest" Leo responded. His other colleagues agreed.
Jo just smiled thinly. "Thank you if that's the case" he said short.
"Well then we need to find the portal axis of the Drakonian dimension" Leo later said.
"At Tambora. That shaft energy has been coming into my perimeter since the beginning. At the top of the mountain Tambora. Once their Portal is perfectly open, Tambora will definitely erupt violently." Rendra suddenly spoke.
All attention was turned to the young man in black glasses. Mount Tambora is one of the large active mountains. The caldera is similar to a giant cup that gives off a large amount of energy and is suitable for use as a portal axis of the Drakonian dimension that has fire elements.
"Sumbawa? West Nusa Tenggara then?" ask Leo then.
Rendra nodded. "The problem is that the place is already filled with adult Corux and maybe thousands of Molden. We won't be able to avoid the battle" the young man added seriously.
"I'm also not sure that Jo can handle all of those creatures right in front of their portal shaft. The energy is strong." Leo turned towards Jo.
Laudi thought again. That dimensional portal sent a web of organisms from the Drakonian to Earth. Through the toris, Corux plagues spread and were rampant. Now that most of the Corux have risen, instinctively they will inevitably lead to their own portal to welcome the next wave of Drakonian warriors. They are also tasked with protecting the portal shaft from the threat of attack.
"Take out your stones" Laudi ordered.
Everyone is according. Including Laudi, the other seven took out their silvery black flat stone.
"I don't know if this method can work, but there is no harm in trying to use this stone to activate our strength fully" Laudi later said.
"Are you sure our bodies will be strong enough to contain all of our strength?" ask Dipa.
Laudi was silent for a moment. "I don't know either, Dipa," he said softly. Even so, there is no other way. If they were to use such a limited power now, in the presence of the portal shaft of the Drakonian dimension, it was certain that their power would be sucked.
"If we are not strong, we stop. It's the only way" Leo said in support of Laudi's decision.
"But if it's too late, our bodies might be destroyed" Kara said.
"You use this way or not, the risk is equally great, Ra. If we stick to the shaft with half-power like gini, it's suicide." Nilam responded firmly.
For a moment the mood changed. All were silent and busy with their own considerations.
"We vote" Leo suggested later.
"We are even. What if it's fifty-fifty?" hatch Dipa fast.
"There's no harm in trying. At times like this we should not argue. But because there are two choices, inevitably we have to decide one," said Leo irrefutable.
Dipa finally agreed to vote on the use of Memory Crystals to awaken their power completely. Of the eight people, three refused, Dipa, Kara and Jo. Meanwhile, Laudi, Leo, Nilam and Rendra agree to use Memory Crystals. Only Nathan remained who had not answered. The boy didn't really talk much during this trip. If Nathan chooses to refuse, Dipa's worries will come true. Sound balanced for both options.
"I .. ," Nathan murmured in a voice full of doubt. The teenage boy looked at the faces of his colleagues carefully while thinking about choosing one of the options. "... would like to try to make use of our memory crystals. If there was a chance to become stronger, I would try, even if my life was at stake," the young man finally decided.
Laudi sighed in relief. Finally, with five to three results, the eight people were willing to try to awaken their full strength by fusing together the eight fragments of the black stone-shaped memory crystal. Laudi also stuck out the stone, then followed by his other colleagues. The eight of them formed a circle with their hands outstretched and a stone of strength in the middle.
The bright silver light that surrounded their stones slowly grew brighter. The eight stones then floated slowly from the palm of each person who held it. Like a very strong magnet, the eight black stones pulled together and fused perfectly right in the middle of the circle made by the eight people. the stone light grew brighter and more dazzling, forcing Laudi to narrow his eyes to avoid being blinded.
In the next instant, a clean white portal shone brightly encompassing everyone. The bodies of Laudi and his seven other companions were lifted into the air with streams of silver electricity surrounding them. A sudden burning heat was felt in Laudi's body. It was like being electrocuted by thousands of volts without any protection. Laudi twitched in pain. There was nothing he could do but roar loudly due to the excruciating pain his body received.
That terrifying sensation continued for the next few seconds. It felt like Laudi's skin was blistering from the heat of the energy he had received. The inside of his body was no less burning. There was not a single part of his body that did not feel any excruciating pain. It's not just Laudi who feels that way. The other seven friends were in pain. One of them, Dipa, finally tried to use her portal ability to break back the memory Crystal stone that floated before all of them.
However, before he could do so, the young man was already unconscious. One by one Laudi's colleagues also fell. The deadly pain could not be borne by their consciousness until all the people collapsed, including Laudi himself.
