Episode 8
”Ahh, why is my body so heavy when I just woke up? Besides, it's still very early in the morning. I think I've been sleeping for two days. Time feels stopped long enough.”
Aciel stretched her stiff body after hours in bed alone. He found no one but himself and a few house servants tidying up the items around him. Although the servants were not around, this house could be kept clean because everyone who lived here was very clean.
With the initiative, Aciel directly asked a waiter who was going through it, ”Did you see Ivonne or Ayhner around here?”
The waiter replied politely, ”No Sir. But, while cleaning the floor, we found blood spots that trace her to the room of the young master.”
Aciel looked surprised as well as started to get suspicious. ”Bercak blood? What do you mean? When did you find him?”
”About an hour ago we cleaned it up in front of Young Master's room. When we knocked on his bedroom door, the young master did not answer him.”
Aciel quickly trusted her words and immediately ran away to Ayhner's room on the next floor. He was in a hurry to not see how many steps he had jumped and how many buckets of water he had accidentally dropped while the servants were cleaning the stairs. He immediately apologized to her and continued his run.
It felt like he was exercising in the morning and inside the house. Either cold sweat or sweat from the heat that began to wet his forehead and also his hair continuously. Some of the servants who had found out with the blood spots immediately knew where Aciel was going and followed him from behind.
”Ayhner! Quickly open the door!” Aciel knocked on the door very hard. Without realizing it, it turned out that the door was completely unlocked. Aciel quickly opened it to see the contents inside along with the other servants kneeling from behind.
However, when he had circled all the rooms in the large room, he found that Ayhner was not there. This anxiety is increasing because in his room there are also blood spots that also stain the mattress until it looks terrible. On a small table, Aciel saw a bullet that appeared to have been removed from someone's body.
Of course he was thinking and wondering, who is currently injured then he sneaked into his son's room?
Aciel stood facing the servants and asked, ”The blood patch you found, leads where?”
One of them replied, ”Ke page outside Sir. Perhaps, Young master is being together with Miss.”
”It's impossible. Ivonne went out for getting a call.” Aciel directly replied, ”... The only place she could go at this time was,..”.

”My body is very heavy. I was so scared. Why do so many people want to kill me?”
At a funeral, Ayhner sits next to her mother's grave. He bent both knees and curled up on it. This time he looked desperate. Traces of blood were still clearly visible heading towards him. The wound on his stomach had still not completely healed even though he had already taken out his bullet.
After yesterday's incident, Gill took her home and left her with serious injuries. She could not make Ivonne grow anxious and shut herself inside the house. Therefore, he was treating his own injuries even though they were imperfect.
”I'm scared. I'm really freaked out. I can't be like Mother who was so brave to protect me from the monsters that attacked us back then. I even thought I was going to die now. But, if I was left alive, I was afraid I would eat either Dad or Aunt when I got out of control. Why did you have to give birth to me? At least Mom didn't leave me if she wanted to give birth to me?”
Ayhner said it with great sadness until he showed a side that no one else had ever shown. It is by shedding everything through tears that fall to the ground. She hoped, Chloe could see it like this and this mess.
Behind him, Aciel was already standing there from earlier. He heard everything Ayhner said and so did the crying Isaac who could not be restrained by him. Aciel felt that he had become a bad father to her. He never even asked about his circumstances and let him wander away from home without knowing what things he had been living all along.
It must be very heavy and painful. Imagining it, already made Aciel's feelings hurt. It was completely injured as if no medicine could cure it. Just imagine, the person he had been fighting for and protecting, was crying there. Complaining to someone who is gone. Especially in front of his mother's grave.
Due to guilt, Aciel felt ashamed and did not dare to appear in front of Chloe's grave. She could feel Chloe in front of Ayhner holding her, even though she could neither see her nor feel her.
However, would he choose to just remain silent on the spot without doing anything like a fool? The boy crying in front of him was not someone else but his own biological son. His love for his wife who died years ago.
Slowly, she tried to walk up to him. Despite his doubts, he still did so and tried to fight his insecurities. The green grass seemed to be his carpet that would not hinder him or disturb him to step until finally, he was two steps closer to Ayhner.
Aciel wanted to tell her something. However, he chose to give up his time.
For a while kept silent in his messy mind like a broken ship, Aciel finally decided to call, ”Ayhner.”
As if shocked to hear this voice, Ayhner immediately stopped crying and slowly looked back with her eyes swollen from exhaustion.
Aciel sighed while Ayhner waited for the thing that Aciel was going to talk about at this moment.
Although it was heavy to say it, Aciel immediately said, ”... Ayhner, Son. Forgive Father.” Aciel gives a pause. ”... I'm sorry I never asked you how you were or the sadness you were going through. I'm sorry that I was away from you all this time and I'm sorry, because back then, I couldn't protect you nor protect Chloe. If only I had been there, we might still be together until now. I'm really sorry Ayhner. Sorry, I'm like this.”
Quickly, Aciel immediately fell to his knees, regretting all the mistakes he had just realized. She couldn't hold back her tears which were her biggest weakness when everyone thought men couldn't cry. While Ayhner was silent in the same position while looking at Aciel.
Not long after, Ayhner woke up and stood facing Aciel who was still holding down position. As his legs were about to step forward, he suddenly fell forward with blood flowing out from within his wounded stomach.
