As Nina's condition worsened, the nurse asked Rizon to wait outside because more intensive treatment needed to be done. Rizon initially refuses, but after the nurse explains Rizon's end, she complies. His feelings were increasingly riled up thinking about Nina's struggle in the room which he thought was scary.

While waiting, Rizon visits the baby his wife has just born in a special baby room. But he could only look on because their prematurely born babies had to continue the struggle inside the incubator.
