CHAPTER 18 "I WANT TO GO"

Since Nao Yu's death 2 days ago, Lin Zi had rejected every single servant assigned to serve her. He did not eat, nor did he drink, nor did he take a bath. "i. nginn.. gi" murmured Lin Zi who was still unclear. Some words disappeared because the sound was too small.

"The view is so beautiful, but why doesn't my heart feel happy?" muttered Lin Zi changing the topic.

"It turns out you're here." said a man from behind.

"Honor the Yuan prince" Ruyu said in a salute.

"You.." murmured Yuan did not recognize the servant.

"Hamba Ruyu, Miss Xiu's new servant" Ruyu said introducing herself.

"Ruyu, can you give me some time to talk to Lin Zi both?"

"Well" said Ruyu who then went towards the back until Yuan and Lin Zi's voice could not be heard.

"Zi'er.." call Yuan to the girl who is staring blankly at the sunset.

"Jing Yuan. I. want to go.." muttered Lin Zi who still did not look at the man who was now sitting next to her.

"really? Can I get out of here?" asked Lin Zi looked at Yuan's face.

Yuan also nodded. Soon they returned to their homes. Lin Zi prepared 2 clothes wrapped in white cloth as bags. He also brought some gold taels in his room.

"Miss... are you really going? Then what about the servant?" ruyu asked the girl who was still busy looking for something in her desk drawer.

"Miss, then take the servant with you how? Servants will certainly not trouble you." he said again.

"Ruyu, going with me might make you hard..."

"It's still early in the morning but why is the market here so crowded?" asked Lin Zi in wonder.

"This is Guang village. The more the night will be crowded and the more the morning will be quieter. This village is also called a lantern village because at the end or beginning of each season, residents here always fly lanterns" explained Yuan.

"Lantern?" muttered Lin Zi stopped her steps.

Lin Zi recalled the words Xuan said earlier. When Xuan asked Lin Zi to marry him. Hope is also a promise written on the lantern they flew together. It made Lin Zi's heart even more doubtful.

Spring is coming to an end. Guang villagers flew lanterns of their hope. Orange-colored glow in the sky decorated with starlight. All eyes were stunned to see the light of the lantern in the sky.

"Jing Yuan.." call Lin Zi to make Yuan turn towards him.
