Chapter 11 Spring on the Head

Pedaling his bike in the morning blind, even when the sun had not yet revealed its rays he had sweated. The wind swept his long hair until the smile on his face was clearly visible, his heartbeat so fiercely spurred.

In his mind right now there was only one sentence 'I want to go to school', after Imel and the others visited he realized his life had changed.

Having a friend despite being exhausting enough turned out to be a lot of fun, this time he wanted to keep the relationship even longer.

Arriving at school because it was still early in the morning not many students came, Yuri immediately parked her bike.

"Yuri.

He turned his head and as soon as his heart stopped beating, Rapka waved one hand as she continued to pedal her bicycle.

"You're better?" tanya Rapka parked her bike right next to Yuri's bike.

Yuri nodded, silently clenching her hands tightly so that her heart could beat normally. This time he wanted to talk, chatting like any other normal human being.

"Thank God, come on in!" bring Rapka.

Again Yuri nodded, walking right beside Rapka with her head lowered.

"Yes, you haven't been in for two days! are you going to borrow my notes? my handwriting's not good but if you want I'll lend it to you" Rapka bargained.

For a moment Yuri silently glanced at Rapka from the corner of her eyes, inwardly she exclaimed saying everything but in reality her mouth was silent.

Rapka waited patiently, not so hoping that Yuri would answer immediately. Until they arrive at the classroom door Yuri suddenly stops.

"What's wrong?" ask Rapka.

"I. mau.." said Yuri slowly.

There was a moment of silence between them, making Yuri really uncomfortable to the point of feeling that she was speaking wrongly.

"I'll bring it tomorrow" Rapka said with a smile.

For the first time Yuri raised her face, staring at the friendly smile that was so sincere to her.

It's already in the rainy season but Yuri's head is filled with spring flowers, for those who are accustomed to doing everything for others this is the first time there is someone who not only visits when he is sick but also attention to lend a note.

As if there was a rope pulling his lips Yuri could not stop smiling, even the smile persisted until he joined the club activities.

It's just that he was too late in his own happiness to not pay attention around.

One ball that came out of nowhere hit Yuri until he came back in reality, grimacing while holding his shoulder hit by the ball while trying to get up he was shocked by the faces of his club friends who were too close.

"You okay?" ask Imel worriedly.

"Hehehehe sorry, I daydream," Yuri said with a smile.

"It looks like we should take her to the infirmary" Nora said anxiously.

The others nodded in agreement because they were worried about the unusual Yuri, considering her nature she should lower her face while answering quietly instead of smiling.

Even Imel himself was stunned because this was the first time he saw Yuri smile, but when he realized it was a happy smile his heart was grateful.

Throughout the training Yuri performed in prime, her face beaming with excitement until the training was finally finished. This time he casually changed clothes, according to the weather forecast today was clear so he could go home casually.

"Oh you just got home from practice?" ask Rapka.

Yuri looked up, looking at Rapka who was still wearing sports clothes walking with Noah. He also nodded in response.

"We also just finished training" he said.

Rapka took her parked bike and then packed it together with Yuri, as usual she was cheerful with a lot of storytelling.

Arriving at the gate they separated, Rapka waved her hand and immediately turned still with his bicycle because Noah did not bring a bicycle.

The next day the weather returns bright, as the rope of destiny bound together Yuri meets Rapka as she parks her bike.

Rapka who had promised to lend a note immediately handed her the book, Yuri gladly accepted it and thanked him. After going home from training they met again when they took a bike that made them walk again together.

This makes Yuri remember a story in the comics he had read, where the cast of the girl with her man always met until there was love between them.

"No!" yuri said firmly while shaking her head.

He stared at the writing in Rapka's book, after cleaning himself and changing clothes he immediately sat down at his study table and copied the notes.

But what happens is that he daydreams Rapka, secretly imagining himself who is able to talk and be cheerful in their meetings.

Arriving at the weekend again Yuri's parents could not come to visit, instead they sent a special edition book from Gyou that Yuri had long been interested in.

When the book arrives, unfortunately, Yuri has no time to see because she has an appointment with Noah, they have not completed the task and have made an appointment at the weekend.

Pedaling his bike along the way he saw adults already busy working in the rice fields, an unusual sight for him.

Arriving at Noah's house he was greeted by his mother and immediately sent in, Noah himself seems to have been struggling with the book in his camera.

"I'm sorry I'm late" said Yuri, feeling guilty that Noah had started without her.

"No," said Noah quietly without turning his eyes away from the book.

Yuri immediately sat down, picked up one book and started working on their task. The silence sulked between them quickly, the silence that made Yuri comfortable because it made her able to be herself.

After taking a few hours finally their task was completed, Noah who was achy because he kept his head down to read spread his hands.

"Noah..ayo we go!" the sound of Rapka coming from outside.

The door opened and when he saw that there was Yuri Rapka immediately stunned, feeling embarrassed because he was being disrespectful.

"Let's go" said Noah as he rose.

"Mm, Yuri want to come?" rapka asked suddenly, which made Yuri unable to bear the heartbeat.

"N-no, I just want to go home" he said slowly.

"Why? are you in a hurry?" ask Rapka.

Yuri kept silent, looking at Rapka who was patiently waiting for her answer.

"No," he said slowly.

"Then you better come! we're going to the bookstore, it might be a little boring but since you're new to the city so there must be something exciting too, right?" Rapka.

Yuri did not have the strength to resist, let alone it was a solicitation from Rapka. Finally they went three, pedaling their bikes until they arrived at the bookstore.

Rapka who had parked her bike quickly ran inside, leaving Noah and Yuri astonished.

When they enter, what they find is Rapka's whining face that actually looks funny to Yuri, an adorable face that makes the spring on Yuri's head appear.

"Noah.

Yuri stared in surprise, but when she saw the table with the inscription 'soldout' on the table while the inscription 'special edition of Gyou' was attached below her like a small banner understood her.

One thing that made him surprised was that in the village there were also many Gyou fans including Rapka, making him happy to know he and Rapka were one idol.

Finally they decided to take a walk, introducing every famous place to Yuri until dusk.
