Chapter 32 The Holiday Plan

Not wanting to rush for fear of rejection Yuri just enjoy every time he has, and every opportunity that comes he never wasted.

Like this time, the last week before they faced the test. Imel who forced want to have fun to open a space in his brain that will soon be filled with all the subject matter, invites them to go see a comedy film.

Arriving at the cinema the task of buying a ticket was given to Imel while they waited near the entrance.

"I'm going to buy popcorn and drinks" Rapka said as she waited for Imel, who was still waiting in line.

"Let me help, it will be troublesome if you take it alone," Yuri said.

"Thank you" said Rapka to feel helped.

They then leave, leaving Noah alone at the entrance. Looking at every move Yuri who thought was completely different from the first they met, now Yuri seems more able to express herself and even express her opinion.

He no longer hid from behind his hair, his smile was also more often seen which made Noah's heart feel grateful.

"Where are the others?" imel asked as he finished buying the ticket.

"Buying snacks" said Noah.

"Sorry, have we been gone too long? there was a little queue when we bought popcorn" Rapka said to see Imel who had arrived.

"No, let's go in!" take the impatient Imel.

They immediately entered, sitting in a chair that fit the ticket. Imel sat at the very end, next to Noah, Yuri and Rapka.

A few minutes later the film was turned. An hour or so they couldn't stop laughing during the movie, even after they left the room they were still chatting about the movie while laughing.

"Ah I'm tired," complained Yuri who felt cramping on her cheeks.

"Me too" said Rapka.

"How about we take a break in the park?" tawar Imel's.

They immediately nodded, walked back and were ready to cross when the traffic light was red.

Tiiiiittt's.....

"Yuri!" noah shouted, aware that one car was about to break through a red light.

"Aaaa... " Bruck

"You okay?" asked Noah anxiously as he immediately approached.

"No, what about you? did I hit you hard enough?" sahut Yuri who was more worried about Rapka because when Noah shouted he immediately retreated to hit Rapka who was standing right behind.

"I'm fine, you're not hurt yourself, are you?" reply Rapka who was of course worried for Yuri.

Yuri shook her head, but Rapka kept checking her condition. Noah who saw their closeness was fixated in his mind, felt foolish for meddling in the relationship of the two people.

While the other audience, Imel felt even more stupid because he only understood what had happened so far, he said, though he was very close to all of them but apparently not close enough to be insensitive to the feelings of every friend.

"I'm planning on going to my uncle's house, how about you?" tanya Imel started the chat.

"It looks like I'm not going anywhere, maybe I'll fill my vacation time with part-time work" Rapka said.

"What about you Noah?" ask Imel curious.

"Okay, I don't have any plans" he said indifferently as usual.

"Do you have Yuri's plan? how about a part-time job at the cafe with me?" tawar Rapka.

Yuri was a little surprised to hear Rapka's offer, she did not expect that a good opportunity would come to her. But he already has his own busyness that has been far away from the day he prepared.

"I'm sorry, I can't" he said softly with a wistful smile without being able to look at Rapka.

"Eh why? you have a plan, right?" rapka was a little disappointed.

Yuri nodded without saying what plan he had, seeing Yuri's expression that looked a little sad no one dared to ask what plan he had.

"But I'll be home before new year's night, will we get together to celebrate together?" ask Yuri.

"Good idea, let's gather in the town square!" imel was impatient.

Yuri smiling got a good reception from everyone, it made her heart quite relieved and impatiently waiting for the new year's night.

When the holiday has arrived he said his plan to the grandmother, of course, grandmother could not prevent Yuri from filling her vacation time with activities that she wanted.

Moreover, the activity was to go home to his parents, preparing the heart to be airy still when he arrived at his doorstep tears flowed quickly.

Every memory becomes a needle that pierces his heart which then makes him cry, in a house that is not how vast it is even though the time he spent with his parents is not much but the memories are still clearly created.

Especially in the dining room where it was the last place they had gathered together, there were many discussions and chats at mealtime that made Yuri miss you even more her parents.

Tired of the journey and crying Yuri just went to the cemetery the next day, he put flowers in each of his mother and father's meals.

"It's my first holiday at a former mother's school, all my friends have their own plans but we plan to spend some time together on new year's night. Mommy must be happy, right? finally the new year's night will be spent with friends instead of in the room" Yuri said as she stared at the tombstone.

Her tears are flowing again.

"I made it, I made a lot of friends. Are you proud of me?" tanyanya.

"It turns out.. living with friends... is fun... why.... did not you tell me to stay in the village?" the question that came out of his mouth was accompanied by an increasingly swift flow of eyes.

The more he thought about his happiness with his friends the more hurt he was to remember the terrible passing of his parents, until he realized that what he had to blame was actually him.

If he had not been so quiet before, if he had been able to resist, if he had a little courage. Maybe his current friends are not Imel, Noah and Rapka but the happiness he has is definitely the same.

"I'm sorry mom, I'll visit again tomorrow" Yuri said softly as she rubbed her wet cheeks.

Walking staggering as the wind shook his body Yuri's mind that was bobbing back intact once his ears heard the roar of a noisy car, just under his feet on foot there were many vehicles that passed through the bridge.

Staring at the speed of the vehicle that he was still able to follow terbesit a question in Yuri's mind, if he jumps what he will also be taken to the hospital but not helped?.
