It was common for the guards to go around every night. There have been frequent kidnappings and murders lately. Surprisingly, the wounds experienced by the victim were not ordinary wounds and the condition was very painful with all the internal organs being deliberately pulled by someone. You could say, this is all the work of the human species. Whether it's a zombie or a monster. However, compared to monsters, zombies are more brutal when attacking their prey and they always leave their victims in any place.
A guard walks past a small, crime-prone alley. It was not a big place or a place occupied by rich people. Rather it was a small settlement inhabited by a few people.
The guard carrying the flashlight started to sense that there was something strange here. The smell of blood slowly smelled. The pool of water that was stepped on by him started to look quite strange. It was like there was blood mixed in that puddle.
Very carefully, the guard tried to point his flashlight at the object in front of him. His hands shook with fear. His eyes bulged, refusing to be closed for even a second. He did not expect at all, there was a human species deliberately hiding in front of him to devour him, following the other victims.
And when the flashlight slowly showed the object in front of him, suddenly the guard dropped the flashlight and slowly moved backwards. His face was pale and frightened. Cold sweat continued to pour out mercilessly. His mouth was even speechless and his eyes were unceasingly looking at the figure of the female corpse with the lingering wounds on his neck and internal organs being pulled out until his ribs were also scattered everywhere.
Surely the one who did it was a zombie! Because if it's a monster, it's certain he'll swallow up all his victims and leave no trace.

”Heeh? Another victim, right? I heard this case has lasted a week and no one has managed to find the culprit.” Ayhner said after he hitchhiked to read a newspaper inside the waffle seller's house.
The waffle seller added, ”The news is this is not a murder committed by humans. Except zombies.”
Ayhner looked at the waffle seller with a face of disbelief, ”There is indeed a zombie that blatantly disposes of the bodies of its victims? Didn't you see? These zombies are so greedy! Is that man a cattle for her?! He never even fed those guys!”
”You seem to care a lot about those poor people huh?” Lou suddenly walked up to him and sat right next to him. Lou smiled, completely different as he was talking to Luois a few nights ago. Clearly, he was trying to blend in with the people around him by being an ordinary person and not being the perpetrator of all the murders that have occurred lately.
”Who are you?”
Lou looked at Ayhner with the same expression. ”... Sorry I just spoke. My name is Lou, a doctor. Looks like you're talking about the news that recently happened huh?”
Ayhner. ”... Yep. The news is quite interesting because the culprit is quite sadistic when killing his victims. I'm so, wondering who did it.”
”Maybe you can find it at nightfall considering the culprit only attacks at night.”
Ayhner put the newspaper back on the table. ”... Yeah, I don't have to bother looking for him. I'm also lazy if I have to wake up more at night and sleep now. That's because, the culprit has already surrendered himself.” Ayhner looked at Lou cynically. ”... The culprit, is you, isn't it, Mr Lou?”
Lou immediately grinned as Ayhner easily said that he was the culprit. It was because Ayhner was able to distinguish between zombies and humans through the aura emitted by them. Of course he can also feel the killing intent of the Zombie species that have targeted its victims. He would feel very happy if he was visited by a zombie who also knew his identity as a monster.
”You're pretty great huh? I've never seen anyone who can tell the difference between a human being and his species. Oh, naw. You're not human but, Monster. Monsters more terrible than the monsters I've ever met.”
”Then, each of us has the biggest secret right? Looks like the guards won't be able to catch you if it turns out you're this slippery.”

A knife was directed at Lou's neck until it made him instantly speechless. The surrounding people were unaware of the presence of the knife that was right in front of Lou's neck. Just a little bit Lou moved then, the knife would definitely tear his neck.

Ayhner suddenly shouted and surprised all the visitors who were there. As all the gazes turned towards the two of them before finally, Ayhner put his knife back into the robe. It is inconceivable that panic would strike everyone once Ayhner knew he would kill Lou.
With a serious look aimed at Lou, Ayhner said, ”That would be my business!” then he walked away leaving her. Not paying attention to the views of everyone who was fixed on him due to the brief quarrel.
Seeing her go, Lou grinned and said, ”As I expected. I should have invited a lot of people to watch the exciting show I was going to play.”
Ayhner walked towards somewhere while thinking about what Lou said just now. He felt that he had indeed brought Eldric into great danger. Even one that could get him killed in an instant. Ayhner realized that she still did not accept the reality. The fact that he is no longer a human being. Except threats.

”Why are you so stupid? You still think you can get close to me in such an easy way?” ayhner said a little snapping until it made Eldric instantly speechless. ”... At that time I was just using you. That's all, and then I thank you. But, why do you seem to deliberately approach me when from the beginning I rejected your existence?!”
Eldric was so shocked to hear this answer. He was rendered speechless in an instant. It hurts a little but don't make him angry. ”... About that, I don't know. Maybe this is my gratitude as a human being because you saved me back then. If only you hadn't come to my house, I might have been the woman's zombie meal. If you deny my existence, fine. So, it's useless if you decide to run away from her now. Supposedly, from the beginning you never had contact with humans if you did not want to hurt them.”

Ayhner was silent for a while before replying, ”No. I won't just shut up. I'll definitely do something.”
