SUKMA: The Deal With the Devil

SUKMA: The Deal With the Devil
Anticipations

At six and a quarter, the atmosphere of the school is not so crowded. Before the morning apple began, Sukma deliberately searched for 7G classes. Every corridor of the school was searched, until it finally found its class Giska in the building at the very end of the school. Sukma is really made dizzy because the class is quite far from class 7A.

When entering the class, Sukma was surprised instead of playing. The figure of a dreadlocked woman with a red shirt that is seen in her appearance, standing in front of the class, precisely in the corner of the room. The evil grin on his lips, made Sukma realize something.

Without much thought, the girl immediately entered to meet the three schoolgirls who were looking at something under the table. On the third row of the front desk, Sukma kicked down the Giska table, leaving the gathered women shocked. Giska stood with two eyebrows intertwined.

"Sukma, you're nothing, anyway? Ngagetin. When it comes say hello, not table buzz," murmured Giska.

"Say me! You guys see the coconut shells for playing Jailangkung, right?" sukma asked with bulging eyes, looking at Giska, Rena, and Dini one by one.

Realizing Sukma already knew their intentions, Rena hurriedly stuffed the coconut shell into her bag. While gulping, he circulated the gaze as if avoiding the question of Giska's childhood friend. Meanwhile, Dini and Giska could only flinch, staring at the furious looking Sukma.

Before starting the conversation again, Sukma sighed for a moment. When all his anger was quenched, he said, "Try to speak honestly with me. You guys saw the coconut shells again, right?"

"e-don't. We're just looking at the video on youtube again" denied Dini.

Sukma shook his head slowly, realizing that the three students would not tell the truth. "OKAY. If you don't want to tell me the truth, that's okay. I'm not here to fight, really. I want to warn you, do not try to play Jailangkung! The result can be fatal if you can't finish the game."

"Yes, we already know. Then what's the problem if I bring a coconut shell? After all, I just want to give that thing to senior brother to make a game in Scout Excul," said Rena lightly.

"Hm .. If that's your excuse, okay." Sukma. "But I warn you once again, don't try to play Jailangkung!"

Giska felt unable to bear to see the attitude of Sukma. He got up from the bench, then pulled Sukma's hand towards the back of the class. Every now and then he looked around the classroom, making sure no one heard their conversation.

"You're nothing, anyway, Sukma? Coming here even angry indistinctly," grumbled Giska softly.

"You're the shit. Two days back I nawarin you can see ghosts, but now you even want to play Jailangkung. You are weird, yes. Same ghosts are afraid, but want to play Jailangkung. What exactly do you think, anyway?" reply Sukma grumbling.

"Sukma, please deh. I don't like it when you suddenly interfere like this. I also want to see ghosts, but in a safe way. As if playing Jailangkung, I can communicate with them without the need to see their true form" explained Giska.

"So you said? Try bandingin between opening the inner eye with my help, or you play Jailangkung the same two of your friends but the game is not finished. Which is safer? I can close your inner eyes at any time, while playing Jailangkung, you will-"

"Udah, no, Sukma! I don't want to hear any more of your babble. Now go back to your class. I'm ashamed to see your behavior in front of my friends" Giska said, pointing to the entrance.

"OKAY. I'm gonna go. But you remember well! In front of your class there is a woman with dreadlocks. He was watching you guys from before. I warn you, don't try to play Jailangkung!"

"Yes, yeah. I will not play Jailangkung. Your satisfaction? Now you go back to your class!" Giska twists Sukma's body, then pushes him to the front of the class.

Irritated, Sukma leaned on Giska, then sauntered away from the 7G class. He never thought, his childhood friend will do that when warned. In her heart the girl thought, she would no longer care about Giska even if bad things happened to her someday.

Giska sat down again on his stool while snorting. Dini rubbed Giska's back, while Rena patted her bag. They began to be curious about something Giska was talking about to Sukma.

"So what did you say to Sukma?" ask Dini.

"No. He was just warning, just like earlier. To be able to see ghosts, he negur I made do not play Jailangkung. Is he the only one who can talk to such creatures?" ketus Giska.

"Give me, don't be shaken. You still have us who want to win. Take it easy, we can finish the game. I assure you," persuaded Rena.

"Yes. I believe in you guys" said Giska.

Elsewhere, Sukma tried to be indifferent to Giska. He doesn't care about his childhood friend. Although various bad premonitions continued to shake his heart, he tried to act ordinary.

However, Sukma's indifference to Giska suddenly wavers when he sees the dreadlocked and red-clad woman, appearing before him all of a sudden. Sukma was silent for a moment in front of his class, staring at the monstrous figure who had pale white skin and long nails. The woman resembled Wewe Gombel Farida, but wore a long red shirt that dangled to lick the streets. All of his eyes were black. When grinning, it will look pointed and sharp teeth.

"I'm the strongest creature in the region. It is appropriate to be wherever I want, including in the body of your friend," said the ghastly creature with a growling voice, and accompanied by a shrill laugh from his mouth.

"No. You can't get into my body! If not, I will destroy you right now" snapped Sukma.

"Destroy me? Now then? Look around you!" the woman said while pointing to the school environment attended by students and other school residents.

Sukma turned around for a while to see the atmosphere of the school is getting crowded. When he turned his face towards the woman in red, the figure he saw a moment ago had already disappeared. She looked for the woman into the classroom, until she heard her shrill laughter.

"You won't be able to hold me back, Devil Boy! I'll still get inside your friend's body" threatened the sound that echoed in the classroom.

"That's you from my friends!" yelled Sukma while looking at the classroom ceiling.

Soon, Sukma realized that he was not just in the classroom. Some students who were originally busy chatting, suddenly noticed Sukma's behavior. They look cynical, some consider it like a mental disorder.

"Sukma, what's wrong with you? The schizo's relapsed?" ask one of the students at the back.

"Not to be surprised, he's a freak" said another friend, giggling.

Sukma who was already embarrassed, immediately sat on his stool. He sat down, then lowered his head on the table. Really, only this time he was caught by the crowd while communicating with supernatural beings. No wonder so many students in their class find themselves strange.

Nevertheless, the girl did not want to bother. His very closed attitude made other students in his class reluctant to make friends. Especially his ability to see the supernatural, it makes classmates think it strange.

All day, Sukma pouted. No one cares about his heart at the moment. When the clock comes home, at least the girl can change her face in front of the father. Lazy if he had to be asked all the annoying things he experienced today.

Upon his arrival at home, Sukma rushed to meet Wanara on the roof. Annoyed, he sat down and pursed his lips. Even with Wanara who looks equally upset.

"Today I'm upset, Wanara. Why, anyway, people used to think I was a nightmarish? Even you used to like to tell other people that I was talking about slacking," grumbled Sukma.

"Sama, me too. Today I am upset there are mothers like Miss Lastri tengoki this house, while carrying shamans too. They accuse your family of being a cult of ape stealth. Though I have repented not to be a creature of indulgence again," complained Wanara.

"Hah .. why do people on this earth bummer, huh? What a supernatural creature. I met this woman wearing a red shirt. It seemed to appear and say suddenly. I wanted to finish, uh .. I was even mated with classmates. Don't you get upset, try it?"

Wanara nodded, then turned to Sukma. "Yes, what about your friend? You warned him not to play Jailangkung, right?"

"Udah, but he kept ngeyel. He said he wanted to communicate with ghosts like me, but did not want to see supernatural beings. Strangely enough. Though I think playing Jailangkung is more dangerous than seeing a ghost doang."

"Oh, that. If your friend is stubborn, let it go. After all, that way our lives can be as calm as ever."

"But I can't cuekin he so, Wanara, let alone meet the dreadlocks woman. I'm most lazy if I've seen people in possession, it's hard to realize. Especially this, play Jailangkung. Still mending that his tribe is not far from his body, but if even lost in the supernatural, can bother me."

"Well, if you still want to help him, do what you can. I hope you're okay. No need to listen to what others say, they will be ashamed of themselves."

"I, I want it to."

"Yes, one more. If you get involved again in the battle against Dedemit, don't forget to take me. It has been a few days not training for science. I don't find a friend like Sancang here anymore."

"Okay, I'll have you fight again."

Sukma moved from the roof of the house, then down to the kitchen. He'll bring bananas for Wanara. Now it's time for the monkey to have lunch.
