New Owner of Dimas Heart

Immediate heart transplant surgery is done because Dimas's dead heart can not be more than four hours in his body if it will be given to Dane.

Everyone waited anxiously in front of the operating room. Denna's face still seemed to be hit with what happened to Dimas, but she tried hard and tried to accept everything, even accepting that her husband's heart would move to Dane.

Grandfather Rayhan sat with his face looking with a flat look. In his mind he kept asking God for the Dane to accept well the heart of Dimas because this might be the last hope of the Dane.

"Ma, why is it taking so long?"

"Darling, time doesn't last long, but it's us who feel that way. Denna, my mom is proud and salutes what you've done. You're so strong you've made this big decision."

"At least my Cookery will stay alive inside Dane's body, and Nio will be able to stay together with his daddy."

Five hours were about to pass, but the doctor had no signs of coming out of the operating room, and of course it alarmed the families in front.

"That's the doctor" said Uncle Sam.

Everyone was heading towards the doctor who had just operated on the Dane.

"Dok, how's my grandson doing?"

"The operation was successful and Dane's body received well the Dimas' heart. Now we're just waiting for Dane to recover completely."

Everyone there looked happy. There was something that made Denna's heart feel relieved. Denna hugged her mother tightly.

"Nio will soon meet his daddy, Sam." Rayhan's grandfather and Sam's uncle also hugged each other.

"Yes. Young Master Dane will be able to meet his son whom he misses so much.

Dane is still in the special care room. While the Denna family is preparing a funeral for Dimas.

Grandfather and Uncle Rayhan were also present at the event. Denna was seen sitting limp looking at the view where Dimas would be buried there.

"Good way my husband. I love you so much forever that I'll close my eyes and catch up with you." Denna clutched a photo of Dimas.

Dimas' funeral went well. After everyone has gone home. Denna sat right next to the vortex where Dimas was buried.

Denna hugged the mound of land that was still wet. He would love to be there with Dimas, but he has to stay alive and strong for the people who still love him.

"Denna, we're going home now, okay? It looks like it's going to rain."

"Ma, Denna's still here to accompany Dimas."

"Don't be like that, son. Dimas had calmed down and he would have been sad to see you like this."

"I still miss Dimas, Ma."

"Mama knows, but not like this, Denna." Nara looked at her husband.

Jaden approached his daughter. He's holding Denna. Jaden's only daughter hugged her father tightly and cried.

Jaden knew what his daughter was feeling. They all brought Denna home.

Everyone gathered at the house Denna had bought for him.

"Denna, for a while do you want to stay at dad's house first. Here you'll be alone."

"Later me and my husband will play here a lot, Denna." Diaz's best friend Denna hugs Denna tightly.

"Thank you, Diaz."

"Denna, grandfather once again says a lot of thanks to you and Dimas. If you need anything, just tell grandpa."

"I don't need anything, Mother. I don't expect any reward for what Dimas and I have done. Dimas must be happy to be able to fulfill his promise to Dane and see Nio happy.

The old man once again held tightly onto Denna's hand. Your hearts are both very kind and noble. Grandpa was sure that Dimas would get the most beautiful place there."

"Thank you, Cake. Cake, there's one thing I really want to ask Grandpa."

"What do you want, Denna? Just say it."

"Grandfather, don't tell Dane if the heart that's now beating inside his body belongs to Dimas. Just let Dane not know about it because if he knew it would make him feel guilty about Dimas. Let it all go as if Dane's got a heart from someone else."

"But why is it like that, Denna? Dane should know if the heart belongs to Dimas-his friends."

"No need, Cake. The good that Dimas has done doesn't need Dane to know, that's all I want to say to Grandpa."

"Well, if you really want that."

"Denna, what did I just hear?" Suddenly V's voice came out there.

V who is Dimas' adoptive sister and he's a doctor, is shocked to hear that Denna has given Dimas' heart to someone else.

"V, why did you just come?"

"I'm sorry that I only arrived after my brother was buried because my plane had a schedule change. Denna, please explain, is it true that Dimas' heart was donated to Grandpa's granddaughter?" V didn't seem happy to hear that.

"V, I'm just fulfilling what your brother promised Dane when they were kids. V, I sincerely did that and surely Dimas was happy to give his heart to his best friend."

"Oh my God, Denna! I'm really disappointed in you. Grandpa's granddaughter can get a heart donor from someone else even though Dimas has promised first."

"I'm sorry if you weren't happy that your brother's heart was given to my granddaughter, but by then Dane really had to get a heart donor right away." Grandpa Rayhan folded his hands in front of V. "If I could replace it with my heart, I wouldn't ask for Dimas's heart."

"V, stop! Dimas will remain near us because his heart will continue to beat on Dane."

V approached and hugged Denna warmly. "I'm sorry, but I really can't accept this so quickly."

"I know, V."

V was there in a few days. Both Denna's parents and Rayhan's grandfather also helped with the event after Dimas' funeral.

"Denna, don't you want to accept my offer to work in a hospital in England?"

Denna shook her head slowly. "I want to become a doctor and open a practice here only V. I've planned to use the savings Dimas has to open a place of practice for children with less economy in order to treat well."

"If you want to be a doctor there, the salary they offer is very large, what else are you a pediatrician who for me is super cool."

Denna smiled at the compliment V gave her.
