Dinner at Denna's

At Jaden's house. Two women of different generations were cooking in the kitchen. Nara looked at the grandmother who seemed enthusiastic about making dishes today.

"Grandmother actually had what intentions on Denna and Dane?".

"I want to match them both. Grandma wishes Dane and Denna could get married."

"What?" Nara looked surprised.

"Well, you don't want to have a daughter-in-law like Dane?" The old woman immediately put down the vegetable piece and looked at Nara. "Wouldn't you?"

Orlaf and Dane receive an invitation to dinner at Denna's house. Jaden who had just come looked towards Dane with a flat look.

"Good night Mr. Jaden."i

"Yes, I'm Dane. It's good to see you again, Mr. Jaden."

"I'm good, Dad." Denna hugged her father's waist.

"Then we eat now. Nio must be hungry."

"Don't call aunty, you just call Nara's grandmother."

Denna looked at her mother. Jaden was also shocked to hear what his wife had just said.

"Why should you call me grandma? You are young and beautiful. We don't have any grandchildren either."

"Well, I'm going to Nio's school tomorrow for Nio's school performance."

"What about your business, Dane?"

"I don't have a personal assistant. My grandfather set it up and I trust my grandfather very much."

"Why don't you just use a personal assistant?"

"I don't trust other people easily."

"Have you ever been betrayed by your confidant?"

Dane was silent for a moment. Then he nodded slowly. "I used to have an assistant named Selena, but she's been betraying me by selling information about the company to a rival."
