The New Guardian

That night, just in the middle of the night, Denna woke up because she wanted to fetch some drinking water in the kitchen. Denna walked in the darkness of the night and as she passed through the living room, Denna heard a voice of someone talking.

Denna's heart was beating rapidly. Denna believes a thief has entered her house. Denna walked slowly towards the pantry as the pantry distance was closer than where it currently stood. If he went back into the room, he could have been caught by the thief and surely the room was the place the thief was after.

Denna sat hiding behind the kitchen cabinet. Denna waited for the thieves to get into the room and she would run out looking for help.

Denna was actually really scared in there. He wished that someone would help him, but it was impossible because it was already midnight and everyone would have gone to sleep.

Denna heard footsteps slowly walking towards the kitchen. He grew increasingly fearful, and Denna prayed that the thief of more than one man would not know if he was there hiding.

"I heard the owner of this house is a very beautiful young woman, she is also a doctor."

"really? How about we have a little fun with him?"

"Of course, when else can we enjoy a beautiful woman, what else has she not been stroked by her husband because her husband is dead." They both chuckled softly.

Denna who was hiding there and heard everything seemed to hold back her cries. He didn't want it until the thieves did something bad to him, and if he can't get away from those thieves he'll choose suicide instead of him having to be harassed by those thieves.

The two men were seen taking water and then walking away from there. Denna tried to peek for a moment and she saw there were about four thieves. Two people stood in front of Denna's room door, and two more new ones from the kitchen walked into the room

Denna remembered there was a spray of chili that Denna's father had given her. The spray Denna put in a drawer right behind Denna. Denna tried to slowly open the drawer and she managed to take the spray.

Denna sneaked towards the direction of the living room so that he would be faster if the thief had gone from there, and it was true that the two thieves who were near the living room went towards the middle room. Denna is not visible to them because the atmosphere there is dark, only a little light from the porch lights Denna house that gives them a little lighting. They looked at the photo on the wooden table there. One of them took a picture of Denna and kissed her. Denna who was looking from a distance was eager to hit the thief because of his disgusting behavior.

Two people who were close to Denna's room immediately barged into Denna's room and they were shocked to see that there was no Denna there. One of them went into the bathroom to check if Denna was there.

"The woman's outside, she must know we're coming, find her!" the thief who suspected Denna must have known their arrival.

Denna who heard that immediately ran quickly to the exit, but was ill-fated, he who ran in fear did not see a small chair there and his legs were bumped and Denna's body fell hard.

"It hurts!" denna's groaning was in pain because her leg had indeed hit the wooden chair hard.

The man who had taken the photo of Denna quickly silenced Denna's mouth so as not to shout. Denna tried to rebel, but her power was lost to the man. Another friend was holding Denna's leg. Denna was taken to the middle room and tied in a lying position.

Denna was unable to scream because her mouth had already been gagged by the cloth. Denna could only cry, in her heart she hoped to be released and they could take her valuables.

One of the thieves turned on a reading lamp there. So, the atmosphere there looks more dim. Denna was finally able to see more clearly the faces of the thieves covered by cloth, and only half of his face was visible.

"This girl is beautiful, her body is beautiful, too" said the man who Denna knew was the one who looked at and even dyed Denna's photo because only the thief was wearing a hat like a skull.

"We immediately take the valuable items here and fresh away before the security there wake up because of the effect of sleeping pills that we give."

"I gave him some sleeping pills, so they wouldn't wake up until morning. It's not too crowded here either, so we can have a little fun."

"One, two, three." Danne releases the thief's friend and tells him to walk in exchange with Denna.

There were gunshots and the man Dane had taken hostage fell. Denna screamed and quickly Dane pulled Denna and held Denna tightly. Denna doesn't know what happened because Danne hid Denna's face on her chest. Denna could only hear gunshots.

Danne's heartbeat instantly beat rapidly as Denna hugged him tightly. Dane pushed back because he felt something was wrong with his body.

Denna who felt the state of the Dane was not good immediately pulled her body and looked at Danne. Their eyes meet each other.

"Dane, are you okay?" Denna holds Dane's chest.
