A week passed after that incident. The area around the church still looks quiet and only a few people pass by there. It was passed with fear and trauma due to the slaughter carried out by three zombies at once. There was no news of the queen's dog troop being seriously injured as was the Leory family residence, which still closed the door and did not explain the incident.
The same is true of Eldric today. At the time of the incident, he had slept for two days before finally waking up with wounds all over his body. The gauze still covered some areas of his body that were still injured. His face also had a plaster due to a scratch wound he suffered.
He sat alone on his cream-colored leather sofa. Carrying a blanket on his back, he tried to forget what happened in the church at that time. He also thought about how Ayhner was doing right now. It's possible that Ayhner's injuries were worse than her and until now she hasn't seen him at all.
”Master, there is a message for you.” a young woman walked up to her with a white envelope in her hand. ”... Mr and Mrs Hanley would like to see you immediately. Both are on their way to this place.”
Eldric sighed and threw away the letter given to him. It was common for Eldric to always refuse the arrival of anyone to his home even his own parents. Usually he would choose to go far for hours or even days. ”Prepare car. I'm going to go see someone.”
”But, how about Mr and Mrs Hanley who wants to see you.”
”I don't care. Just get a horse carriage ready for me. Just tell them that I have something urgent.” he said as he left his seat.

”I'm sorry, Ayhner.” Aciel was currently inside Ayhner's room, sitting right next to her bed holding her hand.
It had been a week, Ayhner had fallen asleep like this and made Aciel feel even more anxious. She's afraid Ayhner can't come back to her after she sees Chloe's death right in front of her eyes a few years ago.
The gauze almost covered all parts of his body. Ivonne did not participate while trying to save her because she was already too afraid to do so. He feared the death of his loved ones, so he tried to save people by healing their wounds. However, not unexpectedly. He was even too afraid to see Ayhner's state back then.
”Please, open your eyes.” Isakan Aciel continued to sound. She was so afraid of not being able to see her son again. He did not want to lose his loved ones for the umpteenth time. He could only hope, hopefully all he saw was a dream.
”Where, this?”
That soft voice could still be heard in the ears of Aciel who was holding her hand. Quickly, Aciel immediately looked at Ayhner next to him. Sure enough, he was looking at Ayhner who was trying to open his eyes.
”Ayhner! Are you feeling better? Which part still hurts.” quickly Aciel instantly says what is stored in his mind. He felt a little relieved and was very grateful to see Ayhner open both his eyes.
Slowly, Ayhner stared at the nearby Aciel. His gaze still looked empty as if he was feeling confused. He also looked around and was not surprised to see that he was still alive. For a while he kept quiet, watching her. While Aciel seemed to be waiting for an answer from him.
Ayhner took a breath before asking, ”Who, you?”
Aciel fell silent, unable to believe Ayhner's question. His heart almost stopped beating as the speech pierced his ears and his entire body. Ayhner's gaze was so convincing that at this time, she did not know who Aciel really was. But, how did that happen? Was it because too many drugs were used that it affected his memory?
”You don't know me, Ayhner?”

”Master, is this the right choice?”
”Yes. I'm sure he and his dad can fix the relationship. That all goes according to your plan, right, Luois?” Gill looked back, looking at Luois who had just been standing before his door.
”It turns out you know everything, huh? It was a natural thing if one could see one's future and past.” Luois grinned. While Sen was directly standing in front of Gill, covering his gaze from Luois.
”You are not human. How did you get in here?” sen said cautiously.
”I already knew he was coming here. So, I let it in.” Gill said to Sen's question.
”You have a waiter who protects you very much.” Luois gave a pause. ”... I came just to give you this.” Luois threw an ace of hearts on the floor and was noticed by the two of them.
Luois continued, ”... Nine years ago, there was a boy who gave it to me. I can't bear to throw it away so I just give it to you.” after saying it, immediately Luois walked away from her place.
Sen took the card from the floor and watched it. It looks clearly just an ordinary card that is very old and there are many folds around it. ”... He looked like a person who would not regret taking things off. But, just throwing away this old card, why is it so hard to do?”
Gill again stood facing out the window and replied, ”... He could throw it away but could not afford to throw away the memories that were in it.”

”What do you mean my son is not here?!” Madame Hanley immediately snapped at a female servant when she had just said that Eldric had just left on his carriage.
”I-yes Mistress. Young master forbade me to say where he was going.” said the waiter forcefully.
”Already, no need to be that angry. We will wait for him until he returns.” said Mr. Hanley as he sat on the sofa and lifted a cup of warm tea that has been provided.
Madame Hanley snorted in annoyance and released the female servant whom she had been snapping at earlier. ”... You know that our son is very difficult to manage. He instead decided to stay alone when his savings were enough to buy a house.” Mrs Hanley followed by sitting right next to Mr. Hanley.
”She's the same as you.”
”Hah?!” Madame Hanley looked at her face with annoyance and was a little surprised.
”You also decided to stay alone when your savings were enough right?”
”S-who told you that?! That's not me!” Madam Hanley was suddenly awkward when she heard that.
”Of course. Every child must be down to the nature of his parents, right?”
