SUKMA: The Deal With the Devil

SUKMA: The Deal With the Devil
The Devil in Himself

It took some time for Sukma to recover his strength. Wanara stood up and raised his hands for a moment on the roof of the house to get his strength back to help his friend. After Dhuhur, Sukma had lunch with his mother and father, while Atikah had just returned from school. At lunch, Sukma asked his mother for permission to play at Rena's house.

"Where does Dedek know Rena's house?" ask Mom, doubtful.

"Says on the market deck, ma'am. Anyway later Dedek look for deh," replied Sukma while chewing food.

"But go home not night after night like time to Giska's house, yes. Four o'clock in the afternoon should be at home. I'm worried that Dedek's coming home at night" Ms. Inah said.

"Please calm down, Mom. Don't worry too much. Dedek, right, strong. A small time can kill an adult," said Atikah interjected, then giggled.

"That's exactly what I'm worried about. It's not his Dedek who will do anything, but his villain. I don't want to, yes, if until Dedek got in trouble again like a child. You do not know, yes, my heart feels like it would be dislodged when Dedek the same father was taken to the police station twice," explained Bu Inah with an anxious face.

"Yes, Mom. I-i know. Mother also until difficult to build because of fainting at that time," said Atikah.

"Well, Dedek should be horrified said Mother, yes. Play it don't go last night. Not why-why, we love the same Dedek, so it is not ngizinin Dedek play until the mallm in the house temen," said Mr. Risman to his youngest daughter.

"Yes, Sir. Dedek won't be coming home at night. Dedek mustain at four o'clock in the afternoon already at home," said Sukma smiling knot.

After lunch, Sukma changed his clothes, then rushed to Rena's house. He promised to return home according to the time set by his mother. After all, defeating the red-clothed dedemit would be easier if done as soon as possible, before getting into Rena's body.

Meanwhile, Rena continued to groan feeling both of her shoulders ache. Since school, he has been watched. Many times he looked, but there was no one there. Unfortunately, he was home alone at the moment. His mother traded snacks in the madrasah, while his father was having needs with suppliers. His sister who is still in SD is playing kite with her friends.

To alleviate her fear, Rena turned on the television. But his heart continued to worry. Time and again he saw a shadow in the kitchen pacing around so quickly. He was curious and tried to find out. Still, there's no one there. Maybe a cat, he thought.

Breezy wind blows so soft that it makes the feathers of Rena bristling. For some reason, this afternoon his house feels so very quiet like a grave. There was a female voice calling for Rena. The owner of the voice, who came from the kitchen, was looking for it. Again, he found no one there. Rena's heart was pounding very fast when she remembered the game Jailangkung that she had done with her two friends.

Rena sat back in the middle room while raising the volume of the television sound. A few minutes later, there was water in the bathtub. Rena tried to stay calm and ignored him. Then, the sound of cooking furniture falling down, was heard from the kitchen. The girl was still unmoved, enduring while struggling with her own fears. His entire body trembled, his hands hugging the pillow very tightly.

A few minutes later, the sound of a woman's shrill laughter echoed through the room. Rena really can't take it anymore. Frightened, he came out of the house and slammed the door. When he arrived at the terrace, how surprised he found Sukma already in front of his house.

"What's wrong with you, Rena? What's in dalem?" ask Sukma.

"I-I'm scared, Sukma. I heard a woman's voice laughing loudly in the dalem. The mana from earlier was very noisy as well," Rena replied in a trembling voice.

Sukma nodded slowly, then asked, "At home you have no one?"

Rena shakes.

"You wait here. Do not forget to read the same prayer short letter, let not be samperin the same dedemitnya," said Sukma.

"Ouch! So the dedemit actually came to my house?"

"Well, I said, right, from the beginning too. Don't play Jailangkung. It's a risk if you're stubborn."

"I'm sorry, Sukma. I've been really kapok," said Rena while welding.

"Udah, you just wait here. If anyone else wants to come in, wait. I want to destroy that dedemit first. Make a rest."

Rena obeys the word Sukma. He waited outside the house, while Sukma began to open the door. It appeared that the figure of the red-clothed dedemit was standing before him with a grin. For a moment, the girl gasped to see the dedemit suddenly appear. But he must destroy it anyway.

Soon Sukma opened the bottle, removing Wanara from it. Now it's his favorite ape's turn to look after man, while he fights dedemit. After Wanara went outside to protect Rena, Sukma closed the door. The door was broken so that the dedemit he would fight could not get out.

"Damn it! Why do you always show up at the wrong time, Demonic Boy?!" the woman in red was furious.

Without further ado, the woman in red began to attack Sukma with her claw. The girl dodged nimbly into the deeper areas of the house. The woman in red doesn't give up. He attacked in a hovering manner, then clawed at the girl who was fighting him. Sukma immediately slammed his body into the chair, then immediately got up.

As Wanara said, Sukma had to get rid of his human side to finish off the dedemit. Instantly the aura from his body turned black. His eyes were red, his head horned. Her hair was originally only up the upper arm, suddenly elongated and gimbal. His pale white skin turned jet-black. Dedemit in red was flabbergasted to see the form of Sukma, which was originally only a pale-skinned girl with horns in her view.

Now, it is Sukma's turn to attack. Immediately he pulled the clothes of dedemit until his body slammed to the floor. Without mercy, the girl pulled him roughly. The woman in red doesn't want to stay quiet. He immediately turned his body and rose to claw Sukma. Instead of successfully injuring the girl, her attack missed. Sukma turned around to claw the dedemite's back until it let out black smoke.

"Damn it! You must die at my hands right now!" assault the woman in red with two hands that will claw.

When his attack was about to approach the opponent, Sukma held both hands first to avoid the scratch. The girl immediately pulled the red-clad dedemit, then bit the neck fiercely. The woman in red was screaming in pain. His strength seemed to be drained from his neck. He thrashed for mercy, but Sukma refused to crush him. Feeling annoyed, the woman in red dress was outspoken mocking Sukma.

"Basar the Devil Boy! You are still a Devil after all! You are no different from me even if the reason is to help people. Look, someday you'll be more ruthless than me!" that Oceh dedemit while laughing bitterly.

The sukma further tightens the bite on his opponent's neck. Gradually, the strength of the dedemite decreases as its power is absorbed by the Sukma. His body suddenly squeezed until he lost power. His form slowly turned to ashes and vanished. Finally Sukma can breathe a sigh of relief after the enemy that was originally considered strong, it disappeared as well.

While sighing deeply, Sukma cast a spell on the door of Rena's house. He opened the door slowly. Looks like Rena is with her sister on the porch of the house.

"What's up in Dalem? How long?" asked her sister Rena with a furious face.

"Ih, you are! I said again to fight ghosts, still just nanya," said Rena while shaking the head of her younger brother.

"Well! Really that, Tea?" the boy asked, rounding his eyes.

"If it really is, why?" Sukma asked back.

Her sister Rena was stunned while clapping her hands. "Great! But ... Why should the door be closed? If I could see you guys, it'd be more exciting."

"You can see ghosts, what? To our kayaks, ghosts are invisible" Rena said cynically.

"Yes, his inner eyes were opened. Count again watching the action movie. Ciat ciat ciat," refuted the boy while demonstrating the boxing scene in the action film.

"Udah, no. Take a shower first! Won't you be looking to make a salary soon?" said Rena felt uncomfortable.

"But I want to have a conversation with this one first," said the boy, then glanced at Sukma. "Steh, what was the ghost like? While fighting, right?"

"If a fight is a lie fight, it means a lie fight" said Rena interjected.

"Ih, Teteh mah. I'm talking to this one again!" grunt the boy.

"Yes, it was a ghost fight. Udah, mending now you take a shower first so that you can see," said Sukma while rubbing the boy's head.

While her sister ran into the house, Rena chatted briefly with Sukma. He asked the purpose of the white girl coming there. Sukma explained about his unpleasant premonition when he broke up school. Because according to him, there is no longer anyone who will be disturbed by Jailangkung dedemit apart from the three players. Rena also understands and does not underestimate Sukma anymore.

"Yes, Sukma. We're seblak, yuk! Coincidentally here there is a good seblak," asked Rena with a springy face.

"Can. But not for long, yeah. You see, my mother said, I should have been at home at four o'clock" said Sukma.

"Quiet down. We are just snacks seblak, really, not a walk to the mountain" said Rena while chuckling.

The two walked leisurely towards the nearest seblak stall, followed by Wanara from behind. Rena told me that seblak in the stall is famous for being very tasty. Sukma simply replied with a smile. Deep in his mind, he was still ringing with the last words of the red dedemit.

You are still a Devil after all! You are no different from me even if the reason is to help people. Look, someday you'll be more ruthless than me!
