The Man Who Missed Denna Part 2

Denna said she didn't talk about it just yet. Denna instead spoke up if Nio missed her daddy.

"Today he brought me a cake that I liked, and I changed it to buy him a burger."

"Burger's? He asked me several times to buy it and eat at his place, but since I had no time, he ended up forgetting."

"It's a pity that the woman who becomes your wife will have a husband who is very busy with his work."

Dane smiled at what Denna said. "When I had a wife. I am even considered a man who does not care about his job because he spends more time with my wife and my son because they are both irreplaceable things in this world, but after Tiara's death, I busied myself more in the office. Nio was a kid and there was a baby sitter looking after her."

"You love your wife so much, don't you?"

"Denna, Tiara and I got married because she saved my life. I learned to love her, even if it was hard." Dane speechless.

"You're right. My love is Nio." Dane smiled thinly.

"Then, who's the guy who came to me several times, and I've heard him say about his sister who's your wife."

Dane seemed silent for a moment. "You still curious about that guy? He's Troy my brother-in-law. He was also the one who hated me so much after Tiara died."

"I could see it then, but why? Did she not like you being married to Tiara from the beginning?"

"She assumed I was the cause of her sister's death in the accident that time."

"You?" Denna looked astonished.

"I explained to Tiara. However, the woman did not want to hear and instead went to drive her car. I couldn't catch up to him because Arsen was hot and had a high fever. I went to take Arsen to the hospital and it wasn't long before I heard the news of the accident. Tiara's car went into the ravine and Tiara's body burned there."

"So that's what makes a guy named Troy hate you?"

Denna saw sadness on the face of the man she was video calling. "Sorry, you don't have to continue."

Denna learned about the Dane's parents from Sam's uncle when she told him about and boasted about his young master.

Both Dane's parents parted ways in a bad way. His mother had an affair with another man until his father died because he could not accept it. Mama Danne goes and leaves Dane alone with her grandfather.

From there Dane learns that he will not betray his partner because it will certainly hurt the other partner. If you don't like it, it's better to talk about it.

"Denna, I'm sorry if it pisses you off every time you ask me about that guy called Troy because I don't really want to tell you anything."

"Thank you, Denna."

The two of them now looked at each other and instead looked awkward. "Ec ... Dane, where are you really? I see it's like it's still early."

"Yes, I'm in California. I have business here."

Dane turned off his call. Denna blinked her eyes a few times with her mouth also gaping.

"What did I answer? Who misses him too? Fuck up! Why is this guy so confident? The show said wait for me to come home. Even if you don't go home and stay there, I don't care either. Marry all the Caucasian women there, surely you are more suited to them."

Denna was having a dialogue herself, but strangely she seemed to be upset herself as well when saying that.

"But she has to go home because how will she know the answer to the ring that was given to me if she doesn't come home? I don't want to take this ring with me."

Denna pulled out the blanket and clasped her phone tightly. "He has to go home."
