CHAPTER 503. WANT TO KILL
(After Anthony leaves Dante with Robert Kane)
‘Do you dare not kill me in front of Anthony? Hahaha it turns out you're a coward Dante!”
Dante glanced at the man in front of him who was still in a bound condition. He looked at the man with a sharp look.
“You think I'm scared that I don't dare kill you in front of Anthony? I can do it fast! But I have to finish you first.”
Dante looked at Robert Kane and he headed to his car to untie Robert Kane's hands and feet. He intentionally left the man in a free-release condition.
“You sure you let me go like this Dante?” the man smiled cynically.
“Because I'm not a coward who wants to attack someone with his hands tied!” said Dante while leaning against one of the cabinets in the trunk of his plane.
“Hahahaha!” Robert Kane laughed out loud and he looked at Dante. “So now you want revenge for everything I did to your father, don't you?”
Dante nodded then shook his head. “Depends on how you behave to me! I'll do it as a reflection of everything you did to me!” said Dante again.
“Dante Sebastian!” Robert Kane called out the man's name while looking at him seriously. “Sety-seven years ago, when I wanted to finish you off because I didn't want any leftovers from Mateo Sebastian's family! But unfortunately you're in Omero's hands! I don't want to make trouble with him and it's my fault for letting you live that time!”
“Yes right you said that! That was your biggest mistake! And that was God's plan too! Because He wants me to repay you everything!”
“Hahahaha!” Robert Kane laughed again and he got out of the car and stood leaning against the car staring at Dante.
“What exactly do you want Dante? Duel?” Robert was trying to challenge Dante no one had ever won a duel together with him. Robert Kane is confident he will beat Dante.
“Anything!” Dante lifted his shirt. “What do you want? I'll serve it.”
The voice was cold and emphatic and was clearly marred in the words of Dante who tried so hard to hold back. ‘I did tell you that I didn't want to kill him. I'll wait but I won't keep quiet if he attacks me! If he does something to me now then I will make up for it.’ murmured his heart.
‘If he wants to kill me then I will put up a fight and it is open that I kill him willingly. But I protected myself from dying in his hands.’ those words were spoken in Dante's heart and unwittingly by Robert Kane that Dante had pressed the button that activated the voice recorder in the room.
From the beginning Dante did not agree to wait as Anthony said. ‘Waiting, delaying it is not a good thing! It would even give him a chance to escape! I will not do anything wrong to the man who killed my parents! This is the day I have been waiting for twenty-seven years of my life. Mom, dad I'll get justice for you guys!’
“Dante! You seem really upset with me, don't you?”
“You're right! There's no Anthony here and you want me to be honest?” Robert nodded.
While Dante just silent while side by side looking at the man without releasing his eyes.
“Alright, if you keep quiet then it means you want to know all the truth! I kidnapped Anthony when I was a kid. Actually I also wanted to kill him but saw he was still a baby and did not understand the grudge of his parents so I thought of other things to use it.” said Robert Kane began to tell everything.
And you managed to use it?” Dante again asked still in a cold voice.
“Ya!” the man replied back. “Of course! I just want to know how smart he is and I really want to use him because I think everyone already thinks he's dead. So he better use it! Who knew he had inherited a bit of intelligence from his father! Hahahaha!”
“And I succeeded! To achieve your ambition one of them is to get my sister engaged to a woman she doesn't love and to make my sister begrudged by all the work you've given her! Don't you think I didn't check what kind of work you gave my brother Mark! I also named him Anthony!”
“Because that name is the name of the man you love, right? Your beloved man who was killed by my father as a victim of the failure of your plan? Hmh! Robert Kane's! I can't believe you're a disgusting man!” the cold words were spoken by Dante and made Robert Kane nod his head in approval of all Dante's words.
“You're right! But unfortunately it's not perfect. Your father killed the man I love Anthony so much! And actually your sister has a very athletic body and I'm thinking of making her my partner someday. “Perfect? Whatchu mean? You want all my father's possessions to fall into my brother's hands and you kill him? You want my sister to attack me?” Dante raised his voice.
All of his guesses were correct because Robert Kane was actually not a real man. He loved Dante's father before he married Dante's mother.
After Dante's parents' second marriage, the embittered Robert Kane attempts to find another man so he gets a co-worker named Anthony.
He was still very angry with Dante's father's marriage at the time but he took advantage of Mateo Sebastian's cleverness. This is what Dante got after he investigated Robert Kane.
“Hahahaha....you know! Sometimes raising a baby lion is dangerous to ourselves. Hmmm...same as your father I gave you heart but he liked women even more and he did something I didn't like!” said Robert Kane.
“And you have started to realize the danger from Anthony, right?” said Dante.
Robert Kane nodded his head. “Yes, Antony is starting to get dangerous! If he's starting to pounce on me then I'll have to break his fangs. If he still can't stay still after I break his fangs then I'll cut his nails. If he doesn't shut up, I'll break his leg. And lastly if it still hasn't kept him quiet then I'll slit his throat!”
“So that's what you planned on my sister?” Dante was already getting angry and almost exploded hearing the words of Robert Kane just now.
“After all he is not my descendant Dante! I raised him because I wanted something from him. Honestly, your sister has the same good looks as your father! And I really like that handsome face and that body!”
