Albi just got home from school. Quickly he changed his clothes, then rushed to the garage. He picked up his favorite bike, and impatiently, he rode it. As fast as lightning the boy pedaled his bicycle towards the gate.
Katika was about to exit the gate, she was detained by Bi Reni. The maid knows very well that today is the schedule of Albi tutoring English. Soon the woman ran over to Albi. Luckily, his employer's son stopped for a moment when he heard his screams.
"Where are you going, Den Albi?" asked Bi Reni while panting.
"I want to play with my friends first" replied Albi briefly.
"But today is Den Albi les's schedule" Bi Reni said as she caught her breath.
"Alah, les only! My brain's still working because of the repetition, Bi. I need refreshing," Albi chirped in an annoyed tone.
"But what if your mom gets angry? What should aunt say?"
"Tell me I'll go to tutoring. It's just that it's complicated."
"Auntie can't lie, Den."
"Give up, Bi. Anyway, I want to play first. The drug!"
Regardless of Bi Reni's complaint, Albi immediately rushed to meet his friends at the promised place yesterday. They will meet near the mosque, the place of teaching. Albi who felt impatient to play immediately, accelerated his paddling to the outside of the complex.
Meanwhile, Farah had just returned home. Along the way, his eyes were fixed on his cell phone, replying to the messages of his foundation employees one by one. But somehow he wanted to look out the window for a moment. When he was about to enter the compound, he saw a glimpse of a boy was pedaling his bike quickly. As soon as his car got into the compound, Farah realized something.
"Oh, jeez! I deserve to know that boy!" murmured Farah was surprised not playing.
He immediately looked back, looking at the boy who was cycling earlier. Baby, that boy is no longer there. Farah's heart was pounding, worried bad things would happen to her son. However, he tried to brush off those bad thoughts. To him, Albi was a good and obedient boy. It is impossible if the child is just a puppet that skipped English lessons today.
Upon arriving home, Farah got out of the car. Soon he ran into the house, looking for Albi to his room. The boy was not there, but Farah was reluctant to give up. He chased every corner of the house, calling out to the Albi. But his son did not come.
Farah's mind grew increasingly confused. He searches for Albi to the pavilion, assuming that his son must be playing with Atikah. In a hurry he came to the pavilion. From the terrace, it appears Sukma is playing a doll, while being stared by Atikah who is fond of thinking about the figure of Maurin. So furious, Farah approached the two brothers with frowning faces.
"Hey, poor boys! Tell me, where's Albi!" snapped Farah.
"I-I don't know, Auntie. From earlier we did not see Albi," explained Atikah stammering.
"Don't lie to you!"
"I-I .. I'm not lying, Auntie," said Atikah trembling.
Farah no longer responded to Atikah. He rushed to look for his son into the pavilion screaming at Albi. In some rooms, there was no Albi.
Mr. Risman who was mowing the lawn, was anxious to see Farah's rude attitude. Especially when he realized Atikah and Sukma were afraid, he did not want to stay silent. Soon the middle-aged man came to the pavilion in a hurry.
"Well, Sukma Deck, you're okay, right?" ask Mr. Risman worriedly.
"I'm afraid, sir," said Sukma hiding behind Atikah.
"Bu Farah is very happy to be angry with a child. What's wrong trying to do you guys with him?" rutuk Mr. Risman is upset.
Shortly after, Farah walked out of the pavilion. His breath fluttered, his gaze still sharp. Looking at Mr. Risman in the pavilion, he grew even more impatient to know the whereabouts of his son.
"Sir Risman, did you see Albi?" farah asked trying to quell the anger.
"I don't see, Mom," replied Mr. Risman. "Other times if you want to ask the kids, it should be fine, ma'am. Don't snap. Poor thing."
"Curtain! What do I care about them? They're your children, not mine."
Mr. Risman just stroked the chest looking at Farah's annoying demeanor. He let his master go, without arguing at length. He invited Sukma and Atikah into the pavilion, then brought a glass of water for them. The brothers looked shocked, after being hit by Farah.
Meanwhile, Farah looks for Albi to the house. Bi Reni who noticed Farah's frightening attitude, made her guts growl. Bu Inah looked at Bi Reni in surprise.
"Bi Reni, where's Albi going, huh? Didn't Bi Reni meet with Albi?" ask Ms. Inah.
"Ng ... that ... that ...."
Not yet Bi Reni replied, Farah was already in the kitchen. Realizing that her employer was browsing through the kitchen, Bi Reni kept her mouth shut. He did not want to be blamed for the departure of Albi cycling with his friends.
"Bi Reni, Miss Inah, tell me! Where's Albi?" farah asked glaring at the two.
Bi Reni was shocked when she heard the question coming out of Farah's mouth. He could only be silent, unable to tell the truth. His body was cold hot, sweat pouring down from his forehead. To ease his anxiety, he gulped.
Bu Inah was bowed in fear when he saw his master was furious. Every now and then he glanced at Bi Reni, suspecting that her partner was hiding something about Albi. However, Ms. Inah did not want to talk much, because she felt sorry for Bi Reni.
"You don't want to talk, do you? You maid is not a becus! Sure enough, you don't know where the employer's son is going" hardik Farah, ruffled waist. "From tomorrow, I'll reduce your salary!"
Hearing that, Bi Reni began to vent to reveal the truth. Shaking, he raised his head and looked at Farah who was still upset.
"Well, Non. T-so I .. I. .. I saw Den Albi bring a bicycle from the garage," explained Bi Reni tergugu.
"What?! So, where did he say he was going?"
"Say, he wants to play with his friends."
"Yes, where to?" ask Farah urgently.
"Bas bad, you!" snapped Farah yanked at Bi Reni's head, then glanced sharply at Bu Inah. "It's all because of you, Mom Inah! If Atikah had not invited Albi to go to school, Albi would not have wandered."
"I'm sorry, Mom," said Ms. Inah. "I didn't know that Atikah was going to take Albi out to teach."
"Here you go, I don't want to hear excuses. I will cut your salary! The employer's son is no becus!" cerocos Farah while leaving his two aides.
Ms. Inah continued her work of preparing lunch. While Bi Reni who was still in shock due to being scolded by Farah, could only cry in the corner of the kitchen. Bu Inah felt more and more compassion for his friend.
"That's it, Bi Reni. Just understand. Bu Farah did so out of concern for her son's condition," Bu Inah persuaded trying to calm Bi Reni down.
"Maclumi? He just now lost a child, while I was away from the child every day for the sake of making a living. I was also as worried as Non Farah, let alone having to be away from the child for months. You rich man! Anything made lebay!"
"Easy, Mom. Now we prepare food for them, yes," Bu Inah persuaded with a soft word.
"Bu Inah alone is ready. I am lazy to work if I have been scolded like this. It has been beaten, reduced by its salary. Oh my God, why is my fate like this?"
Bu Inah no longer responded to Bi Reni's complaint. Farah's attitude that is easily angry, inevitably must be understood. For Bu Inah, however, Farah is Hilman's wife. It is not good to argue with the wife of the man who helped her rise from hardship.
Meanwhile, Farah's anger has not subsided. Now he confirmed that the cycling boy was none other than his son. He sent his security guard and private driver to find Albi until he met. The beautiful woman also threatened, if until Albi was harmed, then both of them would be fired.
...****************...
At four o'clock in the afternoon, Sukma was escorted by Atikah to go teaching. Despite having to work hard to persuade Sukma to keep her Susan doll at home, Atikah finally managed to invite her sister to go to the mosque. He did not want that until his brother's concentration was disturbed when teaching, especially his ability to memorize short letters has not improved.
Upon arrival at the mosque, Atikah leads Sukma into the madrasah area. Sukma put his bag on the table, then took his brother out. While waiting for the teacher to come, Atikah gave a little money that his mother entrusted to Sukma. The little girl was happy, then approached the merchant who peddled food in the courtyard of the mosque.
"Dec, Teteh go home first, yes. Dedek will return home with the others just like two days back. You are, right, a brave child" Atikah said.
"OKAY. I'll go home with the other guys."
"Then, Teteh went home first, yes. PR from school is still a lot."
Sukma. "Yes, I'll go home with the other guys."
Atikah rushed home calmly, believing that her sister was capable of being independent. Meanwhile, Sukma is still focused on seeing the seller cilor (aci telor) make the food for him. After he finished making two skewers, he gave them to Sukma. The little girl understood the trade, she gave the merchant money.
While walking to the terrace of the mosque, Sukma ate his snacks. His gaze wandered around the mosque, then sat on the terrace alone. While being engrossed in enjoying the cilor, he accidentally saw Albi running with other children. The only son of Hilman's puppet was apparently chasing a kite break up. Sukma remembered very well, Farah was angry because Albi was not at home. He immediately spent the cilor in his grasp, then ran over to Albi.
Sukma desperately chased after the child from his parents' employer, until his power to run was drained. Sukma's small body does not allow to chase children who are far above it. However, Sukma's efforts were not in vain. Albi finally stopped in front of the stall, excited to get the kite broken off.
"A Albi! A Albi!" yelled Sukma panting.
Hearing the voice of the little boy calling out to him, Albi turned his head. His face was cramped when he saw the exhausted Sukma. Soon the boy approached Sukma who pulled over on the stall bench.
"Eh, Grandpa. What's the matter you called me?"
For a moment, Sukma caught his breath, then said, "A Albi, Aunt Farah was nyariin Aa at home. He's got me the same. I'm afraid I'm afraid I see Aunt Farah angry."
Surprised Albi heard from Sukma. Without leaving a word, he ran to his friend's house to pick up his bike. His heart was not calm knowing his mother was angry, especially to yell at Atikah and Sukma.
After Albi's death, Sukma returned to the madrasah. His face looked dazed after chasing after Albi. His steps were very slow, even the slugs were defeated by him. But when passing through the house of Mr. Pandu, Sukma was pensive for a moment. He gulped as he glanced at the asem tree that stood firmly in front of the Dutch-style house. The sukma regulates the breath, looking at the tree with alertness.
At first, there was nothing in the tree. Sukma can pass through the front of Mr. Pandu's house calmly. However, his calmness slowly faded when he saw five long-nailed fingers crawling on the tree. A long-haired female figure covering her face appeared from behind the asem tree. His clothes were shabby white, the sound of his laughter shrill to deafening.
Realizing the creature was there, Sukma pounded very fast. He took a moment, then took a deep breath. As soon as the woman from behind the tree was about to catch her, the little girl ran over screaming. Out of nowhere Sukma gained the strength to run again. What is clear, his fear has prompted him to immediately leave the terrible area of Mr. Pandu's house.
Upon his arrival at the madrasa, Sukma immediately entered and joined the other children. Ms. Rahma who was ready to start the lesson, astonished to find fear on Sukma's face. Curious, the bespectacled woman approached Sukma.
"Sukma, what's wrong with you?" tanya Bu Rahma patted Sukma's shoulder.
Sukma was aghast, looking at Ms. Rahma, "I-it .. earlier .. I-I saw there ... there is .... in Mr. Pandu's house! There ... there ...."
"What's up, Sukma?"
"Sukma likes to be scared when passing in front of the asem tree of Mr. Pandu's house, Mom," explained Deden, his friend Sukma.
"Despite what he is?" mama Rahma asked increasingly curious.
"There's a girl, Mom! Stools .. panjaaang. Continue ... t-continue ... her hair is very long cover her face. K-kayak .. kayak ghost, ma'am," Sukma said stammered. His voice sounded trembling.
Madam Rahma stroked Sukma's head and smiled. "Yes, from now on you don't need to be afraid anymore if you see ghosts in Mr. Pandu's house. I will teach prayer to avoid the subtle."
"But I can't read the prayers, ma'am," Sukma complained, looking down.
"If you try, you will" said Bu Rahma, looking at Sukma, then moved from the little girl's seat to the front of the class. "Jin and the devil were happy to disturb humans who were nobler than them. If we're scared, they'll be happier."
All the kids nodded. Sukma termangu listen to Bu Rahma's explanation. He remembered his father's words about the prayer and the horrible grandmother. The little girl finally subsided from her fear, after taking a good look at what Ms. Rahma said.
Meanwhile at Hilman's house, Albi pedals his bike into the garage. He settles unnoticed by the people of the house, especially Farah. It could be messy later if the grumpy woman caught Albi just coming home in the afternoon.
After making sure there was no one, Albi walked slowly into the house. In all the corners of the room, there was no one there. Albi rushed up the stairs to her room. However, just after the second rung, a woman's voice called out to him. Albi immediately turned his head, his eyes widened when he looked at the mother who was standing right behind him.
"Where have you been?" tanya Farah glared at Albi, while shaking her waist.
