CHAPTER 525. SACRIFICING LIVES

“Good Mr.” said the two men with a smile that made Dante smile thinly.

“I'm glad to be working with you both! I'm sorry I had to make you lose your lives!” dante praised the loyalty of the pilot and co-pilot.

“No problem sir. As long as we can help you.” replied the pilot politely. Both the pilot and co-pilot smiled and threw each other a glance.

“Loyal once! Thank you for the kindness of those of you who would support me to this extent.” Dante was endlessly praising them.

Dante has thought through his plans carefully and he already knows the situation on the pitch although still fumbling but now he is more convinced.

“We will do our best for you, Mister!” suhut co-pilot again to convince Dante.

“Then continue your work. I'm in first.” Dante turned his back but his gaze was fixed on the two people there.

“How much longer will we land?” tanyanya back.

“Less than five minutes sir.” replied the pilot.

“Good!” Dante looked at the two expressionlessly, then without extending the conversation he stepped out of the pilot room and locked it back up.

“Have you made my coffee Vince?” Dante asked when he saw Vince had just sat down.

“Already sir! Here's your drink and my drink.” Vince gives Dante a cup of coffee.

“Good!” Dante flung his body to sit next to Vince. He was sitting opposite the man but now Dante is sitting next to him.

“What do you want to say to me Sir?” Vince looked at Dante and asked.

“Nothing! I just want to sit next to you because if I sit there and look at you that's not good! I want to die thinking about my wife and my son.” Dante said calmly. He did not touch his drink and enjoyed the view outside the window.

Dante sat next to Vince without talking to each other, there was only silence between them. Dante even turned on the television that was airing the news of the ongoing riots.

“Time is near.” Dante spoke again and he glanced at his watch.

“Meanour mean?” Vince, who was not so clear with Dante's plan, asked again.

“Not what you should think! It was now thirty seconds into the explosion. We're in position to land.” Dante gave out information while glancing at his watch.

‘So I'll really die now? So this is the end of my life dying on a plane? But at least my death was beneficial!’ whispered Vince's heart.

‘I did not die in vain. I'm trying to save the world as Mr. Dante said. I believe him! Yes, I trust him more than General Robert Kane! If I were told to choose who I am I would die with? So I would rather die with Dante and it is an honor for me at the end of my life.’ Vince murmured in his heart.

“Twenty more seconds heading inland.” Dante's words are heard again. He's counting down a bomb. At the moment Vince looked very anxious, his hands were already sweating coldly especially as he stared out the window and he saw the land getting closer.

‘Yes God! Then I'll die now! This way the world can be saved right?’ Vince spoke in his heart feeling anxious and frightened.

‘Ahhhh the end of my life should be like this. I even had to hear for myself the dwindling moments of time where my body would be separated from my life.’ Vince was in a state of chaos and severely tormenting his inner being at this moment.

“Fifteen....fourteen.....” Dante counted without looking at Vince. Is Vince dead?

“Ten seconds more!”

”Eeehhh?” Vince was shocked and Dante looked at him with a smile.

“Worthy time to part with this plane!” Dante's got Vince's shoulder on his shoulder,

“I'm glad to be working with you even if only in our last seconds on this plane.” that's what Dante said that almost made Vince pee in his pants so scared. Before the end-----

Both doors to Dante's seat had just been pushed and suddenly their roof was open and the two seats were ejected from the plane they were boarding.

“KYAAAAKKKK!” Vince screamed in shock because he was already terrified as soon as he was thrown in the air. ‘Wait! I'm not dead, am I? I flew in my seat?” Vince realized something.

DUAARRRRR

The sound of a plane collision with the mansion that Dante had targeted was heard. The sound was deafening enough to make Vince look back at what happened and his eyes turned to someone beside him.

“Mr Dante?” Vince squealed loudly. Their seats had already taken out parachutes while the two were still flying.

‘Yes God! I've been preparing to meet you now but it turns out that you still allow me to live? Thank goodness! I'm not married yet, God! If you can't die just yet!’ vince reflexively thanked and felt relieved.

“Prepare to land! Once we land there's no more messing around! Kira will attack soon!” said Dante.

“After this our life and death depends on how we protect ourselves and save ourselves! Beware Vince!” Dante warned.

Dante is always serious about work especially when it comes to life! He knows the risks of his job so Dante is not someone who easily takes someone for granted.

“Good Mr.” javav Vince. And their parachutes are open and they're almost landing in a few seconds.

“Quick open your seat belt!” screeched Dante when they landed in the open field behind Jeff's mansion. The plane that crashed earlier made Jeff's troops busy dealing with it so as not to pay attention to the whereabouts of Dante and Vince.

“Mr Dante. The plane had a ejection seat?”

“If the plane has no ejection seat how can you be here with me?” Dante asked Vince back and looked at him seriously.

“Ah, I just didn't expect Mr Dante! This is so amazing! Experience I've never felt before.”

”Do not praise me! Pencet the red button!” Dante stared seriously with his jaw tightening while pointing at a button covered in a parachute.

“Wah, this is Mr Dante's weaponry?” chuckle Vince when he sees what's in the chair they're sitting in. He really did not expect Dante to have such detailed preparation.

‘My installation is correct! I work with the right people! I know you're a mobster but I feel better suited to working with you than a defender of the truth like Robert Kane who is a federal general!’ a heartfelt expression in Vince's heart. He immediately put all the weapons on his body.
