Sir, Don't You Sick Me!

Sir, Don't You Sick Me!
Prince Kalandra

I know who's the guy who's trying to get to me. His name is Kalandra, the Prince of Kalandra who used to mock me in the palace. But, why is he here? Was he aiming to capture Mr Mahawira?

There was no way Prince Kalandra would have such a purpose. As far as I know, the man had nothing to do with Mr. Mahawira's problem. After all, it has been a long time that my master has not spoken to Prince Kalandra.

I admit he's handsome, but his attitude makes me sick. Either way, I still have to be gentle in front of him.

"What are you doing, Pretty Girl?" ask Prince Kalandra.

Does he not remember me at all? Fucking senile!

Oh, ja. Right enough. That guy probably doesn't recognize me. Because, when I met her often, I was just a black girl who was dirty, ugly, and no one wanted my existence.

And now that I've become this adult, he doesn't recognize me.

I'll do you a favor, Prince of Pride!

"Ouch, ouch! Foot servant, Master. My feet are sick, sir. The servant had just fallen from that rugged ground," I said pretending as I occasionally looked at the arrogant prince's facial expression.

Soon the handsome prince put the sword into the scabbard that he tied around his left waist. After that, he checked my legs.

"Is anyone hurt?" he asked as he watched my feet so dirty.

When I was about to hit the man on the back, he looked up first. I also set the intention.

"Okay, sir. My feet hurt so much. Servant can't walk."

Prince Kalandra let out a long breath. She was obviously confused to see me groaning in pain.

"alright. Where are you actually going? I can help you," he bargained while raising next to an eyebrow.

"Hamba is looking for food and drink, sir. My throat is so dry."

"Oh, so. I know where we can get water. Come on, I'll help you stand up."

The prince reached out to help me stand up. I can't believe, after looking around for longer, he's quite handsome as well.

Well, what am I thinking! Nope, no! I already have Mr Mahawira! Again, I mispronounced. Nope, no. I don't want that guy.

Immediately I welcomed the handsome prince's hand.

"Your hands are very soft" he said softly which instantly made both of my cheeks blush. I hid my face.

"Huh? You why?"

"It's okay, sir. Sorry, I'm troubling you, sir."

"It's okay. Comeing! I'll lead you to where we can find water and food."

He helped me walk by Prince Kalandra. Actually, I was just pretending to be limping. My feet don't really hurt.

The prince took me to an old hut in the middle of the forest.

"Where are we, sir?" I asked while paying attention to the old building made of bamboo.

"Just calm. I'm not gonna hurt you. This is my resting place. I have water and food."

Arriving at the prince's rickety hut, he helped me sit on an elongated chair that had been covered with straw.

"Thank you, sir."

"No need to be confused. And don't say thank you again. I'm glad to help anyone."

I was surprised by Prince Kalandra. Why did he change drastically from what should have been an arrogant and spoiled man? After all, his current smile and manner was very different from that of Mr. Mahawira. May I have misjudged the prince?

Then ... I sinned for hating him.

Shortly after, the man came out of his rickety hut carrying water and food.

"Here, you drink first. You must have been very thirsty."

He placed a glass of woven bamboo and a plate of fruits in front of me. Without further ado, I immediately gulped down the water as it was already very thirsty from yesterday.

"I'd guess. You're so thirsty. By the way, who are you, girl? Why are you in this forest? Where the hell are you from?" the prince with a question.

After putting back the glass, I replied, "Hamba doesn't know, sir. I forgot why I was in this forest."

"What?! Did you forget your memory?"

"Ah, I don't know, sir."

"I wonder one thing. Do you know I'm a prince? From the way you talk to me, it means you already know me. Is that true?"

Oh, I forgot! Why am I talking so formally to him?

I twirled the eyeballs. Looking for reasons that would be suitable so that the man does not suspect me.

"Hmm .. hmm ...."

He looked at me more and more.

"Hmm—"

"Ah, maybe just a coincidence. But, from now on you don't talk that formal with me. I'm a prince in a kingdom, but I'm training here."

I nodded my head while breathing a sigh of relief. It was fortunate that Prince Kalandra did not research further about it.

"So, you live alone here?"

"really. I live alone to hone my martial skills that I have long learned."

I pretended to listen to her story, but my eyes were busy surrounding the forest. I wish I could find my master. I miss him so much.

Was he caught? And perhaps he was already in the palace, and was punished by his father?

"Hey, what's wrong with you?"

Prince Kalandra made me gasp. Immediately I withdrew from the delusion.

"Eh? I-yes. I ... It's okay."

The man nodded. "Oh, yeah. I don't know your name yet. I'm Kalandra Prawira Baladewa."

I'm back flinching. If I tell you my real name, I'm sure the man will remember everything soon. My eyes glare, looking for a name that I would like to mention.

"I ... I ... R-Rosa ... lina," I stammered. "Yes, my name is Rosalina."

"Oh, like the names of the people of the Western race."

I saw Kalandra as disappointed after I mentioned that name.

"You are no stranger to my eyes. Could it be that we have met before?"

"Of course never, sir. This is the first time we've met."

"yes too. Where we may have met. But ... If you look more carefully, your face reminds me of someone."

Immediately I look away, turning my eyes in any direction.

"Who is that, sir?"

"I forgot his name. But you're prettier than her. How could you look like such a ugly girl."

It sucks! What he meant was Cornelia. And that Cornelia is me, you know?!

At that time, I was eager to admit I was Cornelia, someone she used to make entertainment materials. However, I tried to curb that desire. It would be much more troublesome if he found out who I really am.

"Then I say goodbye, sir. Thank you for the drinks and the food" I said as I got up.

"Hey, where are you going?!" ask her with worry. "It looks like your circumstances haven't made it possible to walk."

"It's okay, sir. I can walk. It doesn't hurt anymore. Anyway, I'm looking for someone too."

"someone? Who are you looking for?"

"Friends, Sir. I suddenly remember looking for my friend. We separated after falling from the steep ground."

"Hmm, so you remember? Then you'll have to tell me where you live."

Shift views. Why am I so stupid?

"Why? You don't want—"

"Master, sorry. Not that I don't want to tell you, but when it comes to where I live, I don't remember anything."

I realized that Kalandra is not that easy to fool. From the beginning I knew he was a stubborn man and would do anything to achieve his wishes.

"Then you're not good enough. You should stay here for a while."

Suddenly Prince Kalandra pulled my arm. "One more thing makes me wonder. Why are you wearing a coat?"

"Oh, here. I got in the middle of the woods, sir. Sorry, can you please let go of my hand? I'm ... in a hurry."

"can't. You should stay here longer. I'm just afraid something's going on with you."

The man insisted on making me live in his rickety hut. I don't know what to do. There was a sudden feeling of fear. What if this guy at night does weird things to me?

No, no, no.

Just thinking about it makes me even more afraid.

I tried to get my hands out of his grip, but the man's power was so great that it was very difficult for me.

"Please, let me go, sir!"

Kalandra pulled my hand so hard I couldn't hold it. My body leaned forward, then fell. However, Kalandra caught me straightforwardly. Our eyes met each other.

Staring into the man's eyes made my chest shake. However, I quickly regained my senses and immediately broke away from him. My hand is still held tightly. I look in any direction.

"Master, let me go."

The man did not respond, meanwhile I did not dare to look back at him.

"Kalandra! Release her!"

A baritone echoed in the ear, making my neck go round and round looking for the source of the sound. I know him very well. Very, very familiar with that voice.

Where is he?

While facing forward, a small knife I recognized shot out quickly, but it made it past me. Kalandra who was behind managed to catch a sharp object that had a dragon carving.

"How dare you come here." Kalandra growled and gritted her teeth. "I'll chop you up, Rancid Mahawira!"

Immediately released myself by Kalandra. He jumped up high while pulling out a sword, then slashed down a five-meter-high tree until it collapsed. From behind that tree came the one I always craved.
