The Blue Swordsman

The Blue Swordsman
Eliminating Existence

For many years the Asuras lived in the depths of the forest making them have been able to adapt to the circumstances around. They had apparently built a small settlement in the middle of the Birama forest. Rajendra and the others are now in one of the houses built by the nation. In a room looks Rajendra who is talking with Adanu, who is talking,

"So apparently you have learned a lesson from Mahesa..?" Ask Adanu after hearing the story from Rajendra.

"Yes so" Rajendra looks down as if he knows that he is currently being investigated by Adanu's view.

And indeed right now Adanu is doing an assessment on the young man in front of him, "From what I see you are indeed strong.even your magic is too strong..." Said later.

Feeling that he was getting compliments on Rajendra's face reddened, "Ah no I still have a lot to learn, of course there are still many stronger than me out there".

"That's not what I mean, you have to be able to control your power. If you are too proud of the power you have you will be easily killed" Adanu said, explaining that he was not being praised.

"How does that mean?" Rajendra asked still confused by the explanation that Adanu gave.

"You remember that time in the woods?, when I attacked you?"

"Yes, of course" Rajendra replied quickly

"Why do you think I could attack you?"

"Because you think we're enemies of course?" Rajendra replied because he did not understand where the conversation was going.

"Hemh..Where do you think we know where you are?" Ask Adanu again with a probing glance.

"Maybe one of you has seen us from a tree?" Rajendra tried to guess the answer.

"No, all we did was try to defend ourselves. Ever since you entered this forest, we have been able to feel the aura of great power that you exuded. So we prepared to face the threat and defend our territory" Adanu paused to look at Rajendra to see his reaction.

Rajendra listened carefully to Adanu's words, he wanted to be able to know the meaning of the words, "So what's wrong with me?" Ask later.

Adanu sighed, looked into Rajendra's eyes then continued his explanation,

"You must be able to control the power, must learn to remove the aura of your being. If you can't do all that easily the enemy attacks you even if you're blindfolded".

"So this is the secret of why their existence is unknown to this world" Inner Rajendra after he realized the ability of the Asuras. He then ventured to ask the secret behind the ability, "Is there a way for me to be able to learn all that?"

"Of course, all the knowledge you can learn if you want" replied Adanu.

"Would you teach me how to control the power I have" Rajendra asked expectantly.

"I can only give you a clue, try to learn from nature. Never thought to be a true swordsman it was just a great exhibition of strength, but me and your teacher were also likely to make the same mistake. So I don't deserve to say if you've been mistaken" Adanu quietly sighed and continued saying, "You should be able to be flexible, don't be too stiff. I'll show you something, come with me" Adanu walked out.

Rajendra just obediently and walking tailed, Adanu seemed to look around like he was looking for something. Then when he saw the clump of Adanu bamboo trees then let out a gesture like sweeping hands. Instantly out a kind of gust of wind that rapidly hit the bamboo tree, Rajendra saw the consequences of the big wind created by Adanu. Two trees that stood firmly between the bamboo grove that one was broken and the other was uprooted, while the bamboo groves were only bobbing but not at all broken or fallen.

Adanu looked at Rajendra who seemed still silent, "Do you see?, If you are too happy with the strength you have, when faced with a strong attack your fate will only be the same as to those two broken and fallen trees!" He said he explained what he had just shown.

Rajendra seemed to begin to understand something, he looked towards Adanu then looked back towards the bamboo grove. He had actually seen it often, but never thought about the lessons that could be taken from what he saw.

Seeing Rajendra who seemed to be thinking Adanu continued his words "You should be able to be flexible like the bamboo tree, not only can withstand the attack but you also must be able to reverse the attack you received. Learn to use your opponent's strength for counter-attacks, you will no longer waste a lot of energy making unnecessary moves".

"Is there a way for me to learn all that quickly?" Rajendra asked without hesitation, he now considers Adanu as a teacher for him.

Adanu thought for a moment, then saw a glimpse of light from his eyes as if he had found an idea.

"Follow me, I will show you a suitable place for you to practice mastering the power of nature" said Adanu who then walked to the back of the house.

Rajendra followed right behind him, he seemed to continue walking through the thickets and then penetrated into a place that turned out to be a river that formed a waterfall. The sound of water gurgling and pounding from the waterfall became one with the sound of wind whirring blowing trees around it.

"How come you are there" said Adanu pointing to a flat stone near the waterfall, "center your mind and try to blend in with nature, if you can hear the sound of birds chirping in the trees, it means that your efforts have been successful and when you have mastered it then you will see this nature with a new look" while looking at the birds that jump from branch to branch.

Although somewhat doubtful Rajendra just obey Adanu's orders. He then walked towards the rock that Adanu showed him, then he started to sit cross-legged and closed his eyes. Of course all he could hear was the rumbling of water falling from the waterfall, when he opened his eyes to ask, it turned out that Adanu had left the place. He then turned his gaze on the trees to make sure that there were birds around.

Rajendra saw clearly that some of the birds were visibly opening their beaks, but he did not hear the sound of the chirping at all, Rajendra seemed confused, "How can I hear from this place a sound other than the roar of the waterfall??" He said in his heart.
