Mommy Pretend part 2

Denna reached the hospital and headed straight for the third floor where she used to work.

"Doctor Denna, I'm Kinan's mother. Kinan hurts his stomach again."

"Please enter the check room." Nio came in and he sat in the corner.

Nio saw the girl named Kinan was holding his stomach and he looked bent over withstanding the pain.

Nurse Dilla closes the curtain of the check room and Denna gets into it.

"Kinan, where's the pain?"

"Here, Doc." Kinan shows the lower right abdomen. Kinan's face was pale and gave off cold sweat.

"You try to bend both your legs." The girl complied and Denna's hand pressed against the aching part of her stomach. "illness?"

"Yes, it hurts my whole body, Doc. I'm not strong."

"Kinan, you hold it, son."

"It hurts so much, Mom. He should be operated on as soon as I say. The appendix is already broken, probably already almost rotting inside. If left for too long, he will break and the dirt mixed with Nana can spread throughout the body, and it can be very fatal for Kinan."

The mother cried listening to Denna's explanation. "But if the operation is now I have no charge, Doc. Kinan's father died a month ago by suicide." The woman could no longer endure her loud cries. He covered his mouth with his hands.

Denna's permission to go home because it's late and Nio has to go to school in the morning.

Denna seemed to think for a moment. In pulling Nio's body closer towards him and Denna's hand hugged Nio's head. They were both in a blanket.

Denna tells her story with Dimas. Until Nio finally fell asleep.

Denna slept by hugging Nio's small body.

That morning Denna who had woken up immediately ran to the kitchen for fear of being late making food for Nio.

He makes sandwiches for breakfast and supplies Nio. Denna then wakes Nio up and helps Nio get ready. She was like a mother to Nio.

"Come, Nio! You'll be late." Denna stuffed Nio's food into her bag.

"I still want to eat the sandwich, Doctor's Aunt."

"In your bag, I made it as a stock. How late?"

Denna carries Nio and gets into the car.

"Auntie Doctor need not worry, even if I am late, my teacher will not scold me because they know my grandfather well" he said casually.

Denna's kind of understanding. Rayhan's grandfather must have been the one who was considered important to Nio's school. So, Nio seemed to be a prioritized student at his school.

Denna reached the car park and she got off in Nio's hand.

Denna escorted Nio into her class. Denna put Nio's bag on her stool.

There were some parents whispering and Denna knew they were talking about her and Nio.

"Smart school nio, if smart then what will it be?"

"You want to be an airplane pilot. I'll take you, Aunt Doctor around the world."

"Smart kid." Denna peeked at Nio's cheek.

There was one of Nio's friends approaching Nio's table and he looked towards Denna and kept Nio.

Denna was confused why this bully boy in front of her looked at Denna strangely?

"You're similar. Nio is she your mommy?"

"Yes, she's my new mommy. I have a mommy now. So, don't insult me no longer having mommy."

"Sorry, Nio. Mommy you're beautiful, yes," praise this puffer boy.

Denna was happy to see that Nio seemed to be getting better with this fellow bully and the other friends. The real denna was also bad, she felt guilty for teaching Nio to lie, but because of this lie, Nio got along again with his friend and he did not become a joke again in school.
