The Blue Swordsman

The Blue Swordsman
Seruni Village

With a height of 170cm Rajendra including tall for someone at that time, his body muscled chest field but his movements are always flexible and flexible. His face looked manly with protruding cheekbones, his lips full and his bushy eyebrows added to the manly impression. He was raised by Kanaka, an orderly mad father who doesn't know how to pamper a child.

His mother had left him as a child, at the age of 10 he did not know why his father and mother separated, the explanation of the divorce at his age was clearly not enough to help his understanding. He always felt clumsy when he was with his father, there was no day he spent without martial arts training. Once he ran away from home and tried to meet his mother. His mother, who had moved to another village, married again and had children. When Rajendra managed to meet his mother he was taken by his mother to the back of his house, tightly hugged his body and his mother immediately said "come back to your father.." no one knows better what his father would do if he knew his son was missing than his mother.

And sure enough as a well-respected swordsman in his village so know if Rajendra lost Kanaka immediately sent some people to look for him. Of course he knows where Rajendra is going. When Rajendra was found he was tied up on a horse and handed over to his father who was being enveloped by anger. His father beat Rajendra as if trying to take his life, in a loud and merciless voice he remembered his father's ultimatum at that time "..IF YOU LEAVE THE HOUSE AGAIN, I WON'T THINK OF YOU AS A CHILD ANYMORE.."

So exposed his fear at that time that there was never again any intention to see his mother again. When one day he hears that his mother is dead, Rajendra begins to change from a quiet boy to a mischievous one. His spell at that time was sometimes approaching to things that endanger others, his father had begun to fear all the mischief Rajendra did.

When the father came to him with a club in his hand, Rajendra challenged him with a piece of wood. No one else can stem the wildness of the child because at the age of 15 years old his body is like an adult.

Once there was an unknown man who claimed to be a traveling swordsman, the swordsman waved the banners and was willing to challenge anyone to fight with the prize if he managed to defeat him. At that instant Rajendra advanced challenging and quickly managed to come out as a winner with ease. Praise flowed for him, but the appreciation of the villagers was only a moment. As he grew older, Rajendra grew more brutal and could no longer be controlled. When the father who was always hard and stiff finally breathed his last, the cruel element in Rajendra grew even more.

Just because Utari was the younger brother she could still be a little controlled. The magnitude of Rajendra's affection for his sister, making him feel unbearable when tears flowed from his cheeks, because it was usually he did whatever his sister asked.

The river that looks clear split in a village, the trees still look beautiful and naturally grow around the village. The residents seem to get along well even though their lives do not look prosperous, but it can seem that they are happy. Social feeling and tolerance are still upheld as a habit in the village. Most of the inhabitants are farmers partly as carpenters, traders and ranchers. Seruni village is the name of the village, the village where Rajendra grew up. And it was in that village that Rajendra was trying to get back.

Since deciding to return to the village, Rajendra has been imagining changes that might occur in his village. But after this moment he saw his hometown in front of the eyes of the changes that were happening was truly beyond his expectations.

From the entrance to the village alone has seen the difference, now there has been built a kind of guard post. Seen some soldiers were standing guard there, one of the soldiers was apparently assigned to ask every stranger who wanted to enter the village Seruni. Around the entrance monument to the village also looks mounted wooden piles around some of the village.

Rajendra walked while observing every change that took place around the countryside. When he finally reached the front guard post, Rajendra was not separated from the examination. When it came his turn to be examined the soldier asked,

"What's your name, what's your purpose in this village?" Ask the guard officer carefully.

"I am Rajendra, I want to visit my brother" Rajendra replied calmly

"And what is the name of the brother you are referring to?"

"Utari" said Rajendra convinced.

The soldier who was assigned to guard was also seen opening a notebook and seemed to be looking for Utari's name there. A moment later he looked surprised but then quickly calmed himself down and said quickly "There is no one named Utari in the village of Seruni"

Feeling sure that his sister still lives in Rajendra village trying to ask, he asked,

"Are you sure?, I feel something is wrong with the notebook" Rajendra said.

Suddenly the officer's tone rose, and,

"There's nothing wrong, get out of here before they kick you out rudely" The officer said while pointing at the soldiers at the guard post who seemed to be joking because one of them seemed to be laughing out loud.

"What really happened?, Why did the officer look a little surprised when checking Utari's name?" Ask in the heart.

Rajendra is sure he won't get a definitive answer if he doesn't find out for himself. So he decided to investigate everything. Eventually Rajendra tried to find another way to get into his village. Because he was raised there, then he was very familiar with the path to get into his village. The dirt road he was taking passed through a small hill and penetrated into the back of his village in the form of corn fields. When he passed through the field, he saw one of the farmers who was also his neighbor, although he did not remember his name he still remembered the face of the man. The farmer looked surprised to see Rajendra, he tried to escape from it. Rajendra who is determined to find out about the circumstances of his sister soon pursues the man. Rajendra's speed was certainly not a match for the old man, in an instant the man had been captured and dropped to the ground.

"Why did you run away?" Rajendra asked annoyed.

"I'm afraid, I'm surprised you're back in this village" the old man almost cried.

"But why try to run?, don't you know me?" Rajendra said as he hardened his hand.

"Of course I know, you Rajendra son of Mr. Kanaka, I'm scared and reflexive to run sir.."

"Forgot that, now that I have something to ask you, what happened to my sister what is really going on in the village? And don't try to lie or I break your hand !" threaten Rajendra who still holds the farmer's skinny hand.

The farmer told him a long prologue and ended with a cry. Rajendra also released his grip from the farmer's hand, his face looked angry when he heard the man's story. From the story he now knows, if the people in the village who look young are taken by force by the authorities, he said, men will be made into soldiers and young women who look beautiful will be taken to the palace to be concubines or servants. Of course Utari Rajendra's sister was one of those brought to the palace because there would be no villagers who would deny it if it was said Utari was the village flower in Seruni village.

"Damn..!!" Shouted Rajendra while hitting the trunk of a tree. He was upset to realize that nothing could be done to save his sister. He knew even if he was reckless about breaking into the palace and trying to find his sister, it was likely that he would only be killed before he reached the fortress. The frustration turned into sadness, he looked hopeless and looked up at the sky, he imagined the smile on his sister's face his eyes were glazed over. Precisely when that moment suddenly came two soldiers who seemed to have seen Rajendra from a distance.

"Who are you?what the hell is he doing here?" Ask one of the soldiers who carried the spear, while trying to threaten by pointing the spear towards Rajendra.

There was no intention of Rajendra answering the question in words, for this was his chance to vent his anger. With a quick move he snatched the spear and swept it towards the other soldier, the hilt of the spear jostling against the head of the soldier who was not prepared for the attack, then with the same swift movement he threw the tip of the spear at the other soldier. The two soldiers appeared to have collapsed and died.

The farmer who saw the terrible sight immediately ran away in fear and shouted like a fidelity. Rajendra realized he had now become an enemy of the ruling government because he had killed two soldiers, of course he was now a fugitive. Quickly he left the place and ran towards the hill, his running accelerated when he realized the boisterous sounds of the people behind him. He continued to run further and further into the forest and disappeared within the thickets of the trees. Some of the soldiers who were patrolling seemed to hear a cry for help from the farmer. They seemed to be running in search of the source of the sound, when they saw the farmer running, a soldier confronted him and asked,

"What's wrong? what's going on?"

"There, there was a man who killed two soldiers" the farmer replied, pointing in an obscure direction.

"Where? calm yourself and show me the place now" said one of the soldiers who had come near them.

The farmer took a breath and began to calm himself, then he led the soldiers to the scene. Seeing his friends being killed with the blood vile some of the soldiers were roiling, their anger peaked.

"Who did this?" Asked a soldier with a high tone to the farmer.

"His name is Rajendra sir he was once a resident of this village" replied the farmer in fear.

"Rajendra" The inner soldiers, the name they will remember and they are determined to avenge their deeds.
