After nearly two hours. The road started to run smoothly. Denna looked relieved that she could go home soon.

Dane gets a call from his son who turns out to be waiting for him to come.

"Daddy will soon be home, it was raining heavily and the road was jammed for a while. This is Daddy on his way home, you wait a minute, okay?"

"Yes, Daddy. I'm just afraid that Daddy's going away again like that time and will be long back."

"No Arsen, Daddy's not going away like he used to. Daddy didn't promise you."

"Then I'll wait for Daddy at home."

Dane turned off his phone call. "What is Nio?" Dane nodded. "If you don't want her to get angry, we'd better stop by her favorite bakery and buy her a cake there."

Dane looked at Denna who was still laughing. "You're prettier to laugh like that than to cry."

Denna slowly started to stop laughing. "Since Dimas left, I forgot how it felt to laugh. He can make me feel like life's still so beautiful."

"He was like a miracle to me. When the doctor said that Tiara would be very difficult to have offspring because of something, but I thought that I would be very difficult to give him offspring because of congenital heart disease that I experienced. However, a miracle happened and Arsenio was present in my wife's womb."

"Maybe this is the reason Nio is present in your life, so that you have the spirit to continue living."

Dane stared flatly at Denna. It wasn't long before Denna's phone rang and she noticed there was a name she was very familiar with. "V!" happy shouting.

"Hello, my beautiful sister-in-law."

"V, how are you? You haven't called me in a long time."

"I'm sorry, I'm here a lot of work. My patients are all spoiled with me, especially the patients of the women and young mothers."

They ended his phone call and Denna refocused on the atmosphere in front of him.

"Is he your lover?"

"VS? No, she's my sister-in-law."

"Dimas' sister? As far as I know Dimas doesn't have a sister, he only has an older sister."

Denna tells V who she is and why she could be Dimas' sister. Dane was shocked to hear what Dimas had done to the V family.

"Dimas is a good man."

"Yes, he's also the best husband. Dane, don't forget we bought Nio's cake first."

Dane then stops at a cake shop and tells Denna to wait in the car because Dane is about to enter the cake shop. Dane walks in and she orders a cake that her son likes. Not to forget he also bought a vegetable salad that was there for Denna.

Dane occasionally looked out of the big glass window there. Somehow his heart always felt worried when he left Denna alone.

"Denna!" Dane picked up the box of cookies he had already paid for and immediately ran out. "Don't bother him."

"I just want to meet this woman of yours."

"Troy, I have nothing to do with you, and this woman has nothing to do with you. So, you better get out of here."

"Your woman is beautiful too and she's a doctor, right? I like it." The man known to the Dane walked up to the Dane. "Dane, what if we make a deal?"

"I don't want to make any deal with you."

"A bad decision. Do you want to put your woman in danger?"

"Don't try to touch her, or I'll forget that you're the sister of my wife's mending."

"Either that. I'm glad you still remember that I was your brother-in-law, but now I hate you so much because of you, my sister died in an accident. What has my sister done to you that you hurt her?"

"He didn't misunderstand. You've been cheating on me with that cheap lady, and my sister's suffered because of it."

The man's hand gripped Dane's shoulder, but Dane quickly turned the man's hand, and pushed him away.

"We're not done yet, Danendra, and greetings to your beautiful woman."

Dane stared intently at the man and the man named Troy left from there. Denna who from earlier in the car can only be silent to see the incident outside.

"We're home now, Denna."

"Dane, who is he?"

"People are not important. I'll take you home."

"Why not explain it to me? That guy was scary."

"You don't need to know about him, nor will he dare to hurt you."

"Dane, who are you? Why do I feel like you're saving something that nobody wants to know."

Dane looked at Denna seriously. "Better you don't need to want to know a lot of things that are not your business."

"All right then. Maybe I shouldn't even know a guy like you. My decision from the beginning was right to hide who gave the donor heart so that we have no relationship or feelings of return." Denna looked annoyed at Dane's attitude.
