Stay Beside You's

Stay Beside You's
Severe Feeling

Denna recounts the moment she met Dane at the restaurant and there she was first kissed. Later that night, Dane comes to her house and kisses Denna again, even saying she wants to marry Denna. Diaz listened to Denna's story seriously.

"Fix, she's secretly in love with you."

"Where did you fall in love? I think he had other intentions to get me married." Denna seemed to be sitting lazily.

"What intention? He doesn't have a past grudge against you, and he looks serious. Dane couldn't have just wanted to play you."

Denna looks confused now, and somehow she feels happy if Dane is in love with her, but also she remains a question mark about Dane's intentions.

"Denna, you haven't answered him?" Denna. "Why hasn't it been answered? You don't regret it if Dane marries someone else. What else is married to that Zia, and you could be betrothed to that girl."

"I don't care if she wants to marry Zia. They fit in." Denna's expression did not seem sincere to say that.

"Denna, are you sure that Zia would be sincere to Nio if she was already married to Dane?"

Denna moved out of place and looked agitated. His hand reached for his drinking glass that was near Diaz.

"You don't think badly of anyone."

"Not a bad idea, but from your story, why do I feel like he's too pushy to want to be with Dane? He should be just like you. A soul mate in God's hands, and he doesn't have to be too pushy, but I salute him anyway because he wants to fight for the one he loves."

"Yes, and now I feel guilty about her when Dane wanted to get me married."

Diaz pinched Denna in annoyance, so that the woman who had been her best friend since they went to college was in pain while rubbing her hands.

"Wake up, dear Denna, you are an ordinary human being, there is no need to behave like an angel who is always kind enough to think of others. Think of yourself."

"It's so cruel that I get pinched." The woman's lips were pursed.

"Just be wild. Let you realize that you don't have to think about anyone else or Zia. Dane asked you to get married because he wanted to be serious with you. So, you don't have to think about Zia. You accept Dane and you'll be happy. From my feelings, Dane is a good man and you'll regret letting go of a man like him."

Denna seemed speechless listening to her best friend nyerocos nagging at her.

"I can't accept him until I find out what he really means to marry me."

Diaz's hand held both of Denna's arms, she looked at Denna seriously. "You're actually not in love with Dane, Denna?"

"What's? Me? Of course I don't have any feelings for her."

"Seriously? Otherwise why don't you slap Dane when he kisses you. Twice even."

"On that, I-I." Denna looked agitated again.

Diaz moved out of place. "Don't like to lie about your feelings. You have the right to fall in love again with anyone because that's everyone's thing. Denna, I hope you really love Dane sincerely, without bringing Dimas' name in it because even though Dimas' heart is in Dane's, they're both different."

Diaz walked away from there. Denna's still in her office. He was confused as to how the fate of the diamond ring was? What else Dane wouldn't accept if Denna didn't want to take him.

She looks at the screen of her phone and somehow expects Dane to call her even if it's just say hello.

Nara asks Denna to go to the cake shop to pick up her mother's order.

Denna also went to her mother's cake shop which was a little distance from the hospital where she worked.

Denna drives her car daydreaming, remembering what Dane said that night.

Denna looked back at the small box she had placed in front of her car's dashboard.

"I answered him, but why did he tell me to think about it first?"

Denna's car had reached the cake shop and one of the waiters there told Denna to wait for a while as her cake order was still in the oven and waited for about fifteen more minutes to be completed.

Denna circulated her gaze looking around the bakery which turned out next to her there was a cafe that did connect with the bakery. "I haven't been here in a long time and it turns out this place is getting bigger."

Denna's gaze suddenly caught something that made her rather startled. He saw a girl he knew eating at the bakery's cafe. The girl sat down and in front of her was a middle-aged woman talking to her.

"That's Zia, right? Who was she with?" Denna wanted to greet him, but his steps stopped when he heard the word pretend to love his son.

"You, if you want to be like his father, must also love his son. Don't pretend because the child is more sensitive to people who really love him and who just pretend."

"Tante take it easy, I can handle it. I'm happy with those kids, but to be the mother of a child that's not my flesh and blood, of course I don't want to."

"Lantas, what if Dane finally marries you?"

"I'm going to take him home and then Nio will make it look like he's a bad boy and eventually he will be sent to live in a dormitory that is abroad. I just have to give Dane a son of my own."

"Your life will be filled with happiness if you marry that rich and handsome widower."

"Of course." Zia looked radiant as she sipped the juice.

Denna was stunned to hear what Zia and the middle-aged woman were talking about.

"Then, what about your girlfriend?"

"Who? Ricky's? I'll stay with him even if I marry a Dane mas because he's my first love, Auntie."

"Basic, you!"

"I love Ricky, it's just that he doesn't have as much money, Mas Dane. However, it is undeniable that Mas Dane's charm is so strong, and it could be that I will fall in love with him."

"It's better to forget about your usual boyfriend because you better focus on chasing him down Dane until you get married."

The hand of the girl named Zia turned the straw inside her drinking glass.

"It would have been easier if the doctor had not always been present in the midst of the plan I had made." Zia's face instantly became veiled with a manyun's lips.

"Oh, that doctor you told me about, huh?"

"Yes, he's another in the mouth, another in the heart."
