The Ace Of Disasters
Episode 12's
At night, of course Eldric was still thinking about what Ayhner said this afternoon. He really did not expect to get such a thing. Besides, this isn't the first time this has happened to her. But, what makes him confused is, why does Ayhner seem to force himself when saying it? Could it be that he actually did not want to just throw it away or there was something else that he had kept secret until now.
Eldric started thinking about seeing Ayhner again and letting Ayhner explain everything. He doesn't know if Ayhner is a monster or an ordinary human. But, for sure he felt he had to meet her right now for things to become clear.
Eldric quickly picked up his suit which was in the closet. His steps quickly walked towards the door. However, just as he was about to open it, he suddenly heard the sound of broken glass falling from the table. She still did not suspect anything and thought that one of her servants had accidentally dropped her. He walked forward and opened the door.
However, just as he opened it, a tall man stood right in front of him and blocked his path.
The smell of this blood was very clear. He did not remember that in his house he had a guest in all-black clothes that were far from the uniform in his house. Slowly he started to get suspicious and raised his head upwards.
Sure enough, the man who was blocking him was not one of his servants but Lou who infiltrated into his house even though there were already many guards guarding around him.
”You who?” slowly Eldric was alert and walked away from him. Lou's two bloodied hands, making Eldric even more terrified of his death as if, the life-seeking angel had been right in front of him.
”Oh? So you're that human kid named Eldric, huh? That afternoon, I saw you talking to Ayhner. It's amazing that there's a human boy who wants to be friends with a monster. All this time you didn't realize you were being played with by him. The monster is close to you because he wants to eat you.”
Eldric looked at her seriously, not accepting what Lou had told him. ”What do you mean?!”
Lou tilted his head. ”... You don't know the truth? Didn't Gill show you that and say that the boy you've been with is not human? However, he is a monster that will eat you at any time. You'd be surprised to hear he hasn't eaten human flesh in years.”
”You think I'll believe everything you say?!”
”If you don't believe me, I will make you believe.” Lou said as she showed her fingernails tapering slowly. ”... First of all, make him angry.”
Quickly, Lou instantly slashed at Eldric with his fingernails. Luckily Eldric was able to dodge the attack. Because if not, it was possible that his entire entrails would be forcibly pulled by him.
Knowing his first attack was useless, Lou immediately launched the same attack blindly until Eldric was cornered and his steps stopped right in front of his open window. He can't move anywhere. Lou's claw had already left some of his belongings badly damaged and in disarray.
”Death now!”
When Lou's hand was raised up, Eldric was already very resigned. He doesn't know where else to move but to receive Lou's last attack. Maybe it's time he shuts down his age.
The blue butterfly flew at once right in front of Eldric's face to draw his attention. The beautiful butterfly was like it was carrying a message from the blue moon that was emitting its light.
Not until one second did Lou raise his hand upwards, the black figure appeared suddenly and directly kicked Lou's body away. He came along with the blue butterfly he had seen just now.
It was very beautiful and his arrival was not even known by him where he had appeared.
”Shut up there. Leave him to me.”
This voice he knew him very clearly. There's no mistaking it, it's Ayhner. He had not expected Ayhner to be able to come this fast even though he had not seen anyone before. The door behind him was still closed as before. Likewise with the window that is still tightly locked.
”Ayhner, is that really you?”
Aynner did not reply and only slightly showed her face then she stared back at Lou who was trying to stand back up.
”Finally you showed yourself. Moonlight thief monster, Ayhner Leory.”
Lou smiled broadly as he said, ”No. Actually you came late.”
”What do you mean?”
ANDREARGGHH!!!
Eldric suddenly shouted hysterically in pain. Ayhner quickly looked straight at him and was shocked to see Eldric's right hand cut off with his blood splattered all around. It was truly terrifying and as Ayhner looked back at Lou, he was already holding Eldric's severed right hand.
”See right? I knew you were coming. Therefore, instead of killing him, I better cut off one of his hands to make you angry. Aren't you tempted to look at this man's fresh meat? Or at least you can smell the scent of his blood intoxicating you?”
Ayhner's expression did not indicate that he was interested in Eldric's hand being cut off, nor did the stinging scent of his blood make him shiver. Far from it, he looked very angry. His hand took out a knife stored in his robe. The knife was a knife he often used to kill the human species he encountered.
”You still don't understand what I said earlier, huh? I'm not easily tempted by such little human flesh!”
With a quick movement, Ayhner immediately attacked Lou. But Lou was able to avoid it even though he accidentally dropped Eldric's hand on the floor. Ayhner's movement was fast. Eldric did not even hear the sound of his footsteps or his shadow. Ayhner had teleported.
”I think you really are a scary monster. But, it turns out my judgment is wrong apparently!”
Lou floated his face to Ayhner's. And again, Ayhner was able to teleport until he was finally right on top of her with a blade pointed right at his head.
Lou immediately dodged. He did not expect, Ayhner could move that fast not even a single breath movement. Not long after, he realized Ayhner's speed was influenced by the butterflies flying around him. If this butterfly disappeared, it is not impossible that Ayhner's speed will also be reduced.
”Look at me I'll exterminate all your creations!”
”Toooooooo!”
Ayhner appeared suddenly right in front of him and as quickly as possible, his knife immediately cut off Lou's head until it fell to the floor. Some of his blood hit Ayhner's face. Luckily he always wore black clothes so that the blood on his clothes was not so visible.
Eldric who was not used to seeing the incident almost spewed out his entire stomach. The smell of her blood with Lou's blood mixed up to fill the entire room. The pain in his hand seemed to disappear suddenly as soon as this scent pierced his nose even deeper.
After the brief fight was over, Ayhner immediately took the piece of Eldric's hand and walked up to him. Seeing the frightened Eldric when he saw it, made Ayhner feel he had to be careful not to move quickly to him.
He knelt down right before him then took Eldric's right hand and then put the two pieces together again using the blood that was on his palm. The blood is his own. He deliberately injured himself to reunite Eldric's right hand.
When he finished, he immediately took it off. It was enough to make Eldric surprised by what he had done earlier. His hand actually returned and he was able to move it again. Absolutely magical! It's real! With his blood Ayhner was able to reunite his severed hand.
”He's right. I'm not human. But a monster that can eat you at any time. Therefore, I ask you to stay away from me from now on.”
After saying her sentence, Ayhner immediately stepped out of not wanting to make anyone afraid of her existence.
Ayhner looked at her bloodied palms. It turns out, he was a murderer. He realized, people seem to deserve to be lonely and have no one to accompany him.
At the same time, Luois seemed to be watching him from quite a distance away. He watches everything that happens including the defeat Lou suffered. From everything he saw, he finally understood the ability that Ayhner possessed.
”You can't use your power during the day. The butterflies of your creation really interfere with the fight. You just need to wait for the gift I'll send you in a moment.”
