The Fifth Dimension's
Year End Party

After finishing berias, Laudi finally went to the second floor where the Sales & Marketing Department room is located. There, Miss Dista and her two seniors were already sitting in groups in the corner of the room, gossiping. When Laudi came in, their views grew cold. Laudi greeted her as she sat at her own desk.

“Good afternoon Bu Dista, Mbak Mega and Mbak Vanya,” Laudi said awkwardly.

“Nongol new kok. It was six o'clock. The show starts at seven. Have you checked the venue?” ask Vanya start ninyinyir.

“Iya was ready first, Ma'am. Same bath in locker room,” sahut Laudi with forced smile.

Vanya clucked impatiently and then looked at her phone again.

“Yaudah, there you get ready at the venue. This Mega same Vanya I ask standby in front only later while welcoming guests.” Miss Dista gave the order.

Laudi according. It is better to be in a different room with the three of them if you want to be able to breathe freely without pressure. So after turning off her work computer, the girl immediately shot to the rooftop bar at the top of her hotel building.

Preparations at the rooftop appear to have been ninety percent complete. The waiters have arranged the table in such a way, the DJ who will perform has also started to check sound. Anton, the bartender who Laudi knows as the only hotel employee who is tattooed, has started preparing a variety of cocktails for welcome drinks.

Laudi doesn't have many close friends in his office. Some kids say hello when they see him coming. But then they all let Laudi sit alone in a dim corner of the bar. There was nothing he needed to do, after all the venue preparations had been handled by the Food & Beverages Department. Laudi stayed to make sure that the invited guests had the right seats.

At seven o'clock in the evening, the event finally began. No one is too frenetic at the beginning of the party. Not all the guests came. DJs only play chill music to liven up the atmosphere. Entering at ten o'clock in the evening, the party atmosphere finally began to festively. Laudi occasionally greeted several guests he knew before the guests enjoyed a party with their respective entourage.

Until then, Laudi had not touched alcohol at all. Across the bar, he saw his friends in the office holding their own alcohol glasses. Venya attaches to a guest from a well-known company group in Bali. Mega and Bu Dista chat with people from travel agencies.

The party went well and smoothly until it almost reached its peak. Suddenly, Bu Dista, Venya and Mega came to Laudi who had just wiggled alone. They carried a bottle of liquor with a cocktail in each hand. Without further ado the three sat at Laudi's table without excuse.

“Laudi, you are also in the party even diem-diem bae,” chirped Bu Dista familiar. Somehow Laudi felt awkward about the situation.

“Iya Laudi's. Mumpung gini free, we should have fun dong. Here we have brought a drink for you,” continued Vanya half screaming. The sound of DJ music is now so loud that it is deafening.

“No, Ma'am. I don't drink. Later can not go home,” reject Laudi politely.

“Heh! Can't do that! Come, drink! We are tired of bawain. Senior must be obedient! Just a little bit too, will not be drunk.” Mega also pumps.

The two senior Laudi continued to thrust their cocktail glasses at Laudi. From the scent of the three of them, it was clear that all of them were already drunk. Laudi had no power to face the three drunken women who continued to undermine him. The girl had to drink the drinks that were offered to her.

“Nah, good. It turns out Pinter drank. Again, again. Don't be shy!” exclaiming Vanya again filled the empty glass and then gave it to Laudi.

As strong as the girl's energy to menoak, but eventually failed as well. Glass by glass he finally drank until almost an hour he became the months of the three people.

Without notice, the new year countdown has finally begun. The three men turned their attention away from Laudi and stood on tiptoes to take part in the count of ten.

Laudi on the other hand, was already unable to raise his head. I don't know how many glasses he had taken that night. Laudi could not count it. The girl's head felt very heavy and dizzy. His body was limp as if it had turned into gelatin. Laudi drooped weakly and could only hear the frenetic sounds of the party without being able to witness anything. After the year sign trumpet changed, he lost consciousness.

Laudi woke up with excruciating body aches all over his joints. His head was heavy and his stomach was very nauseous. He tried to blink, but only darkness greeted him. The girl tried to get up from her lying position. He then realized that his body had been sleeping on a cold hard floor. His body is sick all.

However, what was more troubling was the fact that Laudi was in a place that he was not familiar with at all. Obviously this room is not a room that although small but has a soft bed and a lot of furniture. After all the floor where it sits now feels rough like unpolished cement. While the cost floor is already finely ceramic.

Where is this actually? Panic soon struck Laudi. The place is so dark. But slowly his eyes began to adjust. He saw himself still wearing the same clothes as last night. While circulating his gaze throughout the room, Laudi found that the place turned out to be very spacious and empty.

“What happened?” groaning slowly.

The nausea and dizziness in Laudi's head made his feelings worse. Trudging, the girl walked towards a door that was in front of her. That door was the only place where light could enter. At the top of the door was a clear glass that allowed Laudi to look out.

As soon as he reached the door, it turned out that Laudi could see nothing but a dazzling white light. His eyes that had yet to adapt instantly narrowed painfully. He also tried to open the door that appeared to be locked. Many times Laudi shook the doorknob, but nothing happened. The door won't open.

“Please!” laudi panicked as he banged on the door.

There's no answer. Again he did the same, but still no answer. Only solitude.

The girl also started crying. His body inched down to the floor in a curled position. Laudi panicked and frightened. He also remembered his cell phone. In a hurry he immediately searched all over his body, including where he was lying earlier. Unfortunately, the smart phone is still not found.

Laudi roared furiously while crying loudly. What's he supposed to do?
